Questo era il secondo giorno del mio soggiorno. Prima di tutto, sono davvero grato al signor Nifaoui e al signor Adli. Tutte le persone stanno affrontando la paura del corona, comprese le persone che lavorano lì, ma sono davvero disponibili e comprensive. Sono così soddisfatto di questo soggiorno anche se non potevo uscire dall'hotel. Posso vedere quanto siano simpatiche le persone qui e quanto sia meravigliosa Marrakech.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per i miei genitori e ho pagato l'importo totale tasse incluse tramite Ctrip. Al momento del check-out, l'hotel li ha fermati dicendo che il pagamento non era andato a buon fine e che non potevano and****ne. Ho trascorso quasi 2 ore tra il parlare con l'operatore di Ctrip e l'addetto alla reception dell'hotel perché diceva che non potevano ottenere il pagamento da Ctrip. In quanto hotel a 5 stelle, penso che la minima cosa che dovrebbero fare è non includere il cliente in queste questioni, soprattutto perché abbiamo già pagato e loro lo sanno. Questa esperienza è stata una delle peggiori situazioni che ho vissuto e l'addetto alla reception è stato estremamente scortese. Non consiglio questo hotel a nessuno o almeno fino a quando non licenziano quell'addetto alla reception.

Scrivo questa recensione perché disgustata dal comportamento del personale della reception dell’hotel. Ho soggiornato 3 giorni in questo hotel : un 5 stelle che ne vale al massimo 4 . I problemi sono iniziati subito : chiamato tecnico cassaforte perché trovata inutilizzabile , idraulico per sistemare la vasca da bagno , frigobar mancante nella stanza etc. Il peggio però è arrivato il giorno della partenza . Tramite la reception dell hotel avevo prenoto un taxi per l indomani alle 8:00 ; ho il volo alle 10 e L areoporto è tutto sommato vicino all hotel. Pago cash 15 euro (150 dirham ) , non mi rilasciano la ricevuto ma non mi allarmo , che diamine ! siamo si o no in un 5 stelle ?? Beh il receptionist si era intascato i soldi e non aveva prenotato il taxi . La mattina della partenza ci rendiamo conto che nessun taxi stava venendo a prenderci , alla reception nessuno sapeva niente e ho dovuto alzare la voce con il personale dell albergo perché mi organizzassero a loro spese il transfert in aeroporto ! Siamo arrivati al pelo … Non è per i 15 euro che per un europeo sono davvero poca cosa ma per L inaffidabilità del personale di un hotel al quale in cliente si affida per ottenere supporto in una città caotica come Marrakech. Non oso nemmeno immaginare se avessi avuto problemi più seri .

L'hotel si sente molto bene, la camera non è molto grande, il bagno è un po' vecchio, alcuni membri del personale di servizio sono un po' impazienti e alcuni sono molto buoni. Ma il letto è abbastanza comodo e c'è un grande balcone. Lo scenario del cortile e della piscina non hanno nulla da dire. È un ottimo posto per una vacanza rilassante. Il prezzo è più caro del Four Seasons in Tunisia, quindi il prezzo di oltre 400 è in realtà un po' caro. Ma gli ospiti che non sono sensibili al prezzo devono scegliere questo posto.

La hall dell'hotel è magnifica, la camera è molto spaziosa, la piscina è molto pulita e anche il buffet è molto bello.Con tali condizioni di alloggio, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto alto.La stanza è praticamente in palio , e la stanza ha un balcone. La stanza del fine settimana è molto stretta. Se hai bisogno di prenotare, dovresti prenotare un po 'prima.

La stanza era OK, non grande ma spaziosa in ogni caso e mi piaceva avere un balcone da dove si vedeva la città. La bagno era OK. Tutto era pulito.Colazione continentale. Wifi funzionava bene. Forse poteva essere un po' rinfrescato, era un hotel più vecchio e era un po' indossato. Il bagno sarebbe cambiato. Era un buon soggiorno in ogni caso. A Medina era un po' andare o prendere un taxi. Sono rimasto lì solo una notte perché volevo tornare a casa il giorno dopo, ma se volessi rimanere più a Marrakech, sceglierei un Riad all'interno di Medina o più vicino.

Hotel, very very clean, a bit dated but still nothing to complain about, they have 2 receptions on 2 different streets (back door, front door), back door staff absolutely lovely and welcoming, took case up to room etc, front door staff are not helpful at all, they weren't doing currency exchange until 5pm, so I asked where to get it from, and they sent me totally in wrong direction, walked for ages to find one, then few days later found 1 just round the opposite corner. they had no maps to help you, didn't give you any advice, they really didn't want to know you if you were English. WARNING to all vegetarians my friend got half board as she was a vegetarian, the menu every night are 2 choices, chicken or beef that's it, oh and if you have a bottle of water with your meal expect to pay for it !!! Breakfast was ok, boiled eggs, polony, and cheese triangles, selection of pastries, dried bread, and what can only be described as a pancake made from layers of filo pastry which you needed to tear apart and what looked like syrup next to them was actually oil YUK. But there was jam and marmalade too. AS said before the staff were extremely unhelpful and when leaving I put my case at front desk, only to be told I would be picked up at desk 2, so sat there 45 minutes and rang pick up people they were at main reception on time. They came back for me but not happy, just made my flight home in time, I would not go there again

Just a one night stay at the start and end of our Moroccan tour. Whilst the hotel was showing it’s age in places, the room was spacious and quite comfortable and the air con worked reasonable well. We liked the colourful quirky pool area and appreciated being able to cool off in the cool water during a hot afternoon. Also appreciated being able to buy a beer in the adjoining bar. Breakfast was very good with many cooked and cold options.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto speciale nella zona di Glees -- su una strada vitale vicino a tutti i servizi ... -- fino a quando si muove al centro della città, si può camminare ampiamente, pulito, mancanti alcuni servizi come frigorifero, magazzinaggio, grandi bagni, anche a letto.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo scelto Bab Hotel a gueliz ,in una zona molto calma abbiamo optato per una Suite executive,definita da me una perla ,doccia e vasca in marmo bianco , i prodotti messi a disposizione di ottima qualità pulizia al top e angolo bar nespresso con varie bevande . Stanza insonorizzata , non abbiamo avvertito alcun rumore ( all’ultimo piano si trova lo Skybar restaurant ) Un esperienza magnifica , composta da personale gentile , sorridente e accogliente, guidata da un super professionista , il direttore Khalil un uomo dalle mille risorse( oltre che un ottimo esperto di vini ). Non dimenticate di riservare nella fantastica SPA un buon hammam di coppia o soli e godetevi le mani d’oro di una splendida donna che con olio di Argan e aromi vi farà dei massaggi eccezzionali. Consiglio questo Hotel a famiglie e giovani coppie poiché gli spazi per i piccini sono molti e sicuri mentre per i giovani cocktail e musica vi accompagneranno in ogni angolo del Bab Hotel
