Manila: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

La camera era molto spaziosa, il personale molto cordiale e le nostre domande sono state prontamente esaudite. Consiglio vivamente al mio amico di soggiornare in hotel. Ritornerò sicuramente per soggiornare all'hotel New Coast Manila nel mio prossimo viaggio nelle Filippine. Solo un piccolo commento, il letto e il lenzuolo sembrano un po' abusati e posso suggerire di prendere un nuovo set. Grazie

Adoriamo ancora stare e spendere il legame familiare a Manila Hotel, anche se è un hotel molto vecchio. Mi piace come si sforzano di mantenere e aggiornare l'hotel tanto quanto possono preservare l'integrità se l'edificio e sono servizi. They’re service are still at five star above quality (more than Conrad’s 🫢🤫). They’re Ilang Ilang buffet is still my second best favorite buffet in the world. Finally, the pool is always a big hit with my children. Grazie ancora per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno una bella e confortevole, nonostante l'onda di calore, che avrebbe potuto far perdere il personale la sanità, e tutti sono rimasti brillanti.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

The staff is amazing. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. They could tell I was from out of the country and made many recommendations for me to see their lovely city. The room was clean and housekeeping would come around later in the afternoon when I would be out. The restaurant buffet was wonderful, a wide selection of Asian foods. My departure flight was late in the day so they let me stay longer in the room with a later check out. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I miei consigli sono di avere il personale dell'Ammiraglio Hotel per il miglior soggiorno! Tutti sono il migliore dal desk front, concierge, personale da pranzo, e altro ancora! Prenota il tuo soggiorno qui e non ti dispiacerà! La parte migliore è che è un hotel amico di animali domestici. Hanno accolto il mio bambino senza esitazione e hanno assegnato alle nostre esigenze come il suo cibo. 😊

Il Front Office ha bisogno di miglioramenti. Arrivo 21:15 mercoledì. 3 persone alla reception ma tutto sembra incerto. Prendi la mia stanza alle 22:10. 1 chiedendo deposito in contanti. Un'altra richiesta con carta di credito. Dai un'occhiata il giorno successivo. Ci sono 5 membri del personale che partecipano ma tutto sembra incerto. È stato chiesto di nuovo la vaccinazione e continuo a chiedere se ho pagato il deposito. Anche altri ospiti in attesa devono affrontare problemi simili. Gentile staff.. pianifica la tua postazione di lavoro. Check-in e check-out senza intoppi. Non lavorare come un amico fianco a fianco.

The service was great. Their breakfast buffet don't have much option considering the price. We had to wait for a few minutes before checking out, as they have to check the room first. Would appreciate it if they informed us about this extra step so we can set extra time for checking out. Overall experience was not bad.

The hotel service is superb. No problem there. Swimming pool is a joke. It's not even inside the hotel. It's next to the stage and appears to have been the old place where they held their sea lions. Ginawang pool lng. The rooms are average. Biggest problem is that it hasn't decided if it's a room for kids and family or a honeymoon suite. The shower even when the door is closed leaks a lot of water so the entire bathroom is wet. The most disappointing is the actual Ocean Park. Limited animals and attractions. The show itself is limited to birds and 2 sea lions who do a few tricks for snacks. OK naman un show but the mere fact that they let their audience burn in the hot summer sun for 30min and the show is merely that is severely disappointing. They can't even pay for a good tent cover.

Worth the price ofc worth the hype fr cs look at how aesthetic the room and the pool it is🥹🤍But sadly the balcony has no access because they locked it permanently. It’s sad for me bcs balcony is a must for me😮💨💔 But the service is really GOOODDD they help me as much, even if you call them first to ask so many questions and they will answer it very well.
