Hotel a 5 stelle in Kerala, India

Abbiamo avuto un bel soggiorno. Raccomando molto questo hotel e i ristoranti. Soprattutto non perdere il ristorante sul primo piano, dove si può ottenere un grande pasto tradizionale Kerala in una foglia di banana. Il servizio è anche grande.

La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

We had an absolutely amazing time at The Valle Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Location is also perfect for visiting popular landmarks. We will definitely come back!

La casa non era in camera fino al marchio e siamo stati delusi. Il doccia Gel e Tessuto non sono stati sostituiti e la zona di doccia è stata bloccata ... nonostante lamentarsi non era stata fissata. I pozzi di tè non sono stati riempiti nel minibar. In generale, il mantenimento in camera non era fino alle norme Taj abbiamo usato per !

Recentemente sono rimasto a Grand hyatt Kochi e questa è stata una fantastica esperienza! La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, con il bonus di accesso alla terrazza, che ha fornito bellissime viste e un’atmosfera rilassante. Era il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. Il cibo dell'hotel era un altro evidenziante, ben preparato, e servito immediatamente. Qualunque cosa fosse colazione o cena, ogni pasto era un trattamento. In generale, un grande posto per soggiornare, e lo consiglio molto per chiunque cerca una combinazione di comfort, grande cibo, buon servizio e un bel spazio all'aperto!

always a good place to stay... staff are well trained with excellent services the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

Завершение месячного путешествия по Индии, было решено провести в Taj. Отель похоже начала 2000х, но с недавней реновацией. Удивительным опытом была проходящая на территории отеля свадьба, особенно настройка звука в 6 утра. Это что, точно вас разбудит и лишит сна. При этом сотрудники отеля, сделали все что бы снизить последствия арендованного мероприятия. Ощущение настоящего сервиса, желания помочь и компенсировать неоправданные ожидания - сгладило странный опыт с чужой свадьбой(и все таки счастья молодоженам) UPD Завтрак честные 4+

Отличное расположение, первая линия океана! Люкс с балконом и видом на океан. Но номер давненько не видел ремонта или хотя бы генеральной уборки. Обивка мебели в пятнах, коврик у кровати грязный. На 5 заезд и даже на 4 совсем не тянет.

La parte migliore della mia permanenza alberghiera era al ristorante alberghiero. Mangiava li per cena e colazione e la cena era buona. In particolare, il buffet di colazione era ben diffuso. Il servizio al ristorante, da quello dei cuochi ai camerieri, è stato piacevole e amichevole.

The hospitality was excellent and breakfast was sumptuous . They provided hot meals and it was the best. Different types of idly’s served was just awesome. Front office was caring and helpful and provided a very welcoming environment. Check in past midnight was fast and efficient . Rooms were large and the bed and pillow was of high quality . We were able to sleep within 5 mins. Aircon was clean and fresh.
