Hotel a 5 stelle in Kerala, India

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'O da Tamara. Ottima esperienza in generale. Amiamo il servizio personale e benvenuto da tutti e menzione speciale al chef Vipin. Egli è stato estremamente amichevole e utile. Grazie all'intera squadra.

The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. We stayed at the hotel twice within a five-day period, and on both occasions, the staff provided excellent service. They were courteous, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay, making our experience pleasant and comfortable. We truly appreciate their professionalism and warm hospitality.

Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках. Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo campo/resorte di caffè! L'ospitalità qui è incongrua,,, un enorme complimento al personale che va di sopra e di là per renderti completamente benvenuto. Da quando siamo arrivati, mi sembrava sinceramente di andare a casa nostra. Il caldo e l'attenzione del team sono davvero incredibili, che altri recensori continuano a rallegrarsi. Un altro grande accento era il cibo; ogni pasto era assolutamente delizioso e confortevole, rendendoci completamente confortevoli, proprio come un pasto cucinato a casa. Hanno buone tracce di cammino intorno alla proprietà. Un paio di cose pratiche da tenere in mente. Il Drive In: Si prega di sapere che c'è una strada 1-2 km di ruggetto, senza pavimento che porta fino alla proprietà. Ci vorranno circa 10-15 minuti per arrivare al resort dalla porta principale, quindi si prega di fare un po' di giro e guidare attentamente! Il Spa/Massaggio: mentre il resto del nostro soggiorno era incredibile, la piscina era grande. il massaggio era un completo spreco di tempo e di denaro. Non era piacevole, e non mi consiglio di prenotarlo. In generale, se si passa il bagno e si concentra sulla bella proprietà, il cibo incredibile e il personale meraviglioso, avrete un bel tempo.

Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

Un soggiorno inoltrabile in un luogo fantastico! Il nostro soggiorno di 3 notti è stato il più bello di questo bellissimo resort del lago. Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale è andato sopra e oltre per farci sentire benvenuti, così amichevole, utile e genuino alloggio. Il luogo è assolutamente respiro, e l'atmosfera intera del resort è tranquilla e rilassante. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Le camere erano bellissime, spaziose, senza spot e molto confortevoli, con tutto quello che ci serviva per una pausa perfetta. Il cibo era un'altra attenzione, ogni pasto era delizioso, bellissime e pieno di sapore. Una menzione speciale a Jeeva nel ristorante, che ha reso la nostra esperienza di cena ancora più memorabile con un servizio così attento e caldo, ma tutti i ristoranti erano eccellenti e ogni pasto è stato un piacere. Anju, che è così bello e ancora molto attento, ma devo dire che ogni membro del personale era così piacevole, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno eccezionale. Non posso raccomandare questa gemma di un posto abbastanza, stiamo già pianificando la nostra prossima visita!

Excellent hotel service and welcome was very nice. The room.and its comforts superb. I wished I had a extra day at the hotel. Deffo would stay there again.highly recommend it. And the breakfast was great variety

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs. The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! Ottimo luogo, le strutture del ristorante sono molto belle solo occhio dolore è stato la gente appoggiare i vestiti per asciugare sul balcone o qualsiasi altro spazio aperto, che è stato davvero cattivo non si è sicuro se è a causa di alta lavaggio o non avere niente da impiccare abbiamo usato il patio posteriore coperto per asciugare i nostri vestiti di spiaggia, abbiamo portato a casa per lavarci. Altre cose che ci preoccupavano erano la piscina chiusa alle 7:00. Dato il clima caldo e umido, se l'accesso alla spiaggia e la piscina si chiude alle 7:00, non c'è niente da fare all'interno, il piccolo villaggio fuori non è così invitato a esplorare o addirittura andare. Non era così simile a Taj standard, ma il prezzo era molto vicino a Taj. Ci piaceva il jacuzzi, ma gli scontri di chiedere al personale di spostarlo e non aveva acqua calda.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty was truly the highlight of our Kerala trip. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa and every part of the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. You can genuinely feel the care and attention they give to their guests. The villa itself was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The ambience, cleanliness, facilities, and beautiful waterfront views made our stay incredibly relaxing and worthwhile. After travelling across several places in Kerala, this was the one stay that truly felt worth every penny. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We would definitely love to return again in the future.
