Hotel con spa a Manila

L'hotel Manila è un vecchio ma elegante e lussuoso stile, con marmellata e pietra finitura, tetti alti e un grande pianoforte sul retro con un musicista che gioca a musica piacevole, egli vi saluta mentre camminate attraverso l'ingresso. Mancanza di punti dalla mia esperienza personale: 1. Occorre sostituire i pavimenti del tessuto. Ho dovuto cambiare le stanze perché la prima stanza che ho avuto ha un odore sgradevole (sono cambiati rapidamente la mia stanza dopo che sono andato alla ricezione, quindi non è terribile) e anche se non ho notato fino alla fine del mio soggiorno, Il telaio della nuova stanza era spezzato ai bordi. 2. Il modo notturno delle luci (molte interruzioni) taglia completamente la potenza ai punti di alimentazione.Non sapevo e finì svegliarmi fino a una banca telefonica e elettrica con una batteria che muore e dovevo rimanere all'hotel per qualche ora finché non finirono il prelievo. Forse un solo avvertimento in futuro? Le parti buone: 1. Il servizio! Le persone sono così accoglienti, piacevoli ed efficienti. Il personale di ricezione, i camerieri, i ragazzi del campanile e, fondamentalmente, tutti vi salutano con un sorriso e cercano di risolvere qualsiasi problema con estrema attenzione e cordiale. 2. Orgoglio tradizionale. L'esposizione tradizionale di moda al fronte è stato un grande toccamento per la mia visita. L'intero luogo (ristoranti, piscina, spa, camere, ecc) aggiunge all'esperienza. Avrei potuto rimanere all'hotel e sentirmi come se non avessi perso il fascino di Manila. 3. Ottimo luogo.Mi sono reso conto che potevo letteralmente vedere ogni cosa da ”1 giorno di viaggio di Manila” dalla mia stanza d'albergo.Nessuno dice una grande posizione come questa.

Un fantastico hotel a 5 stelle degli anni '90 con una grande e splendida piscina e jacuzzi. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale. La maggior parte degli ospiti è filippina, con meno ospiti internazionali. C'è un ottimo bar con musica dal vivo al 27° piano. Ci tornerei volentieri in qualsiasi momento.

Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

Hotel posizionato a Manila Bay,quindi con una bella passeggiata si può visitare la parte più interessante di Manila per quanto mi riguarda. Staff impeccabile,e colazione varia,ma con poche opzioni “europee”.

It was good experience , me and my daughter enjoyed the sauna and pool, the food was great, the room is clean and well maintained, the service is great and the staffs are accommodating.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per una notte. Ciò che abbiamo notato è il bel design degli interni della hall al 4° piano e la cordialità del personale. Ci è piaciuto anche il fatto che ci sia una sauna e un patio/parco interno al 5° piano che offre una vista sulle camere circostanti. I miei figli hanno adorato il loro drink di calamansi a colazione. È anche comodo che l'hotel abbia un collegamento con il Lucky Chinatown Mall. Alcune cose che abbiamo notato e che potrebbero migliorare sono: - La loro selezione di colazione (forse aggiungere cereali per bambini) - La TV via cavo deve essere configurata automaticamente ogni volta che la si accende - L'area spa ha bisogno di manutenzione e dovrebbe avere almeno un membro del personale. Se ne avremo l'opportunità, torneremo in futuro.

Aircon is old , amenities not quite good, ung bed for suite room ang liit, madilim ung room, Not recommendable, ung room for 2days stay wala man lang nag linis.

È sempre un piacere soggiornare all'Armada. Il personale è sempre molto gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ogni volta che vengo a Manila, soggiorniamo nel nostro hotel preferito. L'unica cosa che consiglierei è di avere il menù dell'hotel disponibile online... non si trovava da nessuna parte :)
