Un fantastico hotel a 5 stelle degli anni '90 con una grande e splendida piscina e jacuzzi. Il personale è incredibilmente cordiale. La maggior parte degli ospiti è filippina, con meno ospiti internazionali. C'è un ottimo bar con musica dal vivo al 27° piano. Ci tornerei volentieri in qualsiasi momento.

Got the WOW factor as soon as I walked in. The Hotel is Plush, first thought was my clothes were not good enough for here. The atmosphere emitted Style, Taste very classy as all my friends commented as well as when I booked didn't realise it was a High End stay. So many helpful staff at the Lobby, Restaurants and House cleaning, big thank you Alex!! Sunsets at the pool and rooftop bar were just amazing. Did I say pool? It was great

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

Avevo una grande stanza all'Hotel Benilde. La posizione è molto accessibile, rendendo facile raggiungere la zona. Il personale era eccezionalmente amichevole e accogliente, sempre pronto ad assistere con un sorriso. L'hotel stesso era molto pulito, il che mi rendeva ancora più confortevole. L'unica cosa che si è verificata è la limitata scelta di colazione, per cui ho deciso di non farlo, invece ho deciso di mangiare a KFC, che è convenientemente situato vicino all'hotel. In generale, consiglio molto Hotel Benilde per il suo eccellente servizio, pulizia e posizione di prima qualità. È solo di ricordare che se stai cercando una selezione più ampia di colazione, potresti voler esplorare le opzioni vicine.

It was good experience , me and my daughter enjoyed the sauna and pool, the food was great, the room is clean and well maintained, the service is great and the staffs are accommodating.

È facile superare l'orario previsto dato che il centro commerciale è facilmente raggiungibile. La posizione è superba. Perfetto per una gita gastronomica a Binondo. La camera è buona per il suo prezzo, ma la zona doccia del bagno potrebbe essere migliorata. La vasca idromassaggio e la sauna puzzano e non sembrano essere pulite regolarmente. Sembrano poco igieniche, quindi non ci siamo preoccupati di usarle anche se volessimo. Vorrei che avessero una piscina.

Scegli la sala bagagli. Questo è per il budget consapevole solo bisogno di soggiornare per la notte. Ci sono 3 camere, CR comune per tutti.

Il personale era molto accogliente, utile e amichevole, che era grande. Offriscono un colazione mattinale che era davvero appetito! Un altro grande plus è stato la spaziosa camera che rendeva il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Solo la materassi di letto era vecchia e non aveva molto sostegno (aveva problemi di sonno e dolore di schiena) così come la posizione non era ideale per il mio partner e io che godono di roaming a piedi. Non mi sentivo al sicuro e era molto sporco fuori. Un altro positivo, è una pietra gettata lontano dal grande Robinson’s Mall che è stato anche grande!
