Hotel con spa a Manila

Overall it was a pleasant experience but for a young couple like ourselves some of the rules seemed like something set in the 1950 with 1950 Fashion 🤣, women are allowed slippers but not men, men can’t show arms 🤣 you’re not allowed to wear formal vest with a modern take on a formal attire but you can come wearing your Pj’s, all these strange rules just to have dinner lol, but good for taking pictures but for the price it’s not worth it, if you want to take pictures you are allowed to just come in from the streets anyway, there are much better hotels for this price the staff are polite but if you have a problem nobody can solve it. The common rooms are beautiful but the hotel rooms don’t reflect that. The staff are very polite.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo hotel e ho apprezzato la sua coerenza nel tempo. Ho soggiornato qui in precedenza nel 2018 e 2019, e ho notato che la qualità complessiva rimane stabile. Le strutture e l'atmosfera sono ancora ben mantenute, che riflette una buona gestione. La qualità del servizio è anche coerente. Il personale è professionale, responsabile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. L'esperienza del colazione è stata un punto di vista. La qualità degli alimenti è buona e vi sono una varietà di opzioni decente. In generale, questo hotel continua a fornire un servizio affidabile e un soggiorno confortevole. È una buona scelta per i viaggiatori che valgono la coerenza e la qualità.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per la posizione e la colazione gratuita. L'hotel era molto bello e pulito. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 15 minuti per il check-in perché erano molto occupati. La camera era bella. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito. Sono rimasta delusa nel trovare un solo asciugamano, niente asciugamani per le mani e niente salvietta. Secondo un'amica che ha soggiornato lì, basta chiamare e ne porteranno un altro. Ora la parte migliore... la colazione era a buffet, con omelette preparate al momento e un'ampia varietà di antipasti. È stato fantastico! Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Manila!

I traveled to the Philippines to visit relatives. It was my mother's birthday, so we stayed in Manila. Whenever I stayed in Manila, I always stayed at the Philippine Plaza, but as soon as I found out it had closed, I started looking for a hotel. My requirements were that it be located on Roxas Boulevard, have good access to the airport and tourist attractions, and have good security. After searching and reading reviews, I decided that this hotel was ideal. I arrived early in the morning by overnight bus, but they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and go out for breakfast. They also made arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in. I had mentioned in advance that it was my mother's birthday, and unexpectedly, a lovely birthday cake was waiting in our room. The room was clean, and the front desk staff provided wonderful service with smiles before, during, and after check-in. However, I was disappointed by the manners and attitude of some guests. Dogs were roaming freely in the restaurant and near the front desk (the website I checked said that pets were not allowed, but the hotel actually allowed them). There were also people walking down the corridors soaking wet. The most shocking thing was that, although we know it was our mistake, my mother's coat, which she had left near the front desk, went missing. It was an expensive coat that she cherished. My mother, myself, and everyone traveling with us remembered losing the coat at the hotel, so we checked with the staff multiple times, but it couldn't be found. It was almost certainly stolen inside the hotel. I don't know if they checked the security camera footage. I have stayed at famous hotels in the Philippines, such as the Philippine Plaza and the Manila Hotel, and five-star hotels in various countries, but frankly speaking, this is not a five-star hotel. Putting aside the manners and morals of the guests, it was a wonderful hotel.

Siamo arrivati ​​in camera verso le 14:30. Sembrano essere molto severi con il check-in anticipato, a differenza della maggior parte degli hotel dove è possibile ottenere il check-in anticipato gratuito dalle 12:00 alle 13:00. La camera è buona per il suo prezzo, ma la zona doccia del bagno potrebbe essere migliorata. La vasca idromassaggio e la sauna puzzano e non sembrano essere pulite regolarmente. Sembrano poco igieniche, quindi non ci siamo preoccupati di usarle anche se volessimo. Vorrei che avessero una piscina.

Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e ci stiamo certamente tornando. La nostra figlia amava la piscina e abbiamo avuto una bella notte di sonno! Ci fermeremo più la prossima volta. Grazie!

Il personale era molto accogliente, utile e amichevole, che era grande. Offriscono un colazione mattinale che era davvero appetito! Un altro grande plus è stato la spaziosa camera che rendeva il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Solo la materassi di letto era vecchia e non aveva molto sostegno (aveva problemi di sonno e dolore di schiena) così come la posizione non era ideale per il mio partner e io che godono di roaming a piedi. Non mi sentivo al sicuro e era molto sporco fuori. Un altro positivo, è una pietra gettata lontano dal grande Robinson’s Mall che è stato anche grande!

Buona permanenza in generale. Il personale era amichevole, e la camera era comoda. La custodia della casa potrebbe essere un po' più approfondita, ma non ha influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza.

I was so disappointed. The shower host from the bathroom was defective but in fairness it was repaired on the 2nd day midnight. And also no rubber bathroom mat (since the bathroom floor tiles is slippery) . They only produce the mat after my sister a pwd has warned them for any accident that she may incurred the front desk will be responsible. While the water heater is not 24 hours based on their post. Water heater resume on my 3rd day stay. The four treadmills at the gym are also not working it is all under maintenance. In regards i think this hotel needs already a fully renovation.
