I needed a late check-out and they obliged very generously with this request, meaning I could enjoy the comforts of the hotel before my late flight back to the UK.. This was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated 👍🏼 - great job Savoy Hotel team, and thank you again🙏🏼. See you next time!"

"La mia esperienza generale nel Grand Westside Hotel Manila era buona la proprietà è moderna, pulita e il personale è stato cortese per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, la camera che mi era stata assegnata era a un livello inferiore, e ogni notte potevo sentire musica e suoni di eventi. Mentre ero in viaggio d'affari per cinque giorni, questo rumore costante mi ha interrotto il riposo e ha reso difficile il ricarrello dopo lunghi giorni lavorativi. "Per essere un hotel economico, ne è valsa la pena. La colazione era semplice per un hotel economico. L'hotel si trova di fronte a casa di Robinson, quindi si hanno altre opzioni per mangiare. Torneremo sicuramente durante i nostri soggiorni ufficiali."

"struttura molto ben collegata al Terminal 3 NAIA, camere mediamente spaziose ma comode. Ristorante buono. Colazione troppo affollata non riesce sempre a gestire il flusso di ospiti. Palestra con strumenti sufficienti per un buon allenamento prima della partenza. Personale gentile ma non sempre (vedi commento sotto). Servizi di reception lenti e da migliorare (il personale addetto all’apertura delle porte all’ingresso pur vedendoci carichi di bagagli non ci ha fatto la gentilezza di aprire le porte)."

"Ci eravamo già stati a Natale 🎁, ma abbiamo deciso di tornarci per Capodanno perché era semplicemente fantastico 😊💯. Il servizio clienti è impeccabile e il loro direttore, Sir Paul, è stato super gentile e accogliente come sempre. "Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit. Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes. If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by. Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that."

L'isolamento acustico non è davvero molto buono, gli stranieri della porta accanto parlano ad alta voce e ridono ancora nel cuore della notte. Il letto tremava quando dormivo e le pulizie spesso non davano né asciugamani né acqua.Dopo aver soggiornato per 7 notti consecutive, penso che non ci tornerò la prossima volta. "I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo, and I must say that my overall experience was pleasant and satisfying. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how well-maintained and organized the place was. The room was exceptionally clean, which gave me an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation after a long day of travel. The floors were spotless, the linens smelled fresh, and the bathroom was tidy and well-sanitized — no traces of dirt or unpleasant odors at all. The housekeeping staff clearly does an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness. They were very polite and accommodating whenever I requested for towels or extra toiletries. Every time I stepped out and returned, the room was always in perfect order — bed neatly fixed, trash emptied, and surfaces dust-free. Aside from cleanliness, the room ambiance was cozy and peaceful. The air-conditioning worked well, the lighting was just right, and the TV provided a good variety of channels. The bed was comfortable enough for a restful sleep, and the overall environment was quiet, which made it easy to unwind. I also appreciated the staff’s friendliness and professionalism. They greeted me with smiles and made sure that check-in and check-out were fast and convenient. Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also a big plus — very accessible to transportation, convenience stores, and restaurants. It’s ideal for travelers who want a clean and affordable place to stay without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Overall, I would describe my stay at Hotel Sogo as clean, safe, and comfortable. It’s a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize cleanliness and good service. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I need a quick and relaxing place to rest."
