Hotel con palestra a Manila

This is my 4th time stay here in Lyf Manila and it never disappoint from the comfort the hotel room gives and the kindness of each staff to accommodate all the request we have. Truly a great service indeed. Personally love the commons space area! Kudos!

Il nostro soggiorno era bello. Il posto è vicino a diversi stabilimenti alimentari. L'aria condizionata era molto fredda, anche se è un po' vecchia, e a volte ci ha fatto rumore che ci svegliano. Ho già menzionato questo in forma di feedback, così spero che possano correggerlo. In generale, il soggiorno era piacevole e la cena era buona.Tuttavia, non consiglio di andare nei fine settimana perché non si può godere pienamente la piscinaci sono solo troppe persone. Non hanno nemmeno un bidet nei loro CR, che è qualcosa che noi filipinos sono molto abituati a, quindi è stato piuttosto difficile e incomodo.

Ho prenotato questo hotel per la posizione e la colazione gratuita. L'hotel era molto bello e pulito. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa 15 minuti per il check-in perché erano molto occupati. La camera era bella. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito. Sono rimasta delusa nel trovare un solo asciugamano, niente asciugamani per le mani e niente salvietta. Secondo un'amica che ha soggiornato lì, basta chiamare e ne porteranno un altro. Ora la parte migliore... la colazione era a buffet, con omelette preparate al momento e un'ampia varietà di antipasti. È stato fantastico! Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che sarò a Manila!

Ci siamo fermati la notte durante il nostro primo anniversario, abbiamo goduto del posto, della vista, della stanza, delle strutture come la piscina infinita, la palestra e la sauna, abbiamo anche un completo timone sul colazione a buffet. Il nostro soggiorno è stato bello e torneremo di nuovo.

I traveled to the Philippines to visit relatives. It was my mother's birthday, so we stayed in Manila. Whenever I stayed in Manila, I always stayed at the Philippine Plaza, but as soon as I found out it had closed, I started looking for a hotel. My requirements were that it be located on Roxas Boulevard, have good access to the airport and tourist attractions, and have good security. After searching and reading reviews, I decided that this hotel was ideal. I arrived early in the morning by overnight bus, but they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage before check-in and go out for breakfast. They also made arrangements to ensure a smooth check-in. I had mentioned in advance that it was my mother's birthday, and unexpectedly, a lovely birthday cake was waiting in our room. The room was clean, and the front desk staff provided wonderful service with smiles before, during, and after check-in. However, I was disappointed by the manners and attitude of some guests. Dogs were roaming freely in the restaurant and near the front desk (the website I checked said that pets were not allowed, but the hotel actually allowed them). There were also people walking down the corridors soaking wet. The most shocking thing was that, although we know it was our mistake, my mother's coat, which she had left near the front desk, went missing. It was an expensive coat that she cherished. My mother, myself, and everyone traveling with us remembered losing the coat at the hotel, so we checked with the staff multiple times, but it couldn't be found. It was almost certainly stolen inside the hotel. I don't know if they checked the security camera footage. I have stayed at famous hotels in the Philippines, such as the Philippine Plaza and the Manila Hotel, and five-star hotels in various countries, but frankly speaking, this is not a five-star hotel. Putting aside the manners and morals of the guests, it was a wonderful hotel.

Il Ramada è sempre stato fantastico. Ci siamo stati l'anno scorso e siamo rimasti sbalorditi dall'eccellente servizio clienti, ecco perché siamo tornati. Quasi un anno dopo, il servizio clienti non è cambiato. Pao, Rea, Dein e Jeff sono stati ospitali, cortesi e disponibili. Inizialmente, avevo prenotato le date dal 24 al 25 novembre. Tuttavia, pensavo di aver prenotato dal 23 al 24. Quando siamo arrivati, hanno avuto problemi a cercare la mia prenotazione; quando ci siamo resi conto del mio errore, hanno fatto il possibile per trovarci comunque una camera. Siamo stati accolti con il massimo entusiasmo! Davvero fantastico. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per la terza volta!

I have a good stay perfect for my business conveniences, the thing that got in me the most is the Conrad charges that they didn’t inform me in this hotel. I have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights and i really enjoy ordering from from grab because i have the free choice to choose my food, on my 4th day i took my food for breakfast down stair and the guard told me to go to concierge for the nonsense fee, i immediately go to the desk to ask for more inquiry, it is totally nonsense for charging this fee and in appropriate, the charge is 50% of your order like wt fuq ? I was so disappointed although they waive it by handling my making sense compliant, i felt this is totally inappropriate and i don’t like the way the morning shift handle the matter especially the guy with glasses. Total low service experience with them Again, if i know this before booking and sign upon check in, my experience will not be like this that is why 2 stars

★★★★★ Grande soggiorno all'Hotel H2O! La stanza era pulita e ben mantenuta, e mia figlia si è davvero divertita con tutto il nostro soggiorno. Il personale era molto utile e accogliente. Questo viaggio di compleanno era molto memorabile per noi, e speriamo di tornare presto!

I chose this hotel for the location/price. Which were good. If I’m honest it was a bit disappointing. The room was older than the pictures. It was just average. Mostly clean but some dust visible in the corners. Not many plug sockets. The worst part is the large number of homeless people sleeping in the street of the hotel. My partner didn’t feel safe walking at night.

Buona permanenza in generale. Il personale era amichevole, e la camera era comoda. La custodia della casa potrebbe essere un po' più approfondita, ma non ha influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza.
