Hotel di lusso a Hurghada

"Questa è la mia seconda visita a Rixos magawesh , uno dei più grandi resort in mare rosso , la mia prima visita è stata nel 2022 e ora dopo 4 anni, posso dire che le attrazioni sono diventate più piacevoli, grandi paesaggi in tutto il resort , spaziose camere e suite. La spiaggia è così bello , le piscine sono grandi ma ha bisogno di più attività .. la qualità del cibo è buona , la cena è perfetta ma il colazione potrebbe essere meglio .. L'unica cosa che non mi piace sul posto è lo standard di servizio non gli standard che ho usato con il gruppo Rixos , è il premio di mare di Rixos in Sharm era perfetto ma qui mi sentivo con la nuova espansione in Magawesh , Il tempo di attesa del bus è stato annoiante e deve essere migliorato. In tutto è stato una buona vacanza , e questo resort con qualche cura per la qualità del servizio potrebbe essere il miglior resort sul mare rosso ."

"We had a wonderful 7-day stay at this hotel at the end of February with our 4-year-old child, and overall, we were very satisfied with our vacation. The beach is excellent: there are plenty of sunbeds, and they are spaced far apart, so it never feels crowded. The sand is soft, and the entrance to the sea is gentle and comfortable, with very few shells. There are lifeguard towers along the beach, which adds a sense of safety. A large bar offers soft drinks, alcohol, and coffee, along with two smaller bars. There are changing cabins, and the sunbeds and umbrellas are sturdy and well-maintained. The beach staff are attentive and helpful—they assist with towels, clean sunglasses, and bring drinks. There is also beach entertainment, including yoga, bachata and zumba dancing, pétanque, and beach volleyball. Paddleboard rental and a gym are also available, which adds to the variety of activities. Breakfast was diverse and fresh. There are live cooking stations for omelets, pancakes, and waffles, as well as traditional Egyptian dishes prepared on the spot. We also enjoyed the honey station, two types of porridge, a wide selection of pastries and bread, including freshly baked flatbreads. There is a large variety of salads, vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, sausages, and fruits such as kiwi, melon, apples, guava, and fruit salads. We tried massages from three different therapists, and all of them were very good. We definitely recommend taking time to enjoy the spa services. Music is thoughtfully integrated throughout the hotel. In the main restaurant, you can enjoy pleasant classical piano or jazz music. In the afternoon, the café with donuts features live performances such as guitar, saxophone, violin, or vocals. In the evening, there is a lively entertainment program with singing and dancing, and at night, there is a nightclub near the stage. The staff truly stand out—they are attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any request. They are especially kind to children, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to the manager for the exceptional care and professionalism. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with a separate sleeping area and a cozy lounge space with a sofa and TV. The walk-in wardrobe is a big advantage, with plenty of hangers and storage space, as well as a safe. The bed, pillows, and blankets are very comfortable, ensuring great sleep quality. Housekeeping is excellent: the room was cleaned daily, towels (including beach towels) were changed every day, and bed linen was changed upon request. There are three à la carte restaurants—Asian, Italian, and Lebanese—which are a great way to diversify your evenings. Reservations are made in advance at the Viennese café. The service is efficient, the staff are attentive, and the food is delicious and authentic. The hotel is located in the Sahl Hasheesh area. About a 10-minute walk away is the main square, with a shopping street, cafés, and playgrounds nearby. We recommend visiting a charming artisan shop near the square—you can find unique souvenirs and take great photos. There were a few minor downsides: at the end of February, it can be quite windy. Although the air temperature was around 22–24°C and the sea 18–20°C, the wind made it chilly when getting out of the water, so bringing warm clothes is a good idea. The hotel does not have heated pools. Also, the kids’ club was not operating during our stay, and there was limited entertainment for children, with no evening kids’ disco. Despite these small issues, we had a fantastic and relaxing holiday and would happily return."

"Hotel was absolutely unbelievable!! The hotel was absolutely stunning! Lovely, exceptionally clean, modern, beautiful scenery! All of the bar and waiting staff were 5* with their service! Always smiling and going above and beyond with their service!!! All day and all night 100000%/10!!!! Our cleaner was amazing we were room 2110! Always did something new with our room and always was lovely and always was welcoming and bubbly!! The food was really good! I have to say one of the best all Inclusive hotels I’ve eaten in! I’ve worked in these hotels and it was waaay better !!! We are in the Chinese restaurant! All I have to say is WOW! The service, to the table, the waiters, the manager, the food!! Absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my Birthday to make it super special! Will definitely be returning to this hotel 😍🤩"

"Questa volta, l'hotel Kebinsky nella baia somatica dovrebbe essere la decisione più corretta.L'intero viaggio in Egitto, prima e dopo, era molto stanco. "L'Holiday Inn Hurghada comprende tutti i pasti ed è adatto per più di 3 giorni. Dispone di una barca per le immersioni, di un molo privato, di un centro immersioni, di 3 piscine e di una spiaggia privata. Ci sono appartamenti e hotel, nonché un grande centro commerciale. Si consiglia di soggiornare in un hotel con vista sul mare. C'è una zona commerciale a 15-20 minuti a piedi a sinistra del cancello per navigare. È un ottimo hotel. We tried the three restaurants: breakfast is just perfect, the beach restaurant is waaaaw food and view, the Nihon restaurant too, the Japanese food was so good and the view was amazing too. "I have been traveling on all-inclusive vacations annually for the past 15 years, and unfortunately, this was the worst check-in experience I have encountered. I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult. While I understand that policies may vary, this is clearly an issue that should be resolved between the hotel and booking agent, rather than placing the burden on guests. Instead, I was asked to pay an additional $900 USD to “upgrade” my 15-year-old niece. After lengthy discussions, including with the manager, we were pressured into paying $450 USD. What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative. This was not only disrespectful but also left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful. However, the food was average, with limited variety, and drinks were basic, with only two cocktails available that were of poor quality. While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning."
