Hotel eccellente, ubicato in centro della città, ma io non ero in visita a Lisbona.

Hotel a 20 minuti dal centro commerciale El Cortes Ingles. Ristorante in loco dal lunedì al venerdì a pranzo. Bar aperto fino alle 23:00 Il must. Noleggio gratuito di biciclette per girare Lisbona

Non consiglio a questo hotel di non essere onesto nell'accettare la descrizione dei voucher Trip.com per il pagamento di 3 adulti, poiché il personale scortese scusa la prenotazione di una sola persona, l'hotel ha bisogno che io paghi 25 euro a persona X 2 a notte per camera. Il costo aggiuntivo ora viene risolto con Trip.com

NON consigliato perché l'hotel non è onesto al momento del check-in, il personale ha bisogno che io paghi due costi aggiuntivi per i miei familiari a 25 euro a camera ogni notte, mi scuso solo per aver prenotato solo una persona tramite Trip.com (i miei voucher indicano che i costi coprono tutti 3 persone). Trip.com non è riuscito a mantenere i contatti con il personale dell'hotel e Trip.com ha accettato di rimborsarmi circa il 70% del costo totale, ma non sono d'accordo sul fatto che negozierò ancora il 100% quando torno nel Regno Unito.

Camera riservata con letto Queen size e finestra. Avevamo una camera con due letti singoli. Hanno comunque trovato la soluzione mettendoci in una stanza con un letto queen size. Solo che in questa stanza non ci sono finestre... Non abbiamo detto niente perché non volevamo cambiare stanza due volte. Colazione discreta, camera un po' piccola.

The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

Small room but well equipped. Location is great , you can walk to most of the places. Breakfast is awesome!

Clean rooms and friendly service. Little bit of a walk to the centre of the city and hilly so if you are not into walking perhaps not the location for you.
