Kiva hotelli, hyvällä sijainnilla.

L'hotel è stato inaugurato l'anno scorso, nel 2022. Quindi le strutture sono abbastanza nuove. La camera era bella, il letto era comodo e il bagno con doccia era pulito, ordinato e carino. La piscina è bella e pulita, con vista sulla città. La lobby è bella con personale cordiale. Un caffè Starbucks è proprio accanto alla lobby.

La migliore posizione per i turisti, hotel molto carino, pulito e nuovo, con sky bar di alta classe e bar ristorante night club, ci sarò di nuovo

Prima impressione super spiacevole al momento del check-in in hotel! La camera era buia e inquietante senza finestre, nella stanza venivano forniti preservativi, il che è super discutibile? Al momento della prenotazione per un letto singolo king size, erano rimasti solo due letti singoli senza scuse da parte del personale. L'ambiente era così caotico che non sono rimasto nemmeno una notte e ho dovuto cambiare albergo all'ultimo minuto. Il personale non ha nemmeno accettato di rimborsare parzialmente il soggiorno nonostante tutti i commenti di cui sopra. Che spreco di soldi, non metterò mai più piede in questo hotel.

Tutto positivo in questo hotel.. nuovo look con camere in stile contemporaneo e ottima posizione se ami rilassarti nella vita notturna di Bangkok.. supermercati ristoranti, tutto qui è a solo un minuto a piedi.. ci tornerò sicuramente.. il personale dell'hotel anche la lobby era buona, specialmente TINA e MR.P

Non riesco a credere che il processo di check in e out abbia impiegato più di un'ora. La camera è molto pulita ma un po' piccola. Isolamento acustico non molto buono, nel pomeriggio si sono sentite delle fastidiose perforazioni.

This hotel is high class with out the high price great location and unbelievable staff that look after you every time beds and showers food and drinks plus roof top and great pool and gym star bucks in lobby as well I always stay here because everything I like is high end high quality with a touch of class as well if you get a chance to book up when it’s available you won’t be disappointed it’s close to everything terminal 21 and other malls and restaurants and bars Soi 11 is a part of Bangkok and makes you feel you in the heart of the city BTS is 2 min walk away as well here’s some pictures of hotel

Absolutely a great hotel. The location is amazing, central and local to everything. Nana station is a 7 minute walk and 7 11 4 mins. Many bars and restaurants just outside and a Starbucks in the hotel- fabulous. The room itself was big and spacious but the bedding had a few marks as did some of the furniture but overall good. The staff are super friendly and very eager to help. The pool is great for swimming and lounging. The breakfast is fine enough, maybe providing ice coffee in the heat would just elevate the experience. I noticed in some other reviews that the guests received something for their celebration. I did not. I mentioned that I was here to celebrate my 40th birthday but received nothing. A little disappointing considering I saw others get something. Anyway, I would still 100% be back again.

This is my second stay. The hotel is in a great location, perfect for travel or business. The room was clean.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations. We also loved the hotel’s excellent facilities—modern, well-maintained, and very convenient. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bangkok. We would definitely stay here again!
