This Ritz-Carlton location sitting on Kamogawa and Hagashiyama mountains, is one of the best locations to stay in Kyoto. The architecture is gorgeous on every level as you enter the hotel. You feel transported to a particular place that you will never forget. In addition, the quality of service the Ladies and Gentlemen provides goes above and beyond any other Ritz-Carlton location. Staying at the Kamogawa Executive Suite was an unforgettable experience. Approximately 1350 sq. ft., the suite provides luxury accommodations that exceed the highest expectations of any guest. The bathroom is gorgeous, especially the bathtub, where the wall and bathtub are decorated with sakura flowers. The bed is comfortable, and the living room is quite spacious. One thing I would have loved to see inside this room is a Genkan to place shoes as you enter the suite. Preserving the floor and rug is necessary and educates foreign guests about the importance of doing this. Another aspect that I loved about this place was Mizuki. Every morning I visited it for a Japanese-style breakfast, and it was a fantastic experience. In addition, I went to one of their sushi demonstrations and felt that I had a lifetime supply of sushi. Every bite was delicious, and the chef went above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Please make reservations for kaiseki, tempura, teppanyaki, and of course, sushi during your stay in advance. The spa is also a must if you are staying in this location. It is one of my most relaxing experiences, and the facilities are excellent. As you enter the spa, all the details regarding the walk to the counter or attendant, the changing room, and the pool area are planned quite well, so the guest can feel extra special and disconnected from reality. Finally, I must recognize the Ladies and Gentlemen's hard work and dedication at the Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto. Thank Ana and Naoto, for your friendly welcome to the hotel and making things possible during my stay. Chef Tomohiro Goda and his team provided an experience I will never forget at Mizuki. Naoki was friendly and helpful as I researched information. Pablo and Thain were attentive to my needs as I left the hotel and provided a great experience as I checked out. Special thanks to Carlos for leading such a fantastic Ritz-Carlton property in Japan and consideration prior to my stay. This is one of the top Ritz-Carlton properties I have stayed in, out of 25 Ritz-Carlton. I will cherish all the memories that I gained from this place and will make sure to come back in the future.

I booked a premier twin with city view guest room in this Banyee Tree Group Hotel at Kyoto Sanjo district. The hotel location is very good and just slightly off Kyoto City shopping centres within a 5-10 mins walking distance, which is good for my family since we can do some walking exercise and looking for good japanese food everyday when we are going out without wasting time to find transportation and yet there is a sub-way train Sanjo station just right next to the hotel for linking up to other scene spots and even to Osaka and other places as you wish. The quality of hospitality service is good and some staff are hands-on and can communicate via english. The room interior is warm and comfort to my family and I like its comfy bed and sufficient hot-water rain-shower and both my family and myself had a good sleep there. The Wi-Fi speed is acceptable and the room cleaning service is also above average.

La buona cosa: l'hotel è pulito. Tradizionale quando arrivano. La posizione è grande. Il ryokan non è stato rinnovato o migliorato dal 70's .... ma è stato mantenuto in condizioni decente. Parlare inglese con il personale è stato un problema. Mi ci sono voluti circa 40 minuti per far capire al personale che non volevo la stanza che mi mettevano in perché sono stati riusciti a fumare. Non mi ha fatto eccitare il pasto ”10 corsi”. Dovevano chiedere se gli ospiti hanno qualsiasi tipo di allergia per la loro protezione e gli ospiti. Il personale aveva barriere linguistiche per spiegare chiaramente cosa servivano. Infine, e soprattutto, il rumore della stanza sopra era inaccettabile, era una famiglia di bambini piccoli e il rumore si sentiva come un elefante che scorreva sopra il soffitto. Poiché paghi qualcosa come $500 dollari a notte, dovrebbero affrontare il problema del rumore.Ho chiamato e mi sono lamentato, ma il personale non capì quello che sto dicendo o fingendo di non capire.

The location is excellent and right in the downtown of Kyoto but not in the front street which will be too crowded and noisy, still there were some noisy from the restaurants and bar nearby which still played loud music even after 12:00AM, so not ideal for those people who needs total silence to sleep. This is probably the necessary evil when live in the downtown hotel, but the hotel is already in the back alley so felt a bit better. Cannot consider the service top quality since the hotel front desk is located at 8th floor, and there is only one person tending the luggage at ground level till 6PM, so no service can be offered at ground level, this is the part can improve since some of the high floor hotel do have ground floor service crew unless in a big commercial building complex. The room is nicely decorated and everything feels new, no complaint about the room. Although the breakfast is a bit disappointed given the very limited selection of foods and Japanese style breakfast can only offer limited number (25 serving per day?), this part can definitely make some improvement, at least inform the guest about the limited number so we can book in advance.

Cammino breve alla zona di mercato di Nishiki. Camminabile anche a Gion. L'accesso via metropolitana è facile e non troppo lontano, ma sarà un po' turbolente se piove. Trova l'uscita 3 della metropolitana che è un ascensore di disabilità vicino al lato dell'Hotel Okura per un accesso più facile con bagagli. Camminare breve per le comodità e le opzioni alimentari.

Lo uso da solo in vacanza.Ho passato quattro anni di terra all'Università di Kyoto, quindi questa posizione è molto conveniente perché ho l'intuizione della terra.Ma per coloro che non sanno molto Kyoto, potrebbe essere un po' lontano dalla città originale del fiume. La posizione è grande, molto breve taxi da Kyoto e a circa 15 minuti a piedi da Gion e il quartiere shopping. Ci sono noleggi di bicicletta intorno all'angolo per più mobilità se si fa piacere. La stazione della metropolitana è a due minuti a piedi, quindi si può anche raggiungere in metro molto veloce.

Shengzhengdun ha scelto di vivere in ARU per una settimana, molto soddisfatto!Il rapporto prezzo è troppo alto. Traffico conveniente: tre ponti e stazioni di metropolitana della città sono molto vicini. Il piccolo hotel a tre o cinque minuti a piedi è un autobus. Vai a Liu Mountain per Kyoto JR e andare ovunque. Mangiare e bere il paradiso: la comunicazione e la prima lotta sono intorno a una zona di cibo dolce. Ci sono anche aziende di notte e tardi. Il riso di pesce e di carne di pesce è dolce...Alto e basso, molte scelte di mangiare il salmone ogni giorno. Il colazione dell'hotel è principalmente giapponese, ci sono anche semplici stili occidentali, salate e vari piccoli riso da pranzo per aggiungere la zuppa al pane.Ci sono due giorni di mattina e la zuppa di tofu, il tofu di Kyoto Il servizio è anche molto entusiasta. È necessario rispondere con attenzione.Per tenere conto della segnalazione della stanza quando esce, o non pulire entro il giorno di accordo.

Molto sorpreso.L'hotel giapponese con il gabinetto è l'antico giapponese residente di Hui Yuu (il giapponese Yuu Yuu è un martirio attivo alla fine del cortile fino all'inizio dell'era di Meiji, un politico che promuove la piattaforma di Hui Yuu e la contea di Hui Yuu, che è stato distrutto, e con Lu Xiang Xiang e Dalong Pauliton sono chiamati ”Meiji Vinjie”.) Tutto è pieno di punteggio.Raccomando a un amico turistico giapponese di questo hotel.Raccomando la prenotazione di colazione giapponese.La prossima volta vado a Kyoto e prenoto il Giardino di Shi Long Song.Tutto è così bello in Giappone 💕💕💕

We had mixed reviews of this accomodation Pros - was a very large room two small doubles and a bunk perfect for families. Amenities are great with wifi, lots of kitchen utensils, stove, tea and coffee supplied, toothbrushes available, washing machine and tablets are provided with an inbuilt dryer system in the bathroom. Bathroom and shower area was also spacious. Beds are on the okay side but could be softer. The area itself is nice and quiet with a bus stop right out from we utilised every day, supermarket and Lawsons are across the road and you feel very safe. Would recommend for families. Cons - check in is in a different location 20minute taxi away so we had to catch a train to the check in office when arriving in Kyoto from Osaka, then a taxi to the accomodation after this which chewed up a few hours as we had to wait 45min in addition to check in due to busyness of the office. The area is a bit out of the way of everything next time I might consider staying at a different resi stay location closer to sights and facilities like shops etc. All the restaurants in the area seem to not open for breakfast until 11am so we had to have McDonald’s if we didn’t want to cook or travel too far for breakfast as we have a toddler (early riser). Same occurred at dinner time a lot of restaurants didn’t seem to be open the Monday or Tuesday we were there or opened too late for us (we travelled with a four year old). Our last disappointment was resi stay apparently have a strict not noise at night policy however another room partied until about 3am but there is no front desk or after hours phone number to call to complain / get the noise to stop. Was very frustrating as walls were very thin so we didn’t sleep very well. Overall we would stay with Resi Stay again but at another location due to Nishijin being a bit too out of the way for us.

Letto molto confortevole e letto futon e abbastanza spazio nelle camere da letto, solo negativo era il segno luminoso di uscire dal fuoco che era così luminoso quando cercava di dormire di notte e molte polveri sotto le letti. Il negozio di te' dell'Ippodo è l'opposto che aiuta a localizzare la proprietà su questa tranquilla strada. La norma che si trova davanti alla porta dice “Tsumugi” in modo che inizialmente non eravamo sicuri che fossimo al posto giusto. I should’ve checked my emails to confirm we’d arrive directly at the property rather than pick up the key code from the desk at Kyoto station (for some reason I thought the reception was at the property! Mi sbaglio!) così abbiamo dovuto aspettare qualcuno a girare dalla stazione, difficile aspettare nel calore estivo, ma anche apprezzato il peddling lì in fretta! Ci sono solo tre set di tazze e colli e potrebbero aver fatto con un tostapane e un asciugamano per la pasticceria, perché non c'è nessuna rack di drenaggio, ma altrimenti la cucina era buona per un breve soggiorno. Sarebbe anche bello avere un modo di impiccare il lavandino, oltre ai pochi impicci che potrei appendere alle porte. Nonostante queste piccole cose, probabilmente rimarrei qui, perché era bella e tranquilla, comoda, pulita, conveniente e bella estetica di design.
