L'hotel è vicino a quattro crociere.Mi sono registrato a mezzanotte, ma la reception è molto gentile. Posso rispondere senza fare espressioni infelici.La stanza è molto pulita, le strutture sono anche molto ricca, e un porto USB può essere caricato, che è molto utile. Ma solo un momento nella stanza, forse perché usa un grande bacino pubblico.Questo può essere un fattore negativo per coloro che vogliono dormire lentamente nella stanza. Personalmente, sono soddisfatto di una grande piscina pubblica, quindi non c'è problema.Anche il trasporto è conveniente. Da quattro stazioni di autobus di gioielli, si può non solo raggiungere la stazione di Kyoto, ma anche raggiungere i famosi punti turistici di Golden Liang, Qing Water, Dongjiang, due città, montagne e altri, e può anche andare in città del giardino e del fiume senza cambiare treni. Hai bisogno di un altro treno, ma puoi anche andare a Nanjing e a Silver.Se cammini per un piccolo percorso, troverai la stazione di Huangjiang e la stazione di quattro grandi palazzi, sia turistica che commerciale, molto conveniente. - Bagno di buone dimensioni La vasca non è minuscola.
- Lo svantaggio riscontrato è che il condizionatore non può essere regolato. Quando sono andato a riposarmi, il tempo a Kyoto stava già iniziando a fare caldo. Non è possibile regolare l'aria condizionata in modo che sia fresca. Sembra essere controllato dal governo centrale. Fa così caldo che quasi non riesco a dormire.
- Un'altra cosa è Con una posizione vicino alla strada A volte puoi sentire il rumore delle auto che circolano sulla strada. A volte sento il rumore di una moto che gira. Sono rimasto sorpreso ＞＜

Il prezzo è contenuto e le dotazioni in camera sono diverse dalle precedenti. Ci sono lavatrici indipendenti e forni a microonde, tutti gratuiti. C'è una macchina per il caffè al piano di sotto. È davvero incredibile scendere per una tazza di caffè al mattino. Il fratellino alla reception è molto gentile. Ho molti bagagli e mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera. Ho solo dimenticato di fare delle foto alla stanza. è davvero molto buono

The room is great and the view is awesome. Room is clean and tidy.
Access to Kyoto Tower and Tourism Guide Center(inside the train station) is effortless if you compare to other valuable hotel. You may also buy bus ticket to Fuji Q-Highland in the next building. Transportation is easy if you stay there.
The service is quite nice since the staffs are very helpful and so kind(full of smile). Also, they're quite good in English. You may also get the discount voucher to get into Kyoto Tower Observatorium Deck.
Amenities are basic, should be added, like shaving kits, etc.

La camera è grande (rispetto ai normali hotel giapponesi), le valigie possono essere sp**** , l'arredamento è moderno, le strutture sono complete e il bagno è asciutto, il bagno è separato e pulito in modo tempestivo, c'è anche una vasca termale gratuita all'ultimo piano, che è molto rilassante e allevia lo stress ~ Lo consiglio vivamente; questo hotel se viaggi a Kyoto!

Ci vogliono circa 3 minuti per raggiungere a piedi un minimarket nelle vicinanze.
Nelle vicinanze si trova anche un supermercato.
C'è un forno a microonde in camera che è comodo.
Il letto era grande e la stanza era confortevole.
Sfortunatamente, non c'è un parcheggio dell'hotel o un parcheggio convenzionato, che è una stella in meno. Vorrei che il personale migliorasse il fatto che non ha familiarità con i vicini parcheggi a gettoni.

Hotel molto comodo, vicinissimo alla stazione. L'hotel dispone anche di un bus navetta da e per la stazione e l'hotel. È molto comodo. Molto buono anche il servizio di accoglienza alla reception. Dopo il check out ho trovato che il mio cellulare era rimasto in camera quando sono arrivato alla stazione. Sono tornato in albergo e ho chiesto alla reception. , subito mi hanno detto che la governante della stanza aveva avvisato la reception che il cellulare era stato prelevato e l'ho consegnato immediatamente. Sono molto grato al personale di servizio dell'hotel per il loro atteggiamento lavorativo serio e responsabile, che ha dato alle persone una sensazione sicura e calorosa di soggiornare in hotel. Train station is within walking distance. Amenities are all available for self-collect at the lobby. Communication with the staff was a little confusing when I wanted to check if I could make a reservation for breakfast the next morning but the staff said it would be crowded...What I saw the next morning didn't seem to be fully occupied so it's puzzling. There was an indicator board that reflected the number of guests for breakfast (see photo) and there were not many. Apart from that, it was a decent stay.

Il proprietario ha sottolineato nel manuale dell'hotel che ha risparmiato le strutture inutili e fornito l'esperienza più economica per gli ospiti, ma ha fornito un microonde molto piacevole (non l'ha mai visto in una stanza economica comune/hotel avanzato). In generale, l'hotel risparmia i costi, quindi spesso ha una buona stanza a basso prezzo il giorno lavorativo. Non è difficile prenotare circa 300. Ma se è il prezzo di circa 1000 alloggi nel fine settimana, fai attenzione...Il tempo di partenza è alle dieci, e la camera da letto è la soluzione più risparmiata (un drago è stato salvato da un drago rispetto ad altri hotel economici normali), forse per questo motivo l'acqua fredda e calda rilasciata sono molto affaticate Beh, se vuoi lavarti i denti, ti consiglio di prendere l'acqua di miniera (un paio di passi verso la destra sono 7-11, molto conveniente).

UUtente ospiteRoom is good for Japan standard. More spacious for 2 pax with coffee table and chairs. 3 pax room is a squueze & left little room for us to open all the luggages. Bathroom is excellent separate bath & restroom. I thought the room cleaning is only 2x a week but glad that it's done daily. Note they give you the amenities during the check in but it's a lot! They even gave nice moisturising face mask. A nice indoor garden running through the lobby and restaurant makes for calm oasis.
Amazing breakfast where they even served sake & sochu with selection of cute tea tins. I am surprised at how wide the selection is with sushi, sashimi, western, japanese and even stew/ cooked food. I dont know how they can manage to squeeze so much for breakfast :) Better to book the room inclusive of breakfast otherwise you have to pay Yen 2700 onsite. In anycase still worth the price compared to SG. They serve great afternoon tea Japanese dessert platter (free of charge) and night alcohol drinks too. Reminder to be there on time or 30mins before close of service.
It is not very near to the Kyoto station but good 5 mins walk. Not many taxi drivier know the area so recommended to take the hotel namecard to show. There are other hotels opposite or near to station but this hotel won my heart with it's earnest service and additional touches. This is among the mid range hotels of my trip but the value they gave is much more in comparison.
Beside the hotel there are several excellent restaurants & izakayas. I had excellent dinner at Quatro italian bistro for amazing al dente pasta and I was surprised to learn there's a great rated sushi Tomisen behind the hotel. Must reserve in advance. For families can walk 15mins to Aquarium for great afternoon.
My daugther lost her mobile phone on long distance bus from Takayama to Kyoto. The reception helped to call and arrangement with the bus station to retrieve and sending via Ta-q-Bin. I am just amazed at the honesty, service with pride culture and excellent Japan system!! Kudos to the people and lovely Kyoto.

Nestled in the heart of Kyoto, the hotel's location was simply perfect. It provided easy access to some of the city's most iconic landmarks and cultural attractions, ensuring that I could explore the beauty of Kyoto with utmost convenience. Whether it was the majestic Kinkaku-ji Temple or the serene Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, everything was within reach, allowing me to immerse myself fully in the city's rich heritage.
The hotel's architecture and interior design were a true reflection of Kyoto's aesthetic beauty. The moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a sense of tranquility and harmony. Le strutture interne sono eccessive. Come nella mia camera a tre (207), uno di Jiangsu è senza elettricità, e l'altro è anche resistente. UUtente anonimoThe service provided by the hotel was great. We requested the adjoining rooms by email before check-in and their response was super fast. Excellent communication! The gentleman who was an English native speaker from the reception was very helpful. He helped us to use Yamato delivery to post our luggages to Tokyo. Really appreciate it!The rooms were clean and comfy. The toiletries provided by the hotel were nice. We enjoyed our 2 nights staying at the hotel.

UUtente ospiteThe location of Granvia Kyoto is excellent, right on top of Kyoto JR station which is very convenient in sight-seeing around Kyoto (and other places in west of Japan) especially during cherry blossom season. We enjoyed our 5 nights' stay there in end March while the whole city was bursting with tourists and locals all over Japan. There are also lots of restaurants nearby the area, and the underground shopping district offers a lot of fun for shopping and breakfast and lunch. For tips at dinner, may avoid going to restaurant floors in depar**ent stores as there were long queues almost for all restaurants due to peak season and we had to wait for more than 45 minutes at some points.
The only drawback was there was a fire alarm (around 11 pm) during our stay, and there was broadcast from the hotel asking all guests to evacuate immediately and move down to the lobby in the middle of the night. While we appreciate that hotel was responsive out of our safety, yet since the announcement was rectified a few minutes later saying that the alarm was not due to a fire on the floor we stayed in, we would suggest that the hotel management may improve in handling similar situations in future and check in-person on the spot to confirm whether or not an emergency situation exists before asking all guests to evacuate. Apart from this everything has been perfect.

UUtente ospiteWe had an excellent stay at this Machiya (traditional Kyoto townhouse) for 3 days. We only did in-room dining one night, but that was also excellent. The check-in process is a little strange, as you will receive communication from the company that's a little dense and will not interact directly with the staff unless you choose to. We had to scan and send our passport photos and fill out a registration card, but that was it. The property is small by European/American standards in the sense that you will need to be careful to avoid damaging (including possibly your own head) things during your stay due to height and luggage weight. There's slippers provided to switch from your walking shoes to walking inside the property and there is an excellent bathtub and washroom with washer. My two cautions - this firm has English speaking employees available during business hours (and an emergency line) but it is geared primarily towards the Japan renter. Be prepared to know Japanese or be willing to take the time to translate certain things via your cell phone/app of your choice to understand how to work the various appliances. As an older building, learning the heating/cooling. The second caution, as an older building sound is an issue. You will hear the street and need to control your volume in order to be a polite guest. If this isn't something you're looking to do, then just throw the money at a more modern hotel experience. We liked it - not everyone will.
