The hotel is great. If you really want to give negative feedback, will be the TV can only watch Japanese channels. It will be perfect if the TV is smart TV. The rest is all good.

Amazing hotel . Ranging from the complimentary drinks to the hot bath and the delicious food . I must give commendation to the chef . Perfect every meal . The Buffett breakfast js the best I had for a long time. Would definitely visit again if I come to Kyoto.

Each night comes with complementary drink. Lounge has teas, coffee and massage chair. As well as public bath

The room size was small and good to put 2 luggage on the aisle. Apart of it, it was quite nice to stay.

Sakura Terrace is only 3 mins walking from Kyoto station, there are 2 blocks seperating by the main road. There is a taxi stand next to it too. I like the free Spa and sauna. I also enjoy the free drink offers in the evening with a variety of alcohol. . You need to be early for the breakfast else you will be stuck in the queue outside.

The location was fantastic, given its proximity to the central train station. The availability of the onsen was also a major plus, a fantastic way to decompress after a long day of walking and travelling. However, the only feedback is the general cleanliness of the hotel. There was a large spider web hanging from the EXIT sign right outside the room, which was a bit disturbing given how close it was. Other than that had an uneventful and pleasant stay.

Everying is good but poor wifi

The room is perfect The environment is very great and very convenient

Nice stay near Kyoto station . Was there for business and now return with family . Breakfast is really great
