The room is big with heater and washing machine. It was located beside a mall with restaurants and walking distance to the train station.

The staff are fairly nice and speak fluent English. They also provide sauce and utensils for cooking. The location is good as well. It takes place near the Aeon Mall (2-3 mins walk) and Kyoto station (5-8 mins walk). In sum, I prefer this hotel if you go with family.

Highly recommended, cosy and spacious apartment with full amenities. Tv in the bathroom, washing machine and dryer provided. Free rental of games consoles, BBQ griller and hotpots etc. Location is just next to the Aeon mall and so we bought wagyu beef from the supermarket at a fraction of the price and borrowed the griller to whip up some wagyu beef for dinner! Awesome stay! Will definitely be back again!

Excellent Location - 5mins walk from Kyoto St. and just next to AEON mall. We can easily find a restaurant or grab food from AEON supermarket. New and clean - equipments are relatively clean and new. Though cleaning for every 3 nights stay, but not a problem for us. They prepared enough towels for the whole stay, and there are collection bins and baskets for garbage and used towels in the life lobby. We can simply take them out from our room when going out to keep our room clean during the whole stay. Spacious - room is large enough for our family of 5. Kids like both kinds of bedding and one of our activity was to discuss who took the tatami or who took the western bedding every day. must stay againnext time to Kyoto.

Nice hotel, near Kyoto station and shopping district. 7-11 nearby just walk less than 3 minutes. Room with a dining table allows us seat together to have breakfast and dinner together. The best facilities I like is I don’t need shower in cold air. If I come Kyoto again this be my only choice. Hotel staff also very helpful and friendly.👍
