Recensioni su Urban Hotel Kyoto Shijo Premium

Abbiamo soggiornato all'Urban Hotel Kyoto Shijo Premium per una notte. L'hotel era vicino al quartiere di Gion e al mercato di Nishiki, raggiungibile in autobus. C'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio davanti all'hotel, da cui si può prendere un autobus per la stazione di Kyoto. La camera era pulita ma, come ci aspettavamo, molto piccola. Abbiamo alloggiato in una camera con letto matrimoniale queen size e il letto era comodo. La camera era silenziosa e il bagno pulito. L'hotel dispone di un bagno pubblico gratuito, ma non siamo riusciti a usarlo.

Le camere di questo hotel sono ok e più spaziose della media degli hotel giapponesi. Ma lasciatemi parlare del servizio: quando abbiamo fatto il check-in in hotel, abbiamo preso un bicchiere d'acqua da bere al ristorante, ma sono venuti e ci hanno cacciato dicendo che non potevamo sederci lì durante la pausa del ristorante. Era meglio comunicare con la reception riguardo alla situazione del check-in. La cosa peggiore è l'igiene. Il davanzale della finestra della stanza è pieno di piccole zanzare e dei loro cadaveri. Ci sono zanzare nella stanza e non ci sono misure di controllo delle zanzare. Il davanzale della finestra, il comodino e altri posti sono coperti di polvere e hanno non è stato pulito affatto. Questa condizione sanitaria sconvolse completamente la mia comprensione dell’igiene e della pulizia giapponese. Fare il bagno al secondo piano è gratuito e ok, ma la palestra è piccola e richiede pagamento e prenotazione.

Good location even if quit far from subway station,but is a good location for you to explore the city

Not bad location. Room clean but extremely small, barely enough for the bed and a little corridor. It was difficult to find place to set down two suitcases to open. Carpet floor is more easy to keep dirt and bacteria. Only two pillows provided, and when asked for more, they said no more available. Breakfast is nice but expensive. Free coffee at the entrance. Staff was nice even if refusing pillow. But they sold us a bus pass that could not be used in all buses and didn't warn us, a total waste.

Near to bus station, and train station. Surrounding with the convenient store such family mart and 7E, the staff so friendly and the room very clean and spacious.

The location is very good. Close to Kyoto downtown area. Hankyu train and Kyoto Subway line are close to the hotel.

Hotel was convenient, room was decent size too. If you are not comfortable with wearing their room slippers (they use a common slipper as there is a public bath), then I would suggest for you to bring your own slippers.

Hotel just ok for a quick stay. Nothing special to recommend it.

Very spacious for family

Best hotel in Kyoto! The hotel is new and big, room is spacious with nice design, easy to check, and the breakfast is really nice with lots of selection, staffs are also always in good smile and greet you

All Japanese staff are only responsible to the questions related to their hotel. They have no knowledge and not helpful anything else.

Great staff, breakfast with many options and quite tasty, onsen area quite spacious and clean. Room was good size. You can hear the noise from the main street nearby but at night is not disturbing

The room is small, but the breakfast is great, with a wide variety of delicious options. There is a FamilyMart nearby, which makes it very convenient.
