La dimensione della stanza è OK, molto vicino alla stazione e al centro commerciale, e l'acquisto e la cena sono molto convenienti.Se è vicino al viaggio anche alla città antica, è possibile camminare a piedi

Hotel vicino al centro, a circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Hotel pulito e camere spaziose. Il personale è cordiale e dispone di bagni e di un'area salotto all'ingresso. Dispone anche di un bar. L'unico problema è la colazione, i nostri amici sono andati e hanno detto che non c'era quasi nulla

L'hotel dispone di tutte le strutture - grande comodo letto, caldaia, set di tè e caffè, acqua minerale, asciugamani. Raccomando delizioso buffet svedese colazione, una grande scelta, un servizio molto bello. L'unico punto di svantaggio è che l'inverno è davvero freddo nella stanza.

Hotel accogliente, elegante e lussuoso. Posizione ottima, pieno centro ma non nelle strade più affolate. Il personale che parla perfettamente inglese è molto accogliente e anche troppo serviziale. La spa è carina,un pó piccola e attenzione che si scivola con facilità La colazione buona con chef che prepara piatti a vista. La cualitativa del sonno è perfetta, stanza silenziosa. Un unico problema è stata la chiave che non faceva bene il contatto con il dispositivo delle luci. Un ottimo hotel qualità prezzo. Consiglio

Awesome! Definitely to be recommended This hotel is in a very central location, the staff was very kind and professional and the breakfast plentiful. Maybe you should better distinguish yourself from the other hotel with almost the same name, because maybe the taxi driver could be a little confused. Ottima posizione e ottima posizione

tappa in questa bella città,veramente un bel hotel,con prezzi buoni per essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla famosa piazza del centro storico,in confine con il famoso parco che fa da contorno a tutto il centro storico,bella hall,belle camere spaziose,bel bagno con doccia spaziosa,cambio degli asciugamano tutti i giorni(ne danno uno a testa,(a noi sono bastati in quanto mi porto sempre via gli accappatoi in microfibra)letto comodo come misure anche se scritto letto alla francese,2 bottigliette di acqua tutti i giorni,hotel silenzioso.C'è un però,l'aria condizionata c'è,ma è come non ci fosse,l'impianto nelle camere è da rivedere,non era un problema solo della mia camera,anche i miei amici avevano lo stesso problema,purtroppo abbiamo pure beccato due giorni caldissimi,quindi glielo abbiamo fatto presente e ci hanno fatto trovare in camera un ventilatore,altra cosa che metterei dato che il posto c'è un piccolo frigo.per il resto ve lo straconsiglio.

Buon albergo, non straordinario. Come posizione è un po' eccentrico rispetto al centro di Cracovia (che poi è la zona turistica) che è a circa 2,5 km. Colazione abbondante. Dopo la prima notte non ci hanno rimesso a posto le due camere e abbiamo dovuto farlo presente alla signorina alla reception (peraltro gentilissima). Onestamente, dovessi tornare Cracovia, sceglierei una sistemazione più vicino alla zona centrale.

For a hotel whose main purpose is to service conference guests, it is unfortunate that the in-room WiFi connection is utterly unreliable and makes working impossible - the signal could not support any remote working. I had to use my non-Polish cell phone data as a hotspot for my laptop. This is a huge issue that really needs to be resolved for business guests ASAP. When I complained about this, I was told to use the executive lounge for a better connection - yet I can hardly inflict a 2 hour long Teams meeting on the other lounge guests. The hotel road access must also be mentioned - frankly the design is stupid. The single access lane with boom gate to the hotel is constantly blocked by a steady stream of taxis and food delivery cars. They park there while waiting for customers or to drop off food orders, so guests cannot enter and must wait around - on one occasion this was for 5 minutes and the driver was rude and aggressive when I politely requested he move and wait elsewhere. Breakfast at the Fifth Avenue restaurant is barely acceptable - I have had better free basic breakfasts at a Hampton Inn. The quality of the food is lacking, but also the poor preparation/cooking really stands out - e.g. undercooked, cold hash browns. The guy on the desk was obnoxious and acted like it was my fault my name wasn't on the list - even though my Honors loyalty status means I'm automatically entitled to breakfast as a benefit. Apparently I was to blame for a lack of communication amongst hotel staff. The restaurant itself was heaving with poorly behaved guests, children running around screeching and spilling liquids. The young wait staff was overwhelmed - needed tables were left uncleared. I had to do this myself, then ask twice for fresh cutlery/china. The quality of food from room service was equally sub-standard and disappointing. The parking ticket machine does not work. After wasting a ridiculous amount of time trying to pay for parking, I went inside to reception where the guy laughed and said 'Oh no, it doesn't work. Pay here at the desk'. Maybe put up a sign? Guests should be aware that the pool is shared with guests from the adjoining Hampton. Apparently it's not intended to be used by child free adults before 20:00 - the rest of the day it's taken over by noisy kids playing ball games who prevent actual swimming. If you need to withdraw money from the automatic teller machine - good luck doing this of an evening when the area is closed off and inaccessible. Finally, the mattress was uncomfortable. Neither firm nor soft, just lacking in decent springs/support and in need of an update. The one positive was the evening happy hour at the executive lounge. Good quality options - goulash soup really good. The two male waiters very helpful and good at clearing and monitoring. Given the inconvenient location away from the city centre and the overall average quality of the hotel's offering, I've asked my company to avoid booking future stays

L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Stanze ampie, tempi di check-in e check-out molto rapidi, servizio wifi buono. Nel complesso però non è certo un cinque stelle. Al nostro arrivo la suite che ci era stata assegnata non aveva il terzo letto preparato e hanno dovuto darcene un'altra perché a quell'ora (23:30) non c'era nessuno del personale che potesse aprire il divano e preparare il terzo letto. Poi la stanza era fredda. Abbiamo fatto presente la cosa in reception e hanno mandato il tecnico che ha riconosciuto che in stanza c'era freddo nonostante i condizionatori al massimo di calore. Così ci è stata data una stufa elettrica, ma in un hotel cinque stelle vorrei non aver bisogno di una stufa elettrica (tra l'altro avevamo una suite ben pagata). Poi abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e al momento di pagare ho chiesto di segnare il conto alla stanza, ma ci hanno detto che prima dovevo lasciare una garanzia in reception. Così ho pagato il conto direttamente al ristorante, ma in un hotel cinque stelle non dovrebbe dare un trattamento simile. Insomma, se volete un 5 stelle dovete andare altrove.
