Hotel 3 stelle a Cracovia

We enjoyed the stay. To start with the staff were helpful and very friendly. The breakfast selection and choices were very good. The hotel in general and the room in particular were very clean . The location was perfect and close to most tourist attractions in the city. Finally on top of all that their price was reasonable. I will use it again if needed and will recommend it to others.

A little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too! Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room. I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.

I really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Gli aspetti positivi. L'hotel era moderno, ben posizionato rispetto alla piazza centrale e le camere erano impeccabili. La colazione era di buona qualità con una scelta varia. Gli aspetti negativi. Un membro del personale delle pulizie è entrato nella mia stanza la mattina presto senza bussare. Credo che non si fosse accorta che la stanza era occupata. Ero in mutande nel mio letto esposto. Ha causato molto imbarazzo a me e a lei. Ho fatto un reclamo. Tuttavia, è stato ignorato e non ci sono state scuse. Dal membro del personale alla reception. Ho ordinato del cibo e quando è stato consegnato dal ristorante esterno, è stato lasciato alla reception dell'hotel. Quando alla fine ho ricevuto una chiamata dalla reception tramite il mio cellulare, il pasto era freddo e rovinato. La receptionist ha affermato di aver chiamato il telefono della mia stanza, ma non l'ha fatto. Un altro incidente con il personale delle pulizie, hanno buttato via la mia bottiglia d'acqua quando hanno pulito la stanza. Ho chiesto dove fosse e hanno iniziato a rovistare nei sacchi neri. Sono rimasto totalmente scioccato dal fatto che pensassero di poter mettere i miei averi nella spazzatura. Il personale può essere brusco, ogni settore lavorativo è molto dislocato dall'altro, quindi l'atmosfera dell'hotel sembra piuttosto fredda. Se potessero occuparsi dell'armonia del personale, allora il posto sembrerebbe più accogliente.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

Buona posizione e staff super gentile. Colazione con poca varietà e qualcosa non proprio buonissimo, pochissima scelta tra i dolci, molto di più salato. Carino trovare le bottigliette d’acqua gratuite in camera. Purtroppo la pulizia non avveniva ogni giorno e non abbiamo capito con quale criterio sceglievano i giorni in cui pulire. L’ultimo giorno non avevamo più nemmeno carta igienica e non hanno mai messo il bagnoschiuma ma solo shampoo in quanto era terminato. Una ragazza dello staff ci ha gentilmente offerto un po’ del suo.

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Had a great time. Easy enough to check-in, we just messaged the number on the door and received a code. Couldn't get a better location!

Igiene è inquadrata perché tutti i piccoli sapori che entrano nel bagno sono tutti in buona salute. Io e il mio amico abbiamo una stanza per una persona. La zona della stanza è troppo piccola per due persone. È più vicina ad un percorso di traffico. La notte dormirà sentire il rumore della macchina. Il caffè e la tasca del bagno sono usati in qualsiasi momento. C'è un buon bar vicino a Xiaochuan. Sono venuti a Zhuang City per quindici minuti di rapporto prezzo Bene.
