Fantastico
UUtente ospiteL'edificio ha un'atmosfera vintage e uno stile decisamente europeo. Si trova a circa 5-10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Situato nel centro storico, è molto comodo per raggiungere le principali attrazioni nelle vicinanze. Il personale è stato cordiale e cortese, rendendo il soggiorno molto piacevole!

KKanabeeA little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too!
Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room.
I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.

UUtente ospiteI really liked the Columbus Hotel. It's just a few minutes' walk from Grzegorzki train station, which is the next stop after the main station Rynek, coming from the airport. I was in a twin room with a balcony, bathtub, fridge, complimentary water, toiletries. Lovely, bright and clean, comfy beds and nice bedding. Breakfast was delicious. The scrambled egg and little sausages were so tasty. The cakes were lovely with coffee afterwards. Also cereal, meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt and breads and juices. Lovely and quiet, never heard a sound from other guests in their rooms. A real calm and relaxed vibe. There's also an outdoor seating area and a shop across the road. The tram stops are just to the side and are so easy and frequent. Ticket machines are at the stop, or you can pay on board. Don't forget to validate your ticket. Great base for exploring the Jewish quarter and ghetto, Schindler Factory Museum and don't miss the Plaszow guided tour, a highlight so far. Tram 3 and 24 takes you there from outside hotel and coats 4 zlotys. They are in the process of building a museum there, so it's going to be much busier in the future. Go now while its not as well known. I would definitely return to Columbus hotel, an excellent choice, enjoy!

Ppdp11This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy.
The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works.
I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery.
The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it.
It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town.
Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast.
Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment.
I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked.
I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

UUtente ospiteクラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。
コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。
私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に
なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。
結果、良かったです。
因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

SsallyIl hotel era moderno, ben posizionato dalla piazza centrale, e le camere erano senza spot. Il colazione era di buona qualità con una scelta diversa.
I negativi. Un membro del personale di pulizia è entrato nella mia stanza prima di mattina senza colpire. Credo che non si rendesse conto che la stanza era occupata. Ero nella mia sottovestita nel mio letto esposto. Questo mi ha causato molta vergogna per me e lei. Ho fatto una denuncia. Tuttavia, era spogliato da parte, e non c'era scusa. Da parte del personale alla ricezione. Ho ordinato il cibo, e quando è stato consegnato dal ristorante esterno, è stato lasciato a sedere alla ricezione dell'hotel. Quando finalmente ho ricevuto una chiamata dal mio cellulare, il pasto era freddo e rovinato. La ricevitrice ha detto che aveva chiamato la mia stanza - non aveva. Un altro incidente con il personale di pulizia, mi hanno buttato via la bottiglia d’acqua quando hanno pulito la stanza. Ho chiesto dove fosse, e si sono arrampicati attraverso i sacchetti neri. Mi ha sorpreso che pensassero di poter mettere la mia possesso nel bagagliaio.
Il personale può essere brusco, ogni settore del lavoro è molto distacco dall'altro, quindi si sente piuttosto freddo nell'atmosfera dell'hotel. Se potessero affrontare l'armonica del personale, allora il luogo sarebbe più accogliente.

*Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms.
*The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection.
*Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room.
*Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops.
CONS
*The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression!
*The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights.
Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Io e il mio amico abbiamo una stanza per una persona. La zona della stanza è troppo piccola per due persone. È più vicina ad un percorso di traffico. La notte dormirà sentire il rumore della macchina. Il caffè e la tasca del bagno sono usati in qualsiasi momento. C'è un buon bar vicino a Xiaochuan. Sono venuti a Zhuang City per quindici minuti di rapporto prezzo Bene.
