Conveniently located near the airport with pickup service. The food and service were really good. Rooms are spacious. A nice pool with loungers and a gym. However you can hear the noise from the road as it is along the main road.
Only down side was that we had no hot water in our bathroom.
Loads of potential and most of the staff are friendly and try their best. The resort could focus on training their employees so that they can deliver services on a more higher level. They are able to do their jobs but it's very basic and doesn't fit the brand image that they are trying to portray. The food quality was not of high standard and when the hotel is not full they cold probably provide a set menu for breakfast. It may not be as good at first, but for reducing food wastage and food related health it could be beneficial. Our stomachs weren't happy when we ate at the resort because of this. For staff, you can empower your workforce by rather having a few people who are highly skilled but in a variety of areas. Maybe doing family weekends and have a kids club going to get younger families witih kids under 12 to come, as I feel like this is a great resort for young families since the beach is calm and the pools are set up like that. There is a massive area on the one side of the common area that could possibly have a play area with a little crafts centre going. The location is far from most places so if the resort focused on uplifting this would probably help a lot. It really has a lot of potential.

Gli happy hour nei diversi bar sono stati un punto culminante. La piscina è davvero bella e pulita. Il cibo è fatto per soddisfare i gusti dei turisti, ma se vuoi dell'autentico delizioso pesce, c'è un posto fantastico nelle vicinanze. Ritornerei sicuramente.
The hotel offers good service, with a lovely pool and bar area on the beach. Breakfast was great with a big choice in it's buffet.
If you are family with small children then it's suitable, but I would not recommend it to couples or solo traveller's looking for solitude and relaxation. It's noisy not only from the pool but loud speakers spoilt the sanctuary of the room and recreational areas. The beach in front of the hotel has many hawkers awaiting hotel patrons to sell their merchandise who bother the patrons who attempt to enjoy the sea.
The hotel was grand in its day, but little has been done to keep it up to date.

Il nostro soggiorno al Royal Avila è stato fantastico. Abbiamo alloggiato nella camera 501 suite sul tetto.
Il personale dell'hotel era davvero proattivo e intraprendente nel fornire il miglior servizio e sempre sorridente. Il personale ricorda persino il numero della nostra camera e i nostri nomi.
Le camere erano spaziose e pulite e avevano la migliore vista del tramonto! Il cibo del ristorante era ottimo e abbiamo cenato lì quasi ogni sera.
Durante la cena il ristorante aveva musica dal vivo e abbiamo bevuto cocktail per rilassarci.
Lo consiglierei sicuramente e ritorneremo alla nostra prossima visita!
The location of the hotel is very good. And the rooms and houses are also very nice. The downside is the horrible personal. They are not client oriented and hotel do not provide good level of service. First day when we arrived at the hotel we booked gili island tour with them. Booking from hotel you expect high level of service, but this was the worst excursion I have ever been to! First they not wanted to provide things they promised - no snorkelling exuipment, no towels. Water they not provided for whole day and the boat was horrible - with no stairs to get back on it after you jump in the water to snorkel. My husband needed to pull me up from hands on the boat as I could not get there without stairs on my own. From 3 islands we saw only 1. When we came to first island they sag it is too big currant and when we asked to go walking instead little bit in gili travangan - they not let us out. We saw Only gili menu. The last island also was with strong currant and we not saw it. When asked to bring to first island to walk, they asked us to pay additional. After this they offered us waterfall excursion eith reduced price, but in the end when we were taken to waterfalls we needed to pay additional for guide and entry. In the end can say - do not book any excursions with them as they cheat all the time. Massage in hotel also weak. And coackroaches are often comming to room. In the end we have not good aftertaste after this hotel visit. In the picture we added the person who is responsible for excursions and does cheating for tourists.

Molto tranquillo e ho avuto una grande esperienza in lombok, altamente raccomandato e sicuramente ritornerò. Il personale è grande e molto utile e amichevole.
Questo hotel è il migliore di Lombok. Se stai cercando un bel posto in cui soggiornare vicino alla spiaggia, ti preghiamo di prenotare questo hotel. Sono stato servito da Eric e si è ricordato persino del mio nome! Ci sono stata il giorno di Natale e ci sono tanti ospiti. Il suo atto mi ha sicuramente fatto ricordare positivamente questo posto.

Kamar mandi bau, airnya kadang kecil, tp air panasnya bekerja dengan baik. Penerangan kamar kurang shg kamar terkesan seram. Fasilitas kamar cukup lengkap ada toiletris dan coffee maker, tapi kami mendapatkan sprei kami berlubang dan tancapan listriknya tidak banyak/tersembunyi. Di dalam kamar cukup bersih tapi fasilitas di luar kamar spt kurang terawat, air kolam renangnya berwarna hijau jadi mikir lagi mau berenang.
Untuk lokasi cukup baik dekat dengan banyak pusat oleh2, cocoknya utk hari terakhir sj sebelum ke bandara.

CamposI had an amazing stay in this resort. The room was beautiful big and clean. It had a porch with an access to swimming pool to share with two other rooms. Apart the main pool and restaurant area in from of the beach was just great. I stayed on my own for two days and would’ve love to extend my stay longer. All the staff was so attentive and helpful and so friendly. I will recommend it to anyone, specially couples of families… but for solo travelers looking to some quiet and relaxing time is also perfect. Will try to come back again

MMateuszI had high expectations for my stay at Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok, given its potential and picturesque setting. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying, marking a clear departure from the resort's former glory days.
The first thing that struck me was the overall lack of maintenance. It's evident that the property has seen better days, with clear signs of wear and tear. The grounds, which could have been immaculate, were poorly kept, diminishing the natural beauty of the location.
A major letdown was the swimming pool. Despite the tropical allure, the pool was in a dire state - the water was murky, and it felt uninviting. Even after I pointed this out, and the staff seemingly cleaned it, the improvement was minimal. The water remained cloudy, making it less appealing for a refreshing dip.
The room itself was just okay. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief, but this was overshadowed by the state of the bathroom. It was disappointingly dirty, with massive stains and a shower glass covered in limescale. It seemed as if it had only been rinsed with water, without any proper cleaning agents.
Adding to the discomfort was the sight of several out-of-use rooms. Through their windows, one could see disarray - bare mattresses, safes left haphazardly on them. It was a sad sight and spoke volumes about the current state of the resort.
Overall, Kebun Villas & Resort Lombok falls short of its potential. It's a shame to see a place with so much promise deteriorate like this. The management needs to take immediate action to restore and maintain the property to its former standards. Until then, I find it hard to recommend this resort for a pleasant stay.

La posizione è abbastanza vicina, si può camminare fino al porto, il mercante di mercantile e il mercato notturno (^^) benvenuto anche al bevande deliziose.Ci sono le scarpe nella stanza e sul balcone, io e mio marito sono stati feriti.Più tardi ho notato che c'è un profumo nella stanza (゚д゚), se lo mettete sopra prima e dopo la procedura di soggiorno. Penso che sia molto utile per la prima volta.Non dimenticare di usarlo la prossima volta.Ho usato strutture comode per regolare un piccolo volume di lavaggio e cura dei capelli.Il palazzo è anche fantastico e molto bello.Questa volta 1 Piscina e spiaggia sono solo una notte, ho solo mangiato un po'di colazione, ma molto buono, Quindi voglio tornare la prossima volta.2.3.

The room I initially booked (paid extra for AC and hot water) was just dirty and I could not control the AC bc remote wasn’t working so it was always on
I could clearly see that no one had cleaned it (see first three pictures) and tbh bathroom felt unsafe with electric cables next to shower
I asked to change and they tried to give to charge me extra for another room - I told them either I have what I paid for (AC and clean bedsheets) either it’s ok they pay me back and I leave
The staff said I’d need to talk to the manager and when I said ok bring me the manager they never got them and offered me third room without paying extra (feels dishonest that they didn’t show me this one first)
Bedsheets were okayish (so many weird stains, see pictures) but this one had no hot water - and they clearly said that I got downgraded. They wanted me to pay extra for the upgrade but do you think they paid me back the difference for the downgrade? Of course not (feels dishonest to charge extra for things you paid for initially but no pay back when you provide less than was paid for)
I don’t know how much a hotel like this needs a pool (which was really nice by the way) when they’re so close to the beach. Maybe they should put the pool budget into clean rooms and hot water lol
