Hotel con balcone a Cracovia

I would highly recommended this apart-hotel for solo travelers, couples, and families. The apartments have everything you need, and the location was near the river and about ten minutes walk to the old town and castle. I was glad to have the laundry service and the option to have a breakfast set of your choice delivered to your room. The hotel has a selection of vegan items for purchase such as milk, chocolate, yoghurt, ice-cream, frozen pizza etc and there are convenience stores close by. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If I’m back in Krakow again I will definitely stay here.

The accommodation corresponds to the description and photos. Good accessibility to the surroundings (shopping center, etc.) and a parking space in the underground garage, but difficult to reach by car and quite frequent traffic in the area. It probably also depends on the time of arrival, so I don't take it as a negative. What bothered me was the louder humming of the refrigerator and the shower head in the bathroom was in pretty bad condition. The accommodation is a little noisier in the morning as the area is busy. The staff was nice. Overall, I recommend this accommodation.

クラフク中央駅からのアクセスがとにかく最高です。 旧市街へは徒歩ですぐ、トラムも便利で立地に文句なし。中央駅からはモールを通って、慣れれば5分ほどで到着できます。朝早い時間帯はモールが開いていないため、その場合は外から駅へ向かう形になります。 レセプションの女性・男性ともに対応がとても丁寧で、日本語で「ありがとうございます」と声をかけてくださり、細やかなホスピタリティを感じました。 客室は非常に清潔に保たれており、4泊中1度だけハウスキーピングをお願いし、それ以外はECO対応にしました。お水は毎日2本無料で補充され、ECOにするとお菓子やフルーツを置いてくださる心遣いも嬉しかったです。 特にバスルームのガラスや蛇口など、シルバー部分までピカピカで驚きました。 「静かな部屋」をリクエストしましたが、その対応も完璧で、とても静かにゆっくり過ごすことができました。 朝食も4日間まったく飽きずに楽しめました。はちみつの巣が用意されており、毎朝ヨーグルトにかけるのが日課に。印象に残る朝食でした。 一点だけ、歯ブラシ歯磨き粉があればさらに良かったです。

Avrei dato una recensione perfetta per l'hotel, ma la mia esperienza di check-out non è stata buona perché mi hanno fatto pagare 50 euro in più del previsto. Le ragazze alla reception hanno incolpato trip.com e mi hanno persino chiesto se avessi ordinato altri servizi tramite il sito web, anche se l'hotel mi ha fatto pagare. Poiché non riuscivano a capire il motivo per cui mi avevano addebitato di più, mi hanno chiesto di scrivere un'e-mail all'amministratore dell'hotel. Ha risolto il problema e ha rimborsato l'importo pagato in eccesso, ma lo stress del check-out mi ha causato ansia. Per il resto, la camera dell'hotel è davvero bella e grande e la posizione è in un quartiere tranquillo di fronte a un parco, facilmente raggiungibile dal centro città con i mezzi pubblici. Non ho fatto colazione in hotel ma nelle vicinanze ci sono molti posti dove mangiare. Bel tocco: macchina da caffè a capsule in camera e caffè gratuito nella hall.

Very good location within walking distance to the main city spots and transport facilities. Modern and fresh spacious as well as ergonomically comfortable room with nice balcony and a lot of light inside. Superb sleeping conditions thanks to the quality of the mattress. The breakfast is colourful and ”copieux”, with something new starring every morning. Additional bonus is regular checkout time 12.00 instead of 11.00 with other hotels in the city which can prove very convenient in some cases to match the train schedule. Highly recommended for the price-value rate.

We stayed three nights at the Venetian House Aparthotel. The location is superb. You exit the hotel straight onto the main square Rynek Glowney. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed in room 18 which was approached by its own little balcony overlooking the restaurant downstairs. We didn’t use any of the facilities of the hotel, because we had day trips booked and we knew that we would have early starts on all the days. The room itself was clean, warm, furnished nicely, with comfortable beds and masses of pillows to choose from. It had a small kitchenette with a sink, hob, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and very powerful. A real treat at the end of a day after many, many steps around Krakow and surrounding areas. We loved our stay and we will definitely return.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

クラクフ中央駅から徒歩5分くらいで、クラクフ旧市街までも徒歩10分程度で、他にも観光地が徒歩圏内で回る事が出来ます。 コンビニは徒歩1分の場所にあります。旧市街地に近いこともあり、建物は古いです。スタッフも明るくてフレンドリーです。 私は他にもアウシュビッツ強制収容所博物館やヴェリチカ岩塩坑も行きましたので、クラクフ中央駅を拠点に観光する事に なりますので駅が近いことを重要視しました。するとここが一番コスパの良いホテルということで決めました。 結果、良かったです。 因みに、エアコンと冷蔵庫はありません。無いのがヨーロッパでは普通です。

Overall, it’s a good clean place to stay for 1–2 nights. Despite its central location, the area is quite peaceful. If you book a room on the 3rd floor, you might hear some noise from the room right in front of yours. I appreciated the coffee machine with capsules — a nice touch. However, there were a few downsides: the two single duvets were quite small, and I felt cold; a larger, warmer duvet would be preferable. The mansard room isn’t ideal for tall people, and the shower tended to clog quickly. Also, the showerhead holder was placed too high. Lastly, the carpeted floor made it difficult to drag a heavy suitcase around.

The was a good selection of foods for breakfasts, the reception staff were pleasant, and there were good shopping facilities in the same building. However, after checking in, we reported two problems in the bathroom. The waste plug in the wash hand basin did not stop the water running away, and the shower door would not stay closed. We were advised that the handy man did not work at weekends and it was suggested I use a cup for shaving as no other rooms were available. The air conditioning was positioned above the bed. The result was an unpleasant cold breeze for anyone lying on the bed. In the three days of our stay, the beds were not made by the cleaning staff.
