Hotel in zona Castle Rock, Koh Samui

La camera era molto confortevole e grande, ma la nostra tipologia di camera non aveva vista sul mare. Il servizio e le strutture in generale erano molto buoni, ma sono rimasto un po' sorpreso dal fatto che la pulizia cambiasse solo le lenzuola, la spazzatura sul tavolo era non rimosso e le bucce dell'anguria erano ancora lì 😂 Le cose nel lavandino non sono disposte in modo ordinato Dopo tutto, sono rimasto al Four Seasons. Mettono un panno sotto e ti aiutano a metterli uno per uno l'hotel è preoccupato per i reclami dei clienti e per il disordine delle cose dei clienti, ma potrebbe davvero essere migliorato, perché la ragazza straniera seduta nel secchio con me ha preso l'iniziativa di chiedermi come era stata riordinata la stanza. Ha detto che la loro stanza non era stata riordinata Tutto. L'ambiente è molto confortevole e la piscina è bellissima.

Il secondo hotel in cui ho soggiornato a Koh Samui. L'hotel è costruito sulla montagna e non c'è niente intorno. È adatto per un puro soggiorno in hotel. Siamo rimasti solo per due notti e abbiamo scelto di andare all'estero il giorno in cui abbiamo cambiato hotel. La tipologia di camera prenotata è una camera con vista mare parziale, il che è davvero buono Al momento della prenotazione, è stato scritto chiaramente che la camera con vista mare sarà più costosa della camera con vista mare parziale. Non ci saranno problemi inutili al momento del check-in. L'area pubblica dell'hotel è molto bella, le foto sono fantastiche e ci sono molte piscine. È molto adatto al bambino energico della mia famiglia che nuota dalla mattina alla sera. La spiaggia è agitata, le onde sono grandi e sono tutte rocce. Ci sono molti granchi sugli scogli. Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e il gusto è molto buono. Il servizio al ristorante è molto buono, c'è un menù per bambini e i prezzi non sono eccessivi. Nel complesso, il soggiorno in hotel per 2 giorni è altamente raccomandato.

Great Boutique hotel in Chaweng. Excellent value. The room were sparking clean and has everything one needs including beach towels and umbrellas. There is a pool but not gym which is fine. It is centrally located. The breakfast is OK but sufficient. Had a quick dinner meal one night since it was raining and had a long day and did not want to venture out to the many restaurants in the area. There was no one else so we did not have high expectations but the meals were excellent and my friend raved about the drink he got. The entire staff were excellent and so kind. Front desk were efficient and warm. The concierge had GREAT recommendations on tours. We took all the ones she recommended and were not disappointed. This part of Chaweng beach is OK. Not a swimmers beach, more of a just a dip in the ocean place. I was not able to take advantage of the Kayak but did that anyway on one of the tours we took. I love Samui and will definitely return and if staying in Chaweng will definitely want to be at The Stay again.

Questo è il mio hotel preferito mai Holiday Inn Samui. Perfettamente colazione, camera completamente arredata, piscina grande, campeggio per bambini, Kids Club e così via.Devo menzionare questo; abbiamo incontrato ‘Khun Nim’ al grande ristorante per colazione e lei ha portato la nostra famiglia al Kid Club... Dopo 3 giorni il nostro bambino quasi dorme lì. Hanno 3 o 4 persone non sono sicuri di prendersi cura dei vostri figli e anche di rompere il tempo per pulire la stanza, giocattoli e così via. Per i genitori è perfetta la ragione per cui puoi lasciarli lì, un po' di carta d'informazione per firmare, non preoccuparti che hanno molte attività per i tuoi figli: giocare, ascoltare, guardare, dipingere, disegnare e salire. Ci serve più tempo qui.

Senza la piscina questo hotel non sarebbe la sistemazione ideale, almeno per me. Nessun articoli da toeletta e servizi di base, ad es. cuffie da doccia, bicchieri, asciugacapelli, ecc. Il pavimento della stanza ti farebbe sentire come se avessi bisogno di indossare sempre le pantofole. I miei asciugamani avevano macchie che avrebbero potuto essere pulite. Il personale non era affatto interattivo. Ho chiesto a qualcuno, una cameriera, una cuffia per la doccia, invece di dire ”Non forniamo cuffie per la doccia qui”, lei ha semplicemente scosso la testa. Quando sono passato davanti a loro mentre pulivano le stanze, nessun saluto. Anche l'accoglienza, poco disponibile. Nessun ”sawaddee” quando siamo entrati nella reception. La posizione è un punto di forza di COSI, però: è proprio accanto al Central Department Store, che si trova nel cuore di Koh Samui. Nonostante la zona residenziale e turistica, era così tranquilla. Anche la piscina è un'ottima struttura. Resta qui solo se hai bisogno di una stanza per una notte o giù di lì, immagino. Non è una vacanza ideale. Probabilmente non sarebbe sulla lista degli hotel ricorrenti

Posizione: L'hotel si trova in un luogo non troppo affollato. Ma è vicino a varie attrazioni turistiche, ristoranti, strade pedonali e l'hotel è ombreggiato. Bellissimo giardino e vicino al mare, buona atmosfera. Camera: compatta, pulita, con vari comfort come cassaforte, asciugacapelli, TV, tè, caffè, acqua potabile, asciugamani, ecc. Il condizionatore è fresco, l'acqua scorre bene, il letto è comodo, ma vorrei avere dei batuffoli di cotone e vorrei una TV. Posso aprire e guardare YouTube e Netflix. Colazione: è un delizioso buffet con una varietà tra cui scegliere. Piscina: Accanto alla spiaggia ci sono molte piscine, tra cui piscine per adulti, piscine per bambini, oppure si può nuotare nel mare. Altri: - Se vuoi noleggiare un'auto per viaggiare a Koh Samui. Contatta lo sportello turistico nella parte anteriore, conveniente. - L'hotel richiede un deposito di 1.500 baht, che può essere pagato in contanti o con carta di credito. Se non spendi in hotel te lo restituiscono.

Hotel fantastico, per 3 stelle, secondo me, il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. Abbiamo soggiornato per 9 notti in famiglia e abbiamo preso 2 camere, ci sono state assegnate due camere adiacenti con una porta interna tra le camere, molto comoda. La colazione è varia, ci sono piatti tailandesi e la solita selezione di piatti europei, abbastanza normale per i bambini. L'acqua potabile è inclusa, 2 bottiglie al giorno per camera, i teli mare sono gratuiti, la spiaggia è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 10 minuti. È possibile noleggiare una bicicletta e un'auto presso l'hotel; i prezzi del noleggio non sono gonfiati. L'hotel dispone di un parco giochi per bambini, 2 piscine e una palestra. L'hotel ha il WiFi gratuito, ma non dovresti contarci: la velocità è bassa, è più facile acquistare una carta SIM locale.

Ero stato un'altra volta a Koh Samui a Lamai beach, ma devo dire che Chaweng, pur considerata la rimini di Koh samui, è stata una vera sorpresa. Come lo è stato il resort, in positivo. Siamo in bassa stagione, e quindi ho potuto, allo stesso prezzo, scegliere tra le camere nella parte centrale, ampie e luminose con vista mare (un po in lontananza), ed i bungalow vista giadino, veramente vicini sia alla piscina che alla spiaggia. Ho scelto il Bungalow vista giardino, un pochino più piccolo ma essendo solo l'ho preferito. Forse il bungalow è meno luminoso anche per il fatto di avere il pavimento in piastrelle scure (questo è l'unico neo che ho trovato, ma credo sia superabile). Per il resto: 1) piscina e spiaggia: staff presente e disponibile. Appena arrivi in spiaggia arriva subito il ragazzo che chiede dove vorresti metterti e quindi ti porta sdraio e ombrellone. Ci son tre piscine per varie necessità dalla meno alla più profonda. la spiaggia privata ha un mare veramente bello, paragonabile a quello di Koh Lipe, peccato non ci sian pesci da ammirare durante lo snorkeling. 2) colazione: decisamente di buon livello, abbondante con corner uova fatte al momneto. Offre dal dolce varie possibilità (brioches, muffin, pinaapple cake, ecc), al salato con piatti caldi e insalate varie, oltre a caffe, te, e succhi vari. Decisamente il tutto apprezzato. 3) Pulizia camere: giornaliera, con cambio asciugamani (bagno e teli mare). Direi molto sufficiente 4) ristorante: di buon livello, ad un prezzo simile a quelli dell'isola, quindi se non volete o avete voglia di andare in centro, il ristorante del resort fa per voi (da notare che i prezzi son comprensivi già di tutto, tasse e servizio). 5) Personale: molto disponibile e presente dalla reception alla spiaggia. Conclusione: una bella vacanza, dovuta al fatto che il tempo è stato sempre bello, e non era scontato, e dal soggiorno in questo resort. Credo proprio ci ritornerò

Away from the hustle of central Chaweng, so is a good spot to be based for quiet times and used as a base to explore the island. Beachfront pool villas are nice, large and great views of the ocean. Private pool is a bonus and well worth the upgrade. Hotel was busy when I stayed and everyone seemed to be happy and enjoying themselves. The pool isn’t the largest but plentiful for the amount of rooms. Don’t forget, there are the villas with private pools, so a fair number of guests will be in their own area. Access to the beach is not directly in front of the hotel, but that’s a good thing otherwise I would be hearing everyone in front of my villa each day. Access is the side of the resort just past the restaurant. Along this stretch of beach has a few other hotel bars and restaurants to eat and drink in and if you head to the furtherest headland point, and head inland, you will come across a handful of bars and restaurants. As many people have said, the hotel is next to a road - but like most hotels in Samui, it’s just the design of the island. You can avoid the main road for your walk to the local area by going along the stretch of beach. And when you are on the island, why wouldn’t you want to walk along the beach?! So don’t listen to those comments about nothing nearby. If you want the hustle of the nightlife, Chaweng central is 15 minutes away. Get on the shuttle or order a taxi for 300thb. It’s a 4 star hotel, trying to get back to some kind of normal after covid and over time, I am sure the owners will reinvest their money to make improvements where some other guests have commented about in other posts but I do think it is dependent on the room type you book and/or are assigned as most of them are fine. Give it a go, it is worth it. I’ve been to many hotels over the years - more than the average Joe - and it’s only recently where I’ve checked in and out of two hotels on the same day in all these years.

My recent three-night stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui was an enchanting journey, filled with an exceptional level of service that beautifully compensated for the hotel's aging facilities. This seamless integration of tradition and geographical context, with brick and tropical roof tiles, created a captivating atmosphere. The lush foliage and well-grown trees embraced the surroundings, creating a vivid backdrop that captured the essence of the beachfront location. While time had etched its marks on the facility, the fusion of architectural styles and natural elements into the design remained a captivating feature. Our overall experience was outstanding, even as we encountered a few unforeseen challenges. On our second night, our beachfront BBQ plans were thwarted by the weather. The staff's quick thinking and adaptability came to the forefront as they seamlessly transitioned the venue to an indoor space. The speed and willingness with which the entire BBQ setup was moved indoors showcased the dedication to providing the best service possible. Moreover, on our third night, the pool bar staff went above and beyond by suggesting a private beachfront dinner to make up for the previous night's interruption. Though this well-intentioned plan was again impacted by the weather, their commitment to ensuring our satisfaction remained unwavering. What truly set this experience apart was the unwavering dedication of the staff. Their warmth and attentiveness overshadowed any inconveniences we faced. The restaurant and bar team, led by K. Woody, Honey, and Ken, consistently exceeded our expectations. Their personalized service made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The culinary journey, particularly the breakfast led by Executive Chef Chef Seng, was a delight. Despite the aging signs of the facilities, the culinary offerings maintained an impeccable standard. The coconut water coffee, and Samui Egg Benedict were exceptional, showcasing Chef Seng's expertise in curating a blend of local and international flavors. In summary, my stay at the Renaissance Koh Samui was a testament to the power of exceptional service to transcend the limitations of aging facilities. The resort's captivating fusion of architectural styles, the embracing of its environment, and the staff's dedication created a memorable retreat. The team's responsiveness, especially during weather-related interruptions, demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. As I reflect on my stay, it is clear that the warmth of hospitality and the genuine care extended by the team are what truly define the Renaissance Koh Samui.
