Вежливое обращение. ! Есть отопление! Напор воды хороший, горячая всегда была. Нет лифта, коляску оставляли в холле. Милые собачки в качестве жителей. Мебель и сантехника старые, но все довольно чистое. Район нам очень понравился, часто из окна наблюдала за движухой местных. Шум, песни муэдзина для нас не помеха, наоборот дает ощущение нахождения в потоке жизни. Пешком ходили везде, пользовались только паромом до Азиатской стороны. Завтраки нормальные, нам хватало. Трансфер в аэропорт заказали через ресепшен.

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. Posizione impeccabile a 300 metri dalla stazione e dal mare e 600 metri da moschea blu e sultanahmet sulla via con tram. Il personale è meraviglioso, con giovani impiegati che sanno il fatto loro e si rivolgono al cliente con una cortesia rara. Ringrazio particolarmente per la sorpresa fatta a mia figlia per il Suo compleanno con tanto di torta e candeline (siete sati fantastici e ci avete veramente emozionato) e per il regalino finale che ci avete fatto. La sala colazione bellissima all'ultimo piano con vista sul bosforo e cibo per tutti i gusti. Offrono qualunque servizio utile al turista dall' hamman ai tour agli spettacoli alla lavanderia ecc e soprattutto servizio taxi da e per l'aeroporto a prezzi competitivi di cui abbiamo usufruito (ci hanno accompagnato al taxi portando le valige) . Io ci ritornerei subito e sicuramente lo consiglieremo ad amici e parenti

The staff at the hotel were so kind and helpful. The rooms are very coz and the location of the hotel is perfect, being within walking distance of many amazing places and sites. Highly recommend, and I would stay at this hotel again if I return to Istanbul in the future!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto per la pulizia, il prezzo, la posizione da piazza Taksim e la metropolitana.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

È un bel hotel in buona posizione. Taksim Square è a dieci minuti a piedi. Le strutture della stanza non sono aggiornate e un po 'ancora vecchie, ma è un pezzo di storia e ci mostra come lo stile degli anni '50 e '60 era. Ritengo che sia ancora una volta affascinante perché per quei Hotel Guests all'epoca era uno dei più moderni hotel. Così si può vedere il cambiamento di tempo. Ciò che è più importante, era molto pulito e spazioso. Dovete vedere il bagno degli ospiti nel lobby.Là potete mettervi nel tempo come le signore si sono stilate nel vestibulo carpetato (ora inconcepibile) Quando vedete quanti e quali celebrità erano in questo Hilton Hotel allora voi Sono fieri di far parte di questo!!! È attualmente in corso di ristrutturazione e dovrebbe essere pronto entro il 2025. Spero che troveranno una buona combinazione tra il vecchio e il moderno modo!!!

Yeni açılmış tertemiz bir otel. İstanbuldaki resmi işlerimiz için çocuklarımızla beraber 1 gece konakladık. Mutfaklı odayı tercih ettik, odadaki koltuk açılınca 2 kişilik yatağa dönüştü, bu haliyle 4 yetişkin ve 2 küçük çocuk rahatlıkla konaklayabilir. Otelin kendine ait otoparkı yok ancak otel yakınlarında sokak kenarına park edilebiliyor biz de o şekilde yaptık. Fiyat politikası bu şekilde devam ederse her İstanbul ziyaretimizde bu oteli tercih edebiliriz.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
