However, we have investigated the situation very carefully and would like to inform you that we take these situations very seriously indeed. There were ıssues wıth the AC temperatures ın some rooms on the fırst floor, But we have already repaired them, AC wıll be workıng ın all of our rooms, so hopefully if you return to us, you will be able to enjoy the room wıth maıntaıned temperatures. Yes, there were ıssue wıth the A/C but we would hope that when there ıs a problem we really try to solve it during the guests stay, SO, Accordıng to the busıness of the hotel at that tıme we couldn't change the room, but we offered the Fan to ensure that guest leave us feeling happy and relaxed.
