We took room with terrace access, room had very little lighting. Water was not available in the morning for sometime. Not recommended.

I stayed there one night, the jacuzzi was not working, light was going again and again whenever i switched on the jacuzzi. Room was not worth that price. Can find better accommodation at cheaper price in Istanbul. Breakfast area was also congested with very less variety.

Clean room, hotel was located in the alley. Taxi could not enter the street. Need to walk from the main street. But the staff was very friendly and nice.

Отель в целом понравился. Один из не многих отелей в Стамбуле в европейском стиле. Стоимость была с завтраком 6500 рублей за ночь. Что понравилось: - Расположение. В глубине квартала, не далеко от Галатского моста. Выходишь и сразу попадаешь в район с кафе и прочими туристическими прелестями). Рядом набережная. - Завтрак на 4 этаже. Есть терраса. Отличная еде. - Дружелюбный персонал. Что не понравилось: - Расположение. Нет тут не ошибка. Это и минус и плюс отеля. Так как отель расположен рядом с огромным количеством кафе - после 22-00 очень шумно на улице. Иногда всю ночь шумел народ. - Уборка. В номере было убрано на 4. Находил волос на полу и в кровати.

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen buchten wir das Hotel. Wir sind alle 3 Monate in Istanbul. Daher kennen wir uns hier sehr gut aus. In keiner Bestätigungsmail wurde erwähnt, dass unsere Familie in getrennten Gebäuden untergebracht werden soll. Daher empfehlen wir hier dringend darauf zu achten und auch anzurufen und sich dies per Mail bestätigen zu lassen. Das andere Hotel ist im Nebengebäude und circa 80 m entfernt, was natürlich großer Quatsch ist, wenn man als Familie Zusammenbleiben möchte. Wir hatten dies vorher auch per Mail mitgeteilt und auch bestätigt bekommen. Im Hotel hatten die Mitarbeiter nicht das Bedürfnis uns großartig weiterzuhelfen. Nur durch penetrantes Nachfragen wurden wir in zwei getrennte Zimmer im selben Gebäude untergebracht. Allerdings nicht wie abgesprochen ein Dreibett Zimmer und ein Einzelzimmer, sondern jeweils in 2 Bett Zimmer. Ausstattung haben wir schlecht bewertet, da es nur einen einzigen Stuhl gab, der aber total defekt war und auch trotz Nachfrage nicht ausgetauscht wurde.

Отель на удачу и настоичивость. Как окпзалось есть 3 здания. Один красивый для фотографии и отзывов. Второй тоже нормально. А третий наверное просто в управление взяли. Бронировал в главном корпусе. При оформлении повели в другое здание. Каа оказалось третий вариант. Какие то аппарты в старом подъезде. В номере воняет канализацией. Показали другой номер тоже плохо. После разбирательств и сообщение что пишу в службу поддержки и отменяю бронь, сказали что есть номер , отвели во второй корпус. Нормальное здарие. Но чистота в номере под вопросом. А в ванной на чистых полотенцах лежали волосы, возник вопрос о том стирают ли они вообще их. Завтрак легкий перекус с выходом на небольшой балкон. Максимум 20 человек может завтракать одновременно. Щведка маленькая. Итог располоение отличное. Завтрака нет. К чистоте вопросы, тараканов нет😊

Ich fand die Lage und Zimmern sehr gut. Bis auf dass es in 2 Hotels geteilt wurde, was von sich ca 100m Entfernung hat. An der Rezeption wurden wir zum nächsten eigenen Hotel untergebracht worden. Frühstück ist super lecker, beinhaltet das was man sucht. Man wird satt.

酒店位置太好了！是導遊都稱讚位置很不錯的程度。出門就是酒吧食物一條街，可以買夜宵，但是不會很吵。非常滿意！

Hotel ben ubicato, vicino la torre di Galata e al ponte sul Bosforo di fronte al bazar delle spezie. Vicini a fermata metropolitana di superficie Stanze confortevoli e pulite. Eravamo nel secondo palazzo, ubicato a 15 metri dal principale. Staff gentilissimo che ci ha risolto molti problemi. Nelle vicinanze moltissimi locali e una discreta movida. Ci siamo arrivati per caso, ma ci torneremo. Unica piccola pecca, la sala colazione è piccola e quando friggono l'odore è forte.

I stayed at the hotel from the 4th to the 8th October. The location is great to visit the city, my room was quite small but very cosy. Receptionists and porters very helpful and friendly. I have just given a 4 instead of 5 because of an unpleasant situation during breakfast, the lady on shift was being rude and shouting at her colleague, at a certain moment she also clapped her hands at him to make him harry up, it was unpleasant even to witness it. Except for this episode my stay was very pleasant.

Stayed at the Triada in Karaköy between the 4th October and 8th October 23. Overall the hotel is not bad at all. Rooms are clean and nice spacious bathrooms. House keeping and reception staff are also extremely friendly and made the stay pleasant. During breakfast on the last day we were there (8th October 2023) we witnessed an incident during breakfast which has prompted me to leave this review on trip advisor. The female member of staff at breakfast was repeatedly shouting at the male member of staff. Not only this was not pleasant to watch during breakfast (she was really loud and kept on banging plates and clapping her hands while shouting at him), also I would not like to support a business which allows staff to bully colleagues. That is not the way to speak to each other at work and especially in front of customers. This in my opinion is the only thing which I did not enjoy about the hotel. The guy kept calm and carried on working without retaliation but from his facial expression I could tell he was not pleased (as nobody would be). I hope he is ok and respect him for keeping calm while she was acting inappropriately.
