Everything you would need for a great stay in Istanbul for a couple. Great service, great food (Tershane is an excellent restaurant with great service and value - avoid Galata bridge fish restaurants!), despite being on a very busy (and entertaining) road, the windows block all the noise out. Nice little seating area and good size, clean rooms.
Just be careful when booking a transfer, quite pricey, think we accidentally got VIP transfer so cost 50 euros! Clarify before booking.

The Hotel is in a wonderful position, but of course very noisy being in the middle of the city. The Staff were very friendly, but we had a big problem with people wanting to help, and saying "yes" when it very quickly became obvious they did not understand what we had asked. This went through the hotel from front desk to restaurant. I stress they were wanting to help and polite, just our communication in english was amusing, so be patient and smile. The room we booked looked out onto the sea, and the bed and linen was very comfortable. The room, although non-smoking, stunk of cigarettes so the windows need to stay open. The bathroom was well equipped, and the tv had english channels. Internet was fast. Breakfast was very nice each morning, and held in the restaurant on the top level looking out onto the sea and old city. The tram stop is only 100 metres from the Hotel, as is a Ferry stop. I would be happy to stay here again. Thankyou Momento Golden Horn

We did not get the room we had booked via ******* but instead got the correct room type on a lower floor meaning the view out to the bridge was blocked by an old tower blocked across the road. When we asked we need the room we had booked, they said 'hotel fully booked' and no other explanation was given. I had booked this room on the 7th of January and our stay was for 4 nights from 23rd of May 2023!! We feel the hotel gives preference to others and very unfairly treated especially as we had paid the maximum rate as shown on ******* website. Basically, the photos mis represent what you would get when you get there. Otherwise, the staff are very friendly and courteous. Restaurant on top floor has stunning views looking towards the city and all the mosques but price is a little high for what we ate. This is expected as I assume they charge more as the views out are amazing.

Great location. Close to transportation options. Only minus is that it can be very noisy at night. The personal was very nice and helpfull always smiling and friendly. The breakfast was good.

Great location - easy walking distance to all the sites.
Great breakfast - large variety, many daily changes.
Room cleaned well every day, with fresh towels.
