staff were very helpful. my husband is having surgery, they provide old towels to accomodate us. staff helped us to send luggage upstairs, got our room ready early. I am experiencing 5 stars service from this hotel. Very good service. clean and complete room amenities. nice room. clean and same as picture. bar down below not too noisy. hotel have lift. i admire and love this hotel. In the heart of istiklal, i go down it’s my fav dessert shop ; Hafiz Mustafa. it’s very center. i highly recommend this hotel to all.

Good and clean hotel. But the location reason, there is pub outside the room, and the noise last the whole night😂😂😂😂

Çok kötü bir otel civarda bu fiyata çok daha iyi oteller mevcut. Yataklar nevresimler oda çok kirli klima çalışmıyor ve yan taraftaki gece kluplerinden sabah 4 e kadar müzik sesi geliyor.

整體還好 位置很中心 獨立大街就在旁邊，就是酒店入口旁邊都是小餐廳有點吵

位置很好，位於獨立大街的小巷子裏，出行很方便。但是價格比較貴，不知道為什麼入住以後臨時加了30歐的費用。房間比較小，總的來説除了位置好沒任何優點。

They help us when another hotel lost our booking. We was dirty and tired after 12-hours trip, but owner kindly offered (using good English!) us good, ready and clean room. It was fair deal. We are grateful for him. PROS ➕ Lounge and elevator are clean and nice. ➕ WiFi signal has good quality. ➕ TV has Scrren Mirroring. So, you can watch YouTube or Netflix from smartphone. ➕ Water in batroom is strong and enough hot. ➕ Staff is responsive regarding everyday issues. But be ready to ask for help two or three times. ➕ It has good location near Istiklal. Two metro station, shopping, restaurants, Taxim square and Galata tower in 5-10 minutes of walking. ➕ Safe box is including. ➕ Price meets expectation. CONS ➖ Because of location is Istiklal that full of bars, outdoor is veeery noise every evening. Be ready. It is better to order room with windows to the backyard. ➖ Soundproifing of room doors is awful. Girls in next door always screamed and laughed after 1:00 AM. ➖ Staff does not react to complaints about neighbors whose behavior is unacceptable, at all. ➖ Long hairs on the floor after each cleaning. ➖ Economy class double room is tiny. It can be uncomfortable for tall people. ➖ My hand towel wasn't changing and has holes. ➖ They give only shampoo and body lotion, but not shower gell. It is so strange... ➖ No breakfasts at all.

The hotel was ok but for families the area is not so suitable. It leads to Istaqlal street so its good for those who want to live near the place of happening. Washrooms were ok & the triple room was ok too but the double is a bit small. Staff was average & they dont understand english

Took an hour minutes to give us rooms. The accessibility is limited as no a car fit in the lane this is located in so you literally have to walk to the hotel through uneven streets. Dont have any bell boy or anyone to take your luggage to the room, you have to somehow fit your luggage in their compact lift and have to take your luggage to your room. The receptionist denies giving extra water bottles due to their "two bottle per day policy" and that too will only be given in the morning. Theres little privacy as rooms are not sound proof, so any noise above the normal talking volume is heard in other rooms.

Ich habe dieses Hotel über Check24 gebucht, da die Bewertungen positiv wirkten. Beim Betreten des Zimmers schien auf den ersten Blick alles normal. Doch bei genauerem Hinsehen war das Bett völlig verdreckt, die Bettwäsche und Kissen waren schmutzig, und noch schlimmer: Das Bett war von Bettwanzen befallen! Ich habe sofort persönlich mit der Rezeption gesprochen, doch es kam keine Hilfe oder Lösung vom Hotel. Man ließ mich einfach im Stich. Daraufhin habe ich das Hotel sofort verlassen und Check24 informiert. Dieses Hotel ist eine Zumutung. Extrem unsauber und völlig respektlos gegenüber Gästen. Ich rate dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen!

Konumu çok kolay merkezi bir yerde taksim nevizade her yer yakın temizliği ne güvene bilirsiniz!! Ulaşım kolay temiz ilgili personel içiniz rahat tercih............,..........,................,...... Edebilirsiniz biz 7 yas oğlumuz ile oldukça rahat ettik tavsiye ederim

Самый ужасный отель!Очень шумно,музыка не дает спать.Отель не похож на 4 звезды,персонал не может решить вопросы.Не советую это место!Рваные полотенца ,и не работает телефон.Отношение ,доплатите -поменяем номер
