Servizio eccellente, personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazione ottima. L'hotel si trova a pochi metri da Santa Sofia.

Posizione eccellente vicino alle principali attrazioni di Istanbul. La camera è spaziosa per gli standard della città, l'arredamento però è un po' vecchio e molto usato. La colazione è di qualità ma con una varietà limitata per un hotel a 5 stelle.

Il servizio complessivo dell'hotel è OK, ma le strutture sono un po' vecchie, più simili ai vecchi hotel in Cina. Un altro punto è che è necessario portare con sé pettini e articoli da toeletta, che non sono forniti dall'hotel. Il vantaggio è che la posizione è molto comoda e puoi raggiungere a piedi molti dei principali punti panoramici.

Hotel is in excellent location- right next to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia. Good breakfast selection. Nice size room. Bathroom is not ideal. The shower faucet was broken and we needed to let front desk know about it twice in order for them to correct it. Also water was not hot enough. Overall an ok stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel recently, and I must say the service was top-notch from start to finish! The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Mirac, Burak, and Talha, who truly made my experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a hotel with excellent service and a dedicated team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to stay. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Everything ok but the breakfast 4 🌟 and the hotel same 4 🌟

Отель в исторической части Стамбула, 2 минуты и ты на Султанахмет. Нам с видом не повезло, окна были во внутренний двор (лучше брать с видом на город) . Очень не хватает если не бассейна, то хотя бы небольшого СПА центра. Ещё следует учесть, что такси не может подъехать к отелю, так как там пешеходная зона, нужно либо идти с чемоданом пешком до перекрестка, либо заказывать в отеле багги, чтобы довезли.

Gute Lage, sehr freundlich… Leider haben wir dasselbe Frühstück jeden Tag! Sogar haben wir nach fehlenden Butter gefragt, währenddessen die Mitarbeiterin am scrollen war. Im Bad konnten wir nur mit Gewalt das Wasser vom warm zu kalt wechseln, von der verkalkten ( wahrscheinlich) Armatur. Haartrockner nach 5 min ging von alleine aus, so dass ich nur die Hälfte der Haare trocknen konnte. Dieses Hotel verdient definitiv nicht 5 Sternen.

Поселили в комнату без вида, даже с видом в подвал! Хотя оплачен был улучшеный номер с красивым видом! Сказали оплачен обычный номер стандарт! Кого винить? Агрегатор или отель? Но поменяли на следующий день, но вид всё равно не тот что на фото при выборе
