Hotel in zona Kiziltoprak Art Gallery, Istanbul

I have booked this hotel for 26th of July, 2022, selected ”pay at the property” option and informed them about my late arrival. However, when I arrived on 26th of July, at around 9 pm, I was informed at the reception that my booking has been canceled. They pretended that called me and sent an email, however there wasn't any type of notification. The thing is that, they had a guest and they simply sold the room. All the hotels were fully booked that day, we had very hard time with finding a new normal property at 9 pm with our heavy luggage. The hotel neither relocated us, nor the manager appeared, as he was sure that he was guilty. His name is Baran Bozaci, and he was that unresponsible ”manager” who canceled our reservation without asking and informing,as per the guy in the reception. He didn't meet us in face, as he knew what he was going to hear from us (that were very well deserved words). Still I'm sure he heard all the bad words said to his address. Bon appetit! Don't book this property and save money, time and energy.

La stanza che ero in era così piccola che non c'era spazio per aprire la mia borsa. Anche se sedevo sul bagno, i miei ginocchia toccavano il muro. La questione più grande era probabilmente 200 persone a due metri dalla finestra che si bevono e festeggiavano fino alle 6:00. Ho dormito letteralmente solo due ore perché c'è assolutamente un isolamento acustico zero. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Il letto era comodo e le foglie profumavano molto bene.

This hotel, run by friendly people gave us exactly what I miss in big hotel chains: the extra personal touch and great service. The room was big and cosy (we chose the 3 persons room for the 2 of us) and the room looked exactly as shown in the pictures. The bathroom was on the small side but very clean, modern and all brand new. Blow dryer available. The bed slept wonderful (cotton beddings). The cushion was a bit high for me but at home I sleep with a very thin cushion so I don't have a regular taste on this. Breakfast is not included but you can order it at a reasonable extra cost. I had my breakfast every morning here at the hotel, (despite the nice cafe's in the neighborhood!) because this was the best breakfast ever! Every morning a different fresly baked (glutenfree!) bread. Besides that, a varation of delicious Turkish bites (don't know the name of). Olives, dried tomatoes, dried fruits, handful of nuts, every day different eggs (cooked, scrambled or fried at your liking), labneh (sort of cream cheese), yoghurt, honey. All freshly made and very tasty. Don't forget to taste the turkish tea or coffee. This breakfast was absolutely the best way to start the day in Istanbul; highly recommended! The hotel owner helped us with airport transfer, but also made the extra mile in helping us out with buying tickets for a concert. This kind of help is what makes the difference for your stay in Istanbul because not too many are English speaking and I don't know Turkish ;-) Overall a very pleasant stay and a highly recommended hotel for the extra personal service, the breakfast and all this in the best neighborhood of Istanbul: Kadiköy.

E'solo un giorno di soggiorno. Da quando sono arrivato a Istanbul di mattina, quando ho chiesto di tenere il bagaglio da solo, ha accettato e mi ha dato una buona impressione.La stanza è pulita, non ho mangiato, ma non sono soddisfatto. Si può vedere la moschea blu dalla stanza, e la posizione è molto buona.

Grande hotel. Tutti i membri del personale erano carini e molto utili. le strutture erano grandi e così era la posizione per accedere alla Metrolink e per raggiungere Istanbul. Letteralmente 10 minuti sul tram per la maggior parte delle visizioni. (circa 70p a cavallo) Abbiamo chiesto una stanza lontano dal fronte dell'hotel, mentre abbiamo letto recensioni che era rumoroso rimanere nelle camere del fronte. Il Wifi era anche molto buono e la piscina al tetto era perfetta. La palestra era molto povera. una palestra che non funzionava, molto grigia e 2 biciclette che non sembravano funzionare affatto. Quindi non l'ha usata. Per essere giusti, abbiamo camminato intorno a Istanbul così tanto, che siamo riusciti a ottenere qualche esercizio in quel modo. Non molto da fare in questa zona, ma negozio e solo un paio di bar. Ma come già detto, un posto per arrivare in tutte le altre aree, si è sentito molto centrale.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Il servizio di classe per la navetta aeroportuale, questo hotel modesto tickle ogni scatola. In primo luogo, grazie gentile al vicino siriano Ahmed con il suo dono di lingue da offrire come guida e traduttore. Una camera tranquilla in questa piccola strada troppo stretta per permettere il bus Vespa e il taxi è stato al centro. Vicino è la navetta di treno a €3.20 all'aeroporto di Istanbul ...clock il processo di tag bagagli e il lavoro mascherato. Ottimo. La mia stanza aveva una vista epica della città e così alta, il traffico è indetectable. Così pulito, ben attrezzato, sicuro e decente. Ho dormito un bisognoso 12 ore. Aircone e frigo sono silenziosi e le lavande erano bene.

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
