Clean hotel that js great for families. Not a great amount of amenities within walking distance but most things are a short taxi ride away

Прекрасный вариант для проживания семьёй. Очень чистые, просторные номера, доброжелательный персонал. Удобное местоположение - недалеко метро. На цокольный этаже здания неплохой супермаркет. Все очень понравилось

In sintesi: come sentirsi a casa in una città di quindici milioni di abitanti. Un appartamento enorme, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni confort. Ma quello che fa veramente la differenza è il personale: tutti i membri dello staff si sono prodigati in ogni modo per rendere perfetto il nostro soggiorno. Professionali, efficienti, simpatici e sempre sorridenti. Una bellissima esperienza che raccomandiamo decisamente! Grazie!

I returned to the Fulya Marriott Executive Apartments in Istanbul after our Easter 2023 stay, this time for six nights in August, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed a decline in the cleanliness of the room. The hygiene of the bathrooms was particularly disappointing, with the sanitary facilities showing signs of neglect. This lack of attention to cleanliness was unexpected, especially from a hotel of this caliber. Beyond that, the general upkeep of the property was underwhelming: while the furniture was of good quality, many of the pieces were visibly worn, and the walls showed signs of damage or wear and tear. This wasn’t just a matter of aesthetics but rather a clear indicator of poor housekeeping management, which seemed to lack a proper focus on maintenance. During our Easter stay, the service and attention to detail were far superior, but unfortunately, this time we found the overall experience lacking. The noticeable decline in cleanliness and decor speaks to a broader issue with how the property is managed and maintained. Given the disappointing state of both cleanliness and overall condition, I do not plan to return to the Fulya Marriott Executive Apartments. I had higher expectations, and sadly, the current management does not seem to prioritize the standards that should come with a name like Marriott. I would not recommend this hotel to travelers seeking a high level of care and attention to detail.

We would highly recommend the Marriott Executive Apartments Istanbul Fulya! The check-in experience is excellent, and Marriott Gold status was recognised. Amazing service during check-in by Yaren! The bellboy who brought our luggage to the room was great and provided a very comprehensive explanation of the room, forgot to get his name though. We love the room a lot , the design is well thought of, there is a central controller where you can switch on and off all the lights in 1 touch. This is one of the best hotel we have stayed in. 10/10

Not sure why this hotel has Marriott branding when your membership means absolutely nothing. There is no club lounge, no upgrades, no 'business' facilities and no breakfast. The location is terrible with nothing in walking distance and you have to be a mountain goat to walk up the hills to get anywhere. A taxi to the nearest shopping centre or ferry is at least 1hr in traffic. There is nothing iconic about the area. The service is average, cleanliness subpar and the staff disparage guests to other staff whilst the guest is standing there. The staff attempt to elicit any small gesture to obtain a tip and when you don't they avoid servicing you again. The positive reviews demonstrate people staying for a couple of days but staying longer you start to notice that your room is not cleaned properly, service ignored and the staff treat you with near contempt. If you want to stay in serviced apartments consider Karakoy/Galata as a location where you are close to everything at half the cost. If you insist on Nisantasi, there are apartments that are available which are central, convenient and in walking distance to everywhere, like cityapartments, Ada Suites & TZL Suites that are also walking distance to metro.
