Booked a completely different room and got a standard room instead. No refund, no apology nothing. I travel a lot and I often choose Hilton Hotels but this time I was disappointed.

房子很乾凈，主要是可以直接通Istanbul 購物中心，酒店客服非常有禮貌，熱情，房子也很大，房間裏點菜超級好吃而且不貴，下次過來還會住這裏

房間很舒服，也很乾凈，酒店位置很好，就在購物中心，從酒店刷卡就可以直接到購物中心，非常方便，下次還會再來。
