Questo hotel mi piaceva per il suo comfort e la pulizia. nei corridoi ci sono tappeti e una bella luce accogliente, ma le stanze erano molto migliori. Non esistono più gli shampoo, non è bella roba cercare di difendersi. Adoro ancora l'aria fresca dalle enormi finestre, ma non credo che potrei tornarci perché il prezzo è aumentato e la qualità è diminuita.

準備睡覺時，掀開被子，居然發現床單很臟，還有一些毛髮，被嚴重噁心到。後來和前台説了後，直接換房，但總覺得也不乾淨。

Un hotel totalmente orientato al business. poca attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti. Non biasimo il personale poiché è guidato dalle politiche del gruppo. Hotel di gruppo totalmente mal gestito con l'obiettivo di usurpare denaro dai clienti. chiedi loro qualsiasi cosa e ti fanno pagare. vi darà solo 2 bustine di caffè e latte al giorno per una camera per 3 adulti. il ragazzo è venuto dietro di me per il pagamento della colazione. sembrava che stessi scappando senza pagare mentre era il primo giorno del mio soggiorno con una prenotazione di 4 giorni. non ci sono articoli da toeletta adeguati in camera - molto semplici -. hanno un gruppo di clienti che vengono lì per il trapianto di capelli e questo è più che sufficiente per loro. è sempre pieno. Il personale è addestrato per essere professionale - nessun servizio - e deve obbedire, giusto? mi vergognavo di aver prenotato questo hotel perché non sono quel ragazzo che implorerà le cose. non ho bisogno di riceverlo come cliente. è lì che si conosce il cuore delle politiche. Ho soggiornato all'Elysium Taksim per 3 giorni prima di soggiornare qui. Mio Dio, un mare di differenze. avrei voluto aver prenotato l'intero soggiorno lì. Pensavo che avremmo sperimentato 2 luoghi diversi e il gruppo Wyndham mi ha attratto.. ero già stato all'Hyatt e quindi ho pensato che sarebbe stato perfetto. mi pento della mia decisione. Non soggiornerei mai in nessun hotel del gruppo Wyndham in vita mia. I clienti sono il loro sostentamento e non i mendicanti.

Se stai cercando una camera bella e pulita in cui soggiornare, puoi scegliere questo hotel, niente di più, il personale è ok ma non c'è inglese per comunicare, era molto difficile da capire, i fattorini erano molto bravi e molto veloci e il servizio in camera e le pulizie stanno facendo il loro dovere migliore ! Il personale della reception deve essere addestrato e dovrebbe avere un livello di comunicazione migliore! La colazione era buona e la posizione dell'hotel è fantastica!

My requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds, clean, a bedside light and bathroom with a decent shower, good sized towels, powerful hairdrier and a bathmat. No problem here, premium bedding too. Water, teabags and coffee provided but why paper cups with sticks to stir? It was quite a big corner room with windows east and south although not much of a view in this commercial location. There are supermarkets, an ATM, several options for eating and a nice coffee shop within 5 minutes walk to the left. The hotel is well away from the tourist area but very conveniently located to the tram which goes to Sultanahmet and the waterfront, turn left out of the hotel, cross at the crossing and follow round to the "clock tower" behind which are steps down to the tram stop. There is nothing of interest to the right of the hotel. Hotel staff are professional but not so friendly. Breakfast is average but the music in the lounge and dining room is truly dreadful.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a hotel !!! Ayhan is the best!!! He needs a raise, he gave me the royal treatment and made me feel really comfortable. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great as well I couldn’t ask for a better stay. When you stay here ask for Ayhan, he’s the best!!

Nothing but excellent service from all the staff, especially at the front desk. They were very courteous and helped me out in many situations and I often felt like they above and beyond their scope of work to ensure I was taken care of. I forgot a personal item and they kept it safely and made sure I received it in the same condition that I left it. This really meant a lot. I would recommend staying here and I would also stay again. Thanks guys.

For me it is one of the best hotels I have visited in the world, excellent customer service, excellent work staff, very good prices, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bed is super large with a large space to rest, a large bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day, air conditioning 24 hours a day, in a few words it is a 5-star Hotel 🌟 with a wonderful atmosphere to rest. I stayed for 5 days and I felt better than at home and All the work staff are very professional, especially Cihat Varol, who assisted me at all times and who helped me recover one of my lost suitcases at the airport.

Location and staff were very nice. We had a big room on the first floor. Everything was good. Taxi to central was 15/20 minutes. Breakfast was basic and could be better. The service was really good, all the people were very nice. Thank you!

Stayed at this hotel as part of a cosmetic surgery package with asli tarcan clinic. Pretty much everyone walking g about has had some kind d of surgery which is quite funny. The people who stay here come from all over the world. We spoke with quite a few Americans. The staff are very friendly and helpful although some have limited English so make use of the Translate app on your phone. The restaurant is open 24hrs and the food is good and value for money. You can sit and eat in the restaurant area or they will gladly bring to your room for you. The room we stayed in was pretty basic but good. We had a balcony of a foot but the rooms either side had full balcony with table and chairs which would be a better choice in warmer weather. The room had a fridge, safe, kettle with paper cups, coffee sachets, teabags, sugar sachets and coffee mate. The bathroom had soap and shower gel. We needed to ask for an extra pillow that was provided straight away. Breakfast was very interesting! It is a buffet style with vegetables, soups, rice, lunchtime stuff. But they also had eggs, breads (not sliced) that you can toast, jams, continental stuff and if you ask them they will gladly make you fried eggs or omelette. I had omelette and it was lovely. The hotel is clean and the environment very comfortable. There is a supermarket across the road and some restaurants nearby. They are very much local restaurants and again, I would stress the use of the translate app. We did not use the tram, a taxi will take approx 20 minutes to get the likes of the blue mosque and it will cost you in the region of 150 - 250 TL. Tip them! It's literally pennies and they provide a good service. Unfortunately we were unable to make use of the gym and spa due to my partner having his procedure on the first day so cannot comment on this. If I was on holiday, I would choose to stay at a more lavish hotel, however, this was a cosmetic surgery trip where we had a short stay and were back and forth from the clinic and so, in view of this, the hotel was ideal. Learn to say hello and thank you in Turkish. Its polite and appreciated.

Hotel is not right downtown but very conveniently located to the tram and several incredible options for eating in the immediate area. Hotel staff are super friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. We stayed twice in the week as we traveled to Cappadocia…1st floor room was large but slight amount of road noise. The 5th floor room was smaller but very quiet. The breakfast is good…fresh and decent selection.

Check in and out It was fast and easy, thanks to the bellboy, he was so helpfull and explain everything good Room Very nice and neat room. Location Was good and in front of supermarket Breakfast They need to fix this. Breakfast is awfull not many choices and ridicilous
