Hotel in zona Ereğli Çocuk Parkı, Istanbul

La colazione era sorprendente aveva varietà. La posizione era una stazione di autobus, tra 2 stazioni di treno per T1 e stazione per T4. Prima mi hanno portato in una stanza che non aveva vista (la vista della finestra è bloccata da un muro) e al sesto piano, che era terribile, ma grazie a Dio, mi hanno cambiato quando ho mostrato la mia frustrazione. Hanno il test PCR, ho specificamente chiesto al desktop di assicurarsi che facciano il PCR per il Giordano. L'ha preso leggermente e l'ho scoperto per caso quando il dottor Came non ne sapeva e ha caricato 100 lire turche extra per persona. Siamo rimasti in una stanza per scorrere e fare colazione per il giorno in cui siamo usciti in città. I bagni erano davvero poveri la doccia cominciò a sciogliere dopo aver usato acqua calda per 10 minuti il quadro della porta del bagno è uscito dal calore e una volta mi sono sdraiato mentre camminava e fe sulla parete il desiderio era di gipsum board e effettivamente spostato 😓😓.

Ho pagato per una camera deluxe con balcone, ma è stata data una stanza standard. La signora al conteggio non poteva aiutare, quindi mi ha chiesto di vedere il manager al mattino. Il manager non era di alcun aiuto. Ha detto che tutte le camere con balcone non erano disponibili. Non sono sicuro perché mi hanno pagato un prezzo aggiuntivo per le camere che non erano disponibili? Mi è stato promesso di recuperare qualche soldo (la differenza tra la camera più grande e la stanza standard). Ero quasi una settimana, ma non ancora. E poi, quando entravano in hotel, c'era un orribile odore, forse i loro fan esauriti non lavoravano o si spegnevano per risparmiare energia elettrica. Il signore al ricevimento (che si trasferisce la notte) è stato molto utile. L'hotel è in una posizione molto bella, ma potrebbero fare meglio con il servizio clienti.

My stay was very comfortable and I am pleased that I got the exact accommodation service worth to the price I paid. Everytime when I went to İstanbul I am staying in this hotel since apart from the easily reachable with public transportation, hotel team members are very helpful to make your stay more enjoyable.

This was most certainly the worst hotel I've stayed in till date. After reading poor reviews for many Istanbul hotels close to sultanahmet, i saw some good reviews for this and decided to book. On arrival, the front office manager on the reception desk couldn't find our reservations, this took at least 10mins for him to sort, which I wasn't too pleased with, especially as we'd been travelling for around 15hours and had got off an overnight flight with no sleep with my elderly mother with me, that, and he didn't as so much apologise. Oh well, I let it go and we made our way up to the room. The deluxe room I'd booked was *tiny*, there was just enough floor space to open one suitcase, take what you need, close it and put it away to be able to move past it. The bathroom was nice and spacious and clean too. I was about to hop into the shower when I pulled a towel off the rack.....brown poo stains were smeared over it. I was absolutely disgusted. I rang reception (the only number you can ring) and the front office manager said he'll send up housekeeping, yet again, not even a simple 'sorry'. I expressed how disgusted I was, I had only been in the hotel half an hour at this point! Housekeeping arrived shortly and replaced the towels. I had booked breakfast with our stay. The selection of food is very minimal. There were 2 waitresses who spent their time cleaning tables and stocking plates, guests were mainly ignored. Despite having paid for breakfast, you had to buy eggs and fresh juices. the only eggs available in the breakfast buffet were scrambled eggs and the juice was one I saw the waitress reconstituting from a powder and water. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've paid for breakfast and then been told I'd have to pay extra for certain items on the breakfast menu! Daylight robbery! I asked for an iron, which was sent up promptly. I rang down to enquire about the ironing board as there was nowhere to iron. The front office manager said ”Lady, you asked for an iron and you've got one now so what do you want!” I explained that i need a board to iron on, he said he'd see and call me back and angrily put the phone down. I didn't hear back for a few hours and needed clothes to go out in. So i had to use the bed as a make shift ironing board, not to mention the spits of hot water that burnt my hand in the process. Later in the day I rang for something else and also mentioned I didn't hear back about the ironing board- front office manager simply said he's been busy-no apology. He sent housekeeping to the room- a friendly lady who couldn't speak English and yet when i explained to her she understood and promptly brought me one. Be careful when ordering room service - the hotel don't actually make the food....they order takeout! I was told it would come in 20mins, I chased up 30mins later and was told 5mins, and then I chased up again and someone else who picked up laughed and said no it wouldn't be 5mins, it'll be another 20mins. Un grande hotel situato nel cuore di tutte le principali visione di Istanbul. 15 minuti di raffreddamento con tutte le rotte. mercato egiziano, grande basar e molto altro. Pulizia e cambiamento di asciugamani ogni giorno. Respeshchen - tutto il genere. Le colazioni sono uniformi, ma standard per la Turchia. L'hotel raccomanda.

I stayed there for a few weeks and everything was excellent! Although the furniture is a bit worn out, the overall impression is nice, as they try to keep the rooms clean and there's no bad smell or mildew in the bathrooms. The staff at the Arven Boutique Hotel is always helpful and courteous!- they made me feel at home. I love the area so much! - there are many shops and cafes where you can buy inexpensive food and there's a street market with fresh veggies. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

I have booked at Pera orient hotel because it offers what I want from an hotel during my travels and the feedbacks were in its favor. Just after my booking was done I stumble on a negative review that was posted on trip advisor. I was worried about my choice. But when I went to Istanbul and stayed there, I felt compelled to share my own experience, which was entirely different and absolutely fantastic! I believe it's essential to give credit where credit is due. First of all , if you are seeking a resort , Pera Orient is not a resort and it never claims to be one! My stay at Pera Orient was comfortable and pleasant. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and attentive staff, who made their best to help me in every possible way and to answer my queries during my 5-day long stay. Their warm smiles and genuine willingness to assist truly set the tone for my stay. The location of the hotel is ideal. A 6 min walk from the hotel takes you to Taksim square where you can take the Metro or bus to reach your desired destination. And it allowed me to make regular daily walks on istikal street . The street is a little narrow yes, but there are plenty of hotels all around that I have never felt scared or unsafe ( as it was mentioned in the negative review). And I always took the upward direction then turn right towards taksim. I was greeted by a spotless clean room with a tasteful decor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, The housekeeping staff was attentive and meticulous, making sure that my room was impeccably cleaned each day. Coffee and tea were left daily next to the kettle (sometimes with a bottle of water). When I will visit Istanbul again , I will definitely chose Pera Orient to stay in.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen, denn wenn man das Hotel betritt, ist das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und man merkt, dass ihnen die Sauberkeit ihrer Zimmer sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, die U-Bahn-, Bus-, Minibus- und Taxihaltestellen sind nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Im Badezimmer gibt es alles von Shampoo, Duschgel, Handtüchern und Hausschuhen. Ich denke, ich werde diesen Ort immer wählen.

Ciao Mi e mia moglie siamo venuti a Istanbul per un intervento chirurgico. A causa della clinica che ha rovinato gli hotel, siamo stati inviati al Centro Hotel. Siamo arrivati al 9.30 in ricevimento e da allora siamo stati controllati al 14.00 nelle nostre camere. Poiché abbiamo pagato, dovremmo avere diritto al colazione. Purtroppo no. Quindi io e mia moglie dobbiamo pagare per avere colazione. Il personale della ricezione è molto rude. Non si preoccupano di tutto il tempo, ma le loro scuse “non sappiamo nulla” abbiamo spiegato alla ricezione che stiamo rimanendo 2 giorni, dopo aver controllato, andando in ospedale e dopo 2 giorni torneremo a controllare. Abbiamo fatto un'ora il primo giorno, siamo tornati, siamo andati in piedi, non poteva aprire la porta, siamo andati alla ricezione, sembra che ci sia stato fatto un checkout senza essere informati( denaro, bagagli lasciati nella stanza) Abbiamo andato alla ricezione “ tipica risposta : Non sappiamo nulla “Il ricevitore molto brutto. Infine abbiamo controllato di nuovo. Tornando dall'ospedale, ovviamente non abbiamo ricevuto la stessa stanza, ok non preoccupate, ma ancora una volta molto agitato abbiamo ricevuto la stanza terribile ( porta igienica rotta, bagno drenaggio profumo molto cattivo, muri sporchi, Mobili chipped ) - suppongo sia 5* hotel. Non stavo parlando con la ricezione, niente è stato fatto. Dopo un giorno sono andato di nuovo giù e finalmente cambiano la nostra stanza. Non molto impressionato. Chiesto un piatto extra - 1 giorno per ottenere. Alimento all'hotel- soggiorno lontano - molto costoso e non impressionante. Risposta alla gestione: Sì ho la denuncia e sollevo le mie denuncia, ma ci vuole un po' per risolvere. In una parola, cerca di evitare questo hotel. Delusione.
