Ho viaggiato con due figli adolescenti. E non è stato il miglior soggiorno in cui abbia mai soggiornato. All'arrivo il pavimento della stanza era pieno di polvere e lanugine. Non è stata una buona prima impressione. Mia figlia ha chiesto il kit per segare, hanno detto che lo avrebbero portato in camera, ma non si è mai presentato. Avevamo una camera familiare. Grande per 2 letti, non per 3. Nessun armadio, quindi nessun posto dove appendere i vestiti, nessun posto dove riporli! Nessun posto dove asciugare i vestiti se hai bisogno di rinfrescarli. Uno ha bisogno di una doccia 3-4 volte al giorno a metà luglio! Conta i tuoi vestiti di conseguenza! La colazione era 3 su 5. Niente di speciale, scelta molto spaventosa. Molto basilare. Niente frutta nemmeno in piena estate. Positivo: tanta acqua gratuita. Pulizia della stanza ogni giorno, incluso il cambio degli asciugamani. E la posizione è di prim'ordine! La vista dalla terrazza vale ogni piccolo momento degli inconvenienti sopra descritti.

First day they gave us a room with no hot water and it was very cold weather. The solution they gave us was to go to a different room just to use the washroom. We could not even think of switching to that room as it was in the basement and was stinking. All the rooms don't have a balcony even if you book one with a balcony so keep that in mind. Luckily next day they switched us to a better room and the second half of our stay was really good.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joyway, the room service and house keep was excellent. Ismail was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Abdullah was great and ensured we get what we need for the breakfast. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

我出行前看到有人評論説房間有bed bug（臭蟲/床蝨），一度在想要不要臨時更換酒店，但我最後沒有這樣做——事實證明這是正確的，因為我確實沒有在房間裏遇到任何令人不快的昆蟲。另外，攜程的預訂提示上説“酒店沒有前台服務”“需要提前聯繫辦理入住”我和攜程接連多次嘗試聯繫酒店無果，但所幸，酒店其實是有前台服務的，並且看起來並不需要提前聯繫（畢竟我們也一直聯繫不上）。 酒店就處在聖索菲亞大教堂旁邊，房間面朝博斯普魯斯海峽，海鷗翔集，十分令人愜意。 酒店在辦理入住時有帥氣的服務生幫忙提行李，我十分感謝他（在他提行李時我還在擔心自己沒現金付款小費，所幸最後他沒有提小費，相反還十分友好地説明注意事項）。 因為酒店需要清潔房間，我沒有獲得提前入住的機會，但可以寄存行李，也可以在露台餐廳落座休息。 總體非常好，但美中不足的是，房間的窗簾稍微有點透光，拉窗簾也稍有些費力。另外露台的門在鎖定/解鎖時需要把門把手向上提，同時旋轉鑰匙。
