Hotel con balcone a Manila

I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

La posizione è buona. Il personale è bello. Il posto è pulito anche. Tuttavia, vorrei che si sprayssero la stanza con un po' di aria fresca. La stanza ha un odore di sudorazione quando si apre la porta. Buona cosa che ho portato con me un profumo per impiccare.

Quanto al prezzo e al tipo di servizio che abbiamo ricevuto, questo è un hotel fantastico, è difficile da dire quanto il personale qui è gentile, cercano sempre di aiutare. Tutto il personale, ragazze molto carine alla reception ha aiutato con tutte le domande, Vorrei ringraziare la gente che ha aiutato a fare le cose, aprito e chiuso la porta all'hotel, la piscina era grande e pulita, e c'era un buon ordine. Le colazioni per le elezioni sono molto carine pancake, omelete, porridge, tutto è molto delizioso e fresco. Le camere hanno letti morbidi - l'unica cosa è che le cucine sono molto grandi, tutto il resto era buono, le camere sono pulite, l'acqua è calda per l'hotel, per un prezzo così alto - è solo una grande scelta.

È una ripetizione. Convenientemente situato vicino al centro. La differenza rispetto a prima è che quando gli amici vengono a trovarli, devono lasciare il loro documento d'identità alla reception.

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Lido de Paris a Manila è stato un mix di comodità e aree che potrebbero servire di miglioramento. La posizione è certamente uno dei suoi punti più forti è vicino ai principali punti di Manila, rendendo facile raggiungere. L'oggetto di lobby e le aree comuni hanno un sentimento classico, leggermente vintage, che aggiunge carattere. La camera stessa era decente, anche se poteva beneficiare di alcune aggiornamenti. Il letto era abbastanza comodo per un breve soggiorno, ma alcune strutture si sentono un po' date. La pulizia era accettabile, ma non eccezionale. Il personale è stato in generale gentile e utile, soprattutto al controllo ‑in. Uno dei punti di vista è che l'area circostante può essere occupata e rumorosa, soprattutto di notte, in modo che non sia ideale per i dormitori leggeri. Tuttavia, per i viaggiatori che cercano un soggiorno conveniente in una posizione centrale, l'hotel offre un valore ragionevole.

Sono venuto da solo a Manila. Spero di avere un bel tempo. Ho trascorso 28 giorni in questo hotel e ho esplorato le aree circostanti. Al termine del viaggio ho incontrato la mia babae e noi dove abbiamo un buon tempo. Storia lunga breve ... l'hotel era ben valso il denaro, perché la vista era grande e la mia ragazza è incinta. Quindi, è anche una stanza fortunata, immagino. Pagate per tutte le attrazioni. E' stato un punto in basso, ma non è che era tutto a posto e ho avuto buone notti/divertimento tardi... vieni a cercarlo per te stesso.

The room is overall cozy and clean. Aircon is new, the bed is cozy very comfortable. The bathroom is clean with hot shower. But no water heater in the room you still need to request. I am disappointed a bit since I was assigned at the 5th floor and I have requested the front staff to transfer me in the lower floor and she assured me if there will be available she will transfer me since I will be extending a couple of days. But when the third day comes, she mentioned no more available rooms. It is so upsetting since I am expecting what she promised when I see couple of guests already checking out.

Un sacco di formiche e il caldo in camera è pazzesco. Non è molto pulito, né il letto né tutto il resto. Il personale è gentile e hanno persino un gatto dell'ostello. Le tende sono solo sui letti inferiori. Come ho detto, ci sono un sacco di formiche che si infilano anche sul letto. Ma immagino che, visto il prezzo, sia comprensibile che non sia un gran posto.
