"Alcuni membri del personale sono amichevoli, come Felix? La colazione a buffet era deliziosa e costosa, 580 pesos a persona. Il cameriere ci ha chiesto cosa volevamo bere e abbiamo detto cappuccino. Ci hanno fatto pagare un extra alla cassa. 126 pesos/2 tazze di cappuccino Si scopre che altri caffè oltre a quello americano devono essere pagati separatamente e non li hanno informati in anticipo. Ho pagato $ 50 al momento del check-in. Pensavo fosse un deposito, ma non mi è stato restituito al momento del check-out. Si diceva che fosse una tassa di servizio di $ 10 al giorno per 5 giorni, ma quando ho prenotato la camera , ha detto che il prezzo includeva tutte le tasse... (La piattaforma ha risolto questo problema) All'improvviso si è verificata un'infestazione di zanzare nella notte dell'1/4. Per fortuna il 2/4 siamo passati ad un hotel all-inclusive e in quell'hotel non c'era una sola zanzara."

"Intercom Lots of beach beds and umbrellas,extremely clean,not designated so ppl from other properties come and use it,waiters constantly offer food/drinks NOT free 100pesos for corona,food more than back home in Canada roughly 300pesos for wings or burger or chicken *****s. Freshly baked fish 750Pesos/kg, 3 tacos-300pesos. Tiny buffet if you think you gonna have rows and rows of food think again,MayBe 20foot long buffet,EXACT same food for 10 days(brutal).One person working @ omelette station with min 12min wait.Even though it was prepaid breakfast they make you sign a receipt 1100Pesos, couldn't figure out why, so after 4th day we were getting ZERO service, yup wouldn't even offer a cup of tea/coffee,ended up figuring it out,they expect 10% tip on the 1020Pesos(cost of breakf for 2ppl) so 100pesos each time you eat(NOT joking),so our 20-50pesos tips WERENT enough! For dinners we ALWAYS go off resorts when in cancun cuz there are soo many great options,this hotel is not walking distance to any restaurants like Harry's, Mono, Ilios,but bus station is right outside (12pesos each way) Room facing Lagoon which is main road,can hear EVERY car, person talking,so noisy day and night,plus our room was next to janitor's room so in and out slamming door and talking on a radio from 6am till 6pm(BRUTAL!)shower is large,sink over floating, mattresses rock hard but sheets are super white,AC worked well, 2pools,restaurant and pool bar empty.Lots of beds avail, Check in/out super quick and front desk people are Extremely helpful! So there's gas station across the street beer is 25pesos, there's supermarket 7min walk beer is 15pesos and has fresh Fruits,liq,jugs of water Basically if you looking for Mexican experience ALL inclus,cheap food/drink this is NOT it! If you looking for quiet getaway with prices on higher end but still be in Mexico this is the place for you! If you looking for same sand and all inclusive def need to look else where unless you don't mind grocery shopping on your vacay. Would I come back to this location-I doubt it,just doesn't make sense to me in sense of México experience!I def don't feel like spending more $ than I do @ home"

"Our first night we sat and dined at 'the Palapa' and had no problems however the next morning for breakfast when we found a table and sat a young lady came and told us that the next time we needed to wait for her to seat us and it felt as if we were being scolded for not knowing that."

"Tutto perfetto, dalla camera al servizio ci siamo sentiti subito in un luogo confortwvole. Tutto super pulito e comodo. Unica pecca tante zanzare nell’area comune, che comunque è bellissima. Quindi portatevi un repellente per zanzare e vedrete che amerete il vostro soggiorno."

"E' la seconda volta che vengo e mi piace. Il personale di manutenzione, pulizia e caffè è di 10, forse in reception erano un po' più freddo e non capisco molto bene la politica degli ospiti, nessuno può venire a visitarti passando oltre la reception. La struttura è fantastica, le letti e la posizione."

"Das Hotel ist super, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, haben einen Balkon und sauber. Auch die Poolanlage ist schön, genauso wie das Restaurant. Das Frühstück ist für Europäer eher gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es keinen Aufstrich gibt und sehr amerikanisch/mexikanisch gehalten ist, aber trotzdem wird man satt. Das Gym ist etwas klein und es gibt kaum Möglichkeiten richtig zu trainieren, dies wäre der einzige Minuspunkt."

"Ho trovato questo appartamento in buona posizione vicino a un grande centro commerciale e bus che va a diverse città da Cancun e i puliziari erano molto amichevoli e il manager è anche una persona molto buona, L'unico problema di questa stagione è le mosche che ci mordono e non si sentono comodi. L'AC funzionava bene e l'acqua di piccoli piscine di swing sta cambiando regolarmente 👌 . Finalmente trovato molto buono 👍 ."

"Il check-in è stato buono, l'addetto alla reception è stato gentile e sembrava che la vacanza fosse perfetta, ma in seguito si sono verificate 2 situazioni... 1. Ho lasciato la parte dei miei soldi in una borsa, e qualcuno aveva ancora 100 dollari da lì, probabilmente pensando che il ”gringo” non li calcola... solo 1 giorno prima ho preso parte da lì per cambiarmi e il giorno dopo dopo mezzanotte c'era 1 banconota in meno. Naturalmente non ho potuto provarlo quindi non ha senso raccontarlo. 2. Inoltre, smbd ha rubato 1 cioccolata (non sono 100 dollari, ma era un regalo, portato da un altro paese, come un regalo del viaggio)… 3. E ultima cosa, si è verificato un incidente in cui tre membri dello staff stavano curiosando nella nostra stanza in nostra assenza. E siamo tornati troppo presto. Hanno trovato delle scuse dicendo che erano preoccupati per la situazione di sicurezza. La mia amica aveva lasciato la giacca nella cassaforte. Ma questo non li scusa per essersi intromessi nel nostro spazio e aver lasciato che la nostra porta si aprisse affinché tutti potessero vederla Le donne delle pulizie hanno pulito la nostra camera più o meno bene (a volte si dimenticano del balcone 😅) e non ci hanno mai cambiato la biancheria da letto, ma abbiamo trascorso lì 17 notti... Un po' compensato dalla buona posizione, dalla spiaggia e dall'operatore turistico dell'hotel, ma non abbastanza per riempirsi in modo sicuro e confortevole."

"Не первый раз. Есть нюансы Удобно если ты один без багажа и можно бюлжетно доехать из аэропорта на автобусе до автовокзала за 140 песо и пешком минут за 10 дойти до отеля. Отель конечно далеко не новый но все работает. Не хватает одеяла. Я вечно мерзну под кондиционером. И подушки тоже очень плохие. Но вид на внутренний двор где бар и бассейн. И балкончик есть. Кофемашина имеется. Холодильника нет Хорошие завтраки. Можно выйди в патио и не спеша поесть. Лежаки у бассейна есть. Тоже плюс Недалеко от отеля есть поке бар и ещё пара неплохих мест перекусить. В общем недорого для одной двух ночей учитывая цены в Канкуне если вы не планируете постоянно куда то выезжать."

"Desafortunadamente esta vez la habitacion no estaba limpia, la cama tenia manchas y cabellos ,me cambiaron a otra habitacion y nuevamente al revisar la cana estaba sucia con sabanas con cabellos,finalmente me canbiarona una tercera habitacion y si adivinarin mas cabellos en las sabanas de la cama, todo supervisado por personal del hotel , al final el gerente en turno de recepcion, acudio el mismo con una srita de cuartos a cambiar las sabanas y ropa de cama del primer cuarto que tenia, si se hospedan aqui revisen bien su cama porque 3 habitaciones con sabanas sucias deja mucho que desear."
