Hotel con spa a Cancun

My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!

Perfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

Era pulito, aveva una spiaggia privata e una piscina e il servizio era eccellente. I prezzi al minimarket e al ristorante dell'hotel erano relativamente accessibili e il cibo era delizioso, ma ricordo che l'acqua era costosa: circa 700 yen al litro. Dalle camere non si poteva accedere al balcone.

I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!

Per questo motivo mi sono trasferito in questo hotel nel centro di Cancun. Sono stato più che felice di essere qui. L’hotel stesso sembrava cucina con alcune statue umane in concreto all’ingresso. La piscina era piccola (potete godere di nuotare sulla spiaggia). Ma in generale, le vibes erano a casa! La mia prenotazione è venuta con colazione gratuita. La receptionista Jessica era molto accogliente. Ha parlato in inglese e spiegava tutto quello che doveva sapere al check-in. Mi ha anche dato una mappa stampata di ciò che posso vedere e fare intorno al centro di Cancun. La camera era a posto, grande camera con cucina e bagno appropriato. Si trova a 5 minuti di autobus da Soriana, poi si attraversa la strada (Avenida Tulum) da Soriana e si trova al terminal ADO Bus all'aeroporto. Puoi anche prendere l'autobus R1 sulla Avenida Tulum all'Hotel Zone. C'è un negozio di Poke vicino alla porta e un hamburger (se siete malati di cibo messicano), a 15 minuti a piedi dal Mercado 23 (dove si trovano gli negozi locali) e si possono acquistare souvenir in modo più economico. Puoi prenotare Uber e saresti preso davanti all'hotel. Tornerò certamente a questo hotel quando visiterò Cancún in futuro.

Situato perfettamente sul Cancun Hotel Zone ****, questo resort colpisce un grande equilibrio abbastanza vicino all'azione se lo vuoi, ma abbastanza lontano da rilassarsi veramente. La proprietà stessa è affascinante, non troppo grande, che rende tutto facilmente accessibile. Le piscine sono solo la dimensione giusta per le attività e la socializzazione, ma il reale accento è la spiaggia stupenda che’ dove ho passato la maggior parte del mio tempo. Le opzioni di cena sono abbondanti con diversi ristoranti da scegliere (sono necessarie prenotazioni), e i bar offrono una vasta gamma di bevande. In generale, ho avuto una bella esperienza. Questo non è un vasto, centro festivo è meglio adattato per i viaggiatori che cercano di rilassarsi e godere della spiaggia in un ambiente più aperto. Se ci fosse un'area per migliorare, sarebbe rinfrescando le camere e le strade, come stanno iniziando a mostrare la loro età.

L'hotel e il servizio supera le nostre aspettative, si è davvero goduto del nostro soggiorno, la varietà dei cibi e i ristoranti erano di alta qualità.

This hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug. The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor. The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation ! The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations.

Siamo andati a Cancun per concludere la nostra luna di miele. Siamo stati accolti con un sorriso enorme da tutto il personale dell'hotel. Merary ci ha gentilmente fatto il check-in. Ha visto che eravamo in luna di miele e molto gentilmente ci ha fatto un upgrade a una camera incredibile con piscina. La camera era stupenda. Potevamo rilassarci in piscina mentre guardavamo la spiaggia. Non solo abbiamo ottenuto un upgrade, ma siamo arrivati ​​nella nostra camera che era stata decorata con palloncini sul letto e la parola ”love” scritta con un nastro. Ci hanno anche dato una piccola torta. Il personale per tutto il nostro soggiorno non ha potuto fare di più per noi. Le opzioni di cibo e bevande disponibili erano incredibili! Così tanta scelta per entrambi. Il bar la sera avrebbe forse potuto essere servito da un altro membro del personale, dato che abbiamo aspettato a lungo per le bevande, ma ne è valsa la pena. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per la spiaggia, ma anche per la vicinanza a molti altri ristoranti e bar a La Isla. Consiglierei questo hotel al 100%.

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in questo Hotel. La mia stanza aveva delle formiche davvero piccole ovunque. I pavimenti della nostra stanza necessitavano di particolare attenzione. Ma non sono andato a stare nella mia stanza. I servizi qui sono eccellenti. Guillermo al bar della piscina, ci ha preparato i migliori drink. Ho adorato la posizione e le opzioni alimentari. Prenoterei di nuovo qui.
