Hotel con spa a Cancun

La vista sull'oceano dell'hotel è bella, ma c'è solo una stazione di servizio vicino alla piscina dell'hotel chiamata ”Aqua World”, che è una truffa. Ingannano i turisti convincendoli ad andare in una spiaggia dall'altra parte della baia per fare moto d'acqua e parasailing. Il paesaggio e l'esperienza sono pessimi, e i prezzi sono piuttosto alti. Non capisco perché il JW Marriott dovrebbe collaborare con questa compagnia per convincere i clienti a cambiare posto. Immagino che stiano pagando un sacco di soldi all'hotel. Questo servizio ingannevole è il principale danno all'esperienza.

Perfect stay for couples. My girlfriend and I have traveled to Cancun/playa Del Carmen in the past and like to split our time between 2 resorts. We did that again this time and live aqua was far and away better than the Riu that we stayed at during the first half of our trip. From the moment we were greeted and provided an overview of the resort, to the room, pools, beaches and amenities, it was all exactly what we were looking for in our romantic vacation. Brenda (who greeted us), Rebecca (who gave us a free welcome hand massage) , Marco (who was definitely the highlight of our trip and makes the smoothies in the buffet area), and Diesson (who we ran into multiple times in different areas) were just some of the staff we loved. We really enjoyed talking to each employee there, but don’t remember everyone’s name. The beach was super clean with little signs of sargassum. The beach area staff were also very attentive. They’ll dress a daybed for you and get you drinks in just minutes. Oh and Ramon was great too. He doesn’t work for the hotel, but he works for the jet skiing and parasailing spot on the beach in front of the resort. Oh and room service is extremely fast too. We’d call and they’d show up with drinks/food within 15-20 mins each time, even though it was a busy spring break week. Highly recommend this place over all of the other Cancun resorts I’ve stayed at previously.

Quando ho prenotato questo hotel, guardate solo le foto e il prezzo. Penso che questo costoso hotel debba essere eccellente. Ma ... 1. Questo è come un hotel a 3 stelle. 2.Le persone sono molto cattive.Se non li hai pagati, nessuno ti ha servito.Solo una volta possono darti succo o qualcosa.La seconda volta è necessario aspettare 20 minuti 3. Ho prenotato una stanza per 2 persone.Ma dentro tutto per uno.Devi chiedere molto tempo per portare un altro sapone o shampoo.E sicuramente devi pagare .... 4.Nessuna attrezzatura.Bassa piscina e ristoranti. 5.Normalmente, se paghi questo denaro a Dubai o in Turchia, puoi vedere cosa sono le cinque stelle. 6. Penso che abbia solo una ragione per questo prezzo alto.È un show erotico. Nome erotico. Nessun altro. Solo nome:):):):) Quindi, se hai soldi, e vuoi riposare. Non sono andato in questo hotel. L'ho prenotato per 5 giorni. Ma resta lì solo una notte.

La posizione è eccellente, il che lo rende un'opzione molto economica per chi si trova a Cancún e desidera fare diverse escursioni giornaliere. Il prezzo è molto ragionevole per le Americhe (nota: mi riferisco alle Americhe, non alla Cina). L'hotel è molto vicino a famose discoteche come il Coco Bango, raggiungibili a piedi, ma non è rumoroso di notte. È adatto a chi desidera fare escursioni giornaliere durante il giorno e divertirsi anche in discoteche e bar la sera.

Situato perfettamente sul Cancun Hotel Zone ****, questo resort colpisce un grande equilibrio abbastanza vicino all'azione se lo vuoi, ma abbastanza lontano da rilassarsi veramente. La proprietà stessa è affascinante, non troppo grande, che rende tutto facilmente accessibile. Le piscine sono solo la dimensione giusta per le attività e la socializzazione, ma il reale accento è la spiaggia stupenda che’ dove ho passato la maggior parte del mio tempo. Le opzioni di cena sono abbondanti con diversi ristoranti da scegliere (sono necessarie prenotazioni), e i bar offrono una vasta gamma di bevande. In generale, ho avuto una bella esperienza. Questo non è un vasto, centro festivo è meglio adattato per i viaggiatori che cercano di rilassarsi e godere della spiaggia in un ambiente più aperto. Se ci fosse un'area per migliorare, sarebbe rinfrescando le camere e le strade, come stanno iniziando a mostrare la loro età.

L’hotel e consigliato più per le famiglie a gli spazi nelle aree comuni o di passaggio strette e gli spettacoli sarebbero meglio in un altra zona e non davanti alle piscine, l ascensore al piano sotterraneo è terribile si affaccia con area dei lavoratori, le stanze sono assolutamente da rivedere abbastanza “usate” e la pulizia andrebbe fatta meglio, 3 giorni di seguito ho chiesto attenzione alla camera e niente. In reception la cortesia e stata discreta

Questo resort è moderatamente buono, poiché è un marchio Hilton. Tutti gli hotel inclusi, ma non si può aspettare troppo.Tutti gli hotel inclusi non includono tutto quello che si desidera.Dovresti cercare essenziali, per esempio, la casa di bistecche offre solo bistec subpar, se si vuole ottenere qualche extra, si potrebbe chiedere per pagare di più.Questo ha detto che il ristorante italiano è abbastanza buono, ci è piaciuto.Se vuoi avere più buoni piatti, dovresti fare prenotazioni quanto prima possibile quando si accede.In generale, ci è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno

This hotel was NOT a good choice. It was pleasantly quiet only because it only offered a place to sleep. There was nothing there except a bar and a small pool. We had to go to the adjoining hotel to eat or for any entertainment. We paid for a premier ocean front room and were told that Trip.com sold us a reservation for a room that was not available. We were put in a room overlooking the parking lot, street, and lagoon. They later moved us to another room considered “ocean view” that has a window overlooking the water. The bathroom was so small that there was no room on the tiny vanity to put anything so there was a small ladder in-the corner to put our toiletries on. There was only one lightbulb in the bathroom …in the ceiling. Even though the hotel photos showed a makeup mirror and large vanity with a shelf, we did not have either. The unlighted shower had no shelf and had a shower curtain that did not contain the water so the bathmat and floor were always wet. We had to go over to a window to have any light. There was a small useless desk in the room with no lamp or plug. The bathrooms in the llobby or around the pool were always dirty with un flushed toilets and wet floors. Several times there was no toilet paper, except on the floor. The food choices were very limited. We could only go to the a la carte restaurants 3 times … all other meals had to be in the buffet which was in the other hotel. The food there was always cold and worse than fast food…. Probably the worst food we’d had in Mexico in the last 20 yrs of coming here. Looked the same every day. You had to give the hostess your room number and wait to be seated. I guess they wanted to make sure you only came in one time. At one point, after the hostess seated us in the buffet area, a manager came over to our table to tell my husband that we were in the wrong place and needed to move! Not sure why that happened and we were NOT happy about the scene that was created. I found the hostess and told her what occurred . She got the manager and I asked her why she singled us out about where we were sitting. She had no explanation ! The whole experience at this hotel was unpleasant. I would NOT recommend it to anyone . There are much nicer places in Csncun with much better food and accommodations.

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno in questo Hotel. La mia stanza aveva delle formiche davvero piccole ovunque. I pavimenti della nostra stanza necessitavano di particolare attenzione. Ma non sono andato a stare nella mia stanza. I servizi qui sono eccellenti. Guillermo al bar della piscina, ci ha preparato i migliori drink. Ho adorato la posizione e le opzioni alimentari. Prenoterei di nuovo qui.

We had an amazing stay at Altitude at Krystal Grand. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Our room was beautiful, very spacious, and extremely clean. The ocean-view balcony was one of our favorite features, we spent so much time relaxing there, enjoying the incredible views and peaceful atmosphere. The location of the resort is truly one of its biggest highlights. It sits on one of the best stretches of beach in Cancun, with crystal-blue water and calm waves that made the beach experience unforgettable. The beach service was also a huge plus and something we appreciated, especially compared to other Cancun resorts we have stayed at. The restaurant options were great, and we had no issues making reservations during our stay. Overall, the service, atmosphere, and beautiful surroundings made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. There are a few areas where the resort could improve. The pools and many of the bars close a little too early, and extending those hours would make the experience even better. The buffet could also use more variety and improved dessert options. Adding something like a self-serve ice cream station would be a great addition and is something many other resorts offer. Aside from those small improvements, our experience was amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return to Alttude at Krystal Grand for another Cancun vacation.
