"La camera è pulita. Siamo venuti per il nostro anniversario e al check-in ci hanno offerto un upgrade a una camera deluxe. Ottima e abbondante colazione a buffet... Speriamo che in futuro l'hotel si ingrandisca e aggiunga una piscina per più ospiti."

"For someone that loves beach activities, relax and easy with beautiful beach sight seeing, i would recommend Turi Beach Resort for your next destination in Batam Island. Located at Nongsa, and close to the Airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, the cleanliness and the room was spacious. The only things that i would like them to improve was their buffet dinner and breakfast have a little bit lack of taste."

"Stavo a Woda Villa & Spa Batam e ha avuto una piacevole esperienza. Pros: La posizione è molto conveniente, come è vicino alla zona urbana, rendendo facile l'accesso a negozi e ristoranti opzioni. La villa 2-bedroom è spaziosa e confortevole, grande per le famiglie o i piccoli gruppi. Le toletta erano inoltre ben fornite, con sufficienti strutture per il soggiorno. Coni: La piscina privata è sul lato più piccolo, che può essere un po 'limitante se si sta cercando di rilassarsi completamente o nuotare. Ci sono stati un sacco di moschee, anche se la villa fornisce repellente che aiuta. La diffusione del buffet per colazione è anche molto limitata, quindi non aspettate una vasta gamma di opzioni. Totale: Un buon soggiorno per chi cerca una villa spaziale in un luogo conveniente, ma con alcuni minori svantaggi nelle strutture e varietà di cibo"

"There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled. However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room. There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed. Hotel breakfast is not nice. Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location."

"When arrived, we are greeted warmly by the bellman and front desk staff. Front desk staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was wide spread and good. There are live stations for eggs and sausage. Had indomie for breakfast even. The room TV was keep on blinking but it didn’t really affect the overall experience. It is smart TV, so we spend the time listening to YouTube music Will definitely come back stay again :)"

"Aston Inn Gideon Batam – Great Value Stay Situato a Nagoya, a pochi passi dal mercato e dalla piazza della città di Batam, l'hotel è circondato da parlori di massaggio, opzioni alimentari, negozi e servizi di bellezza. La camera da letto con due letti è abbastanza spaziosa per due valigie grandi, con comodità come spazzole dentali, sandali, acqua minerale, caffè/tea. La colazione offre una vasta gamma di porridge , tiao, roti prata, nasi lemak, e una stazione di uova vivente. A circa 60 SGD per notte, è un ottimo valore per il comfort e la comodità fornite."

"L'aria condizionata non è fredda.La colazione è calda solo.Anche omeletta e uova sul lato soleggiato erano temperatura della stanza.Ma la stanza è grande e pulita.Le pareti della stanza non sono sonoreprotegge quindi può sentire dai clienti della porta accanto..ma il personale dell'hotel era amichevole e gentile."

"È una vergogna che questo hotel sia rovinato col rumore che colpisce la facciata della vedova, che si verificherebbe a circa le 7:00 del tempo locale e durerà diverse ore. Poiché il mio check-in era dopo le 3:00, non ho notato questo rumore il primo giorno. Quando sono uscito quasi tutto il giorno, mi sono reso conto che questo rumore si era sviluppato in un modello solo il mio ultimo giorno di check-out. Il cambiamento di stanza è già inconveniente in questo momento. Siamo stati tutti in hotel con finestre solari, per favore non si affidino alle condizioni meteorologiche che questo rumore l'ha generato. "My gf and me stayed here for our Batam trip last weekend. When we first entered our non-smoking room, there was a twinge of vape smell lingering in the air. The room was well spaced out with many useful amenities such as furniture, drinking water, kettle, etc. I find the wall shelf by the TV a nice and useful addition. Our TV doesn’t have Netflix but carry some local channels as well as CNA. Although the few electrical sockets in the room are universal adaptors, they feel a bit loose when plugged in. Aircon and bathroom amenities such as water pressure and hot shower all work smoothly. Our window overlooks the immediate neighbourhood and the room is relatively quiet throughout the stay. Sadly, I didn’t use their Wifi so can’t really comment on that. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had limited variety but the quality was good. The hotel is also at a convenient location within walking distance of two big malls, so plenty of food and entertainment! All the staff we encountered in this hotel was super friendly and helpful. We only had one keycard given to us during check-in so when I was accidentally stuck downstairs without a card, the lady at the concierge quickly made me a new one so I could get back to my room. The day after checking out of the hotel, I realised I lost my beloved earpods and whatsapp-ed the hotel in the slim hope of finding it back. Within minutes, I got a message from the concierge, accompanied with a picture of my lost item! I shall definitely return to stay with them again very soon ^^"
