"The restaurant and waiter (David ) were fabulous . The food was delicious and the service from David exceptional . It’s a shame that the receptionist was very curt and nowhere near as friendly . The hotel is very clean and is a good 3srar hotel . I would definitely visit the restaurant in the hotel again but not sure I would stay at this hotel  in the future ."

"Overall very good, and the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. Food excellent, and although a little pricey no more expensive than other good restaurants nearby. One oddity is that the pool bar (the pool is slightly detached from the hotel) has no coffee facility, although the main bar in the hotel serves very good coffee and cake."

"Ho avuto un bel tempo all'hotel Royal Bath a Bournemouth. Ero qui per una conferenza presso BIC, quindi la posizione era ideale. Hotel tradizionale con personale amichevole. Buono cibo. Il bagno e la piscina erano un bonus a soli 5 sterline extra al giorno."

"Lovely one night stay at this hotel,was about a 20 minute walk to the centre! Room was nice and the bathroom was lovely! The only downside was what the room resembled a sauna to the point we had to ask for an extra fan which wasn’t too much trouble for the reception team after they located one! I would stay again but would recommend you do not stay anywhere near the leisure facilities and especially not room 23 unless you like waking up feeling like you’re abroad!"

"This is my second stay at this hotel. I am a professional dancer and every year there is a major competition held in Bournemouth, and to be honest, Hilton is one of the most closest hotels to the place of competition, which was the main reason to stay there. But, as last year, as this year, the stay didn’t leave a good impression. Last year my Gucci T-shirt was stolen by the housekeepers (it was lying in my suitcase) and the hotel didn’t compensate it in any way. This year, while doing the check-out, the lady at the reception wanted to charge extra money from me. I had breakfasts included, but she told me the opposite was showing in her screen. When I asked her to show her screen, she refused, saying that “oh it’s a mistake, sorry”. Then she said that I have other things to pay and I couldn’t understand what, as we never ate at the hotel during the day, didn’t use mini bar (which wasn’t even filled up), didn’t use spa, basically nothing. She was trying to find out what shall I pay for about 10 minutes. When I told her I’m late to the airport, she said everything is fine and I can go.  These situations with payments and money completely ruined everything and my opinion about the hotel. I won’t come back for sure. About the food: there is basically nothing to eat. Sausages, bacon, eggs, harshbrowns, beans and some vegetables which look green.  Service: cleaning may be way better. We had plenty of trash in our room such as bottles, cans, empty bags which have been with us for the whole week of our stay and were never thrown away. The first few days the towels were changed, while after that they weren’t even lifted up from the floor. I was staying with my friend and we occasionally ordered food. I have asked at the reception for two forks four times, but I was totally ignored. On the 5th time, when I was screaming, they finally brought the forks. Same with glasses: I’ve asked for 4 glasses, but have never seen them)) The overall feeling of the stay is absolutely negative, as it’s basically just a place for sleep without any good services. For the money it costs it’s absolutely not worth it."

"It was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel."

"The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect"

"Il check-in era molto veloce. Avevamo una camera familiare con una doppia e una sola stanza. Era bella, pulita e spaziosa. Pieno di parcheggio, 10 mie passeggiate sulla spiaggia e 10 minuti a piedi per negozi e ristoranti."
