Trova hotel con balconi a Bournemouth

L'hotel e il ristorante hanno un ottimo design. Abbiamo festeggiato un compleanno con un pasto, il cibo è eccellente. La cosa migliore però è l'atmosfera, il personale è super cool e Nunzoio è stato così gentile e divertente, ha reso la nostra serata!

Hotel bellissimo, grande posizione, personale amichevole, camera era pulita e molto bello e moderno. Non avrei potuto chiedere un hotel migliore!

Hotel carino, non lontano dalla spiaggia. Colazione buona ma solo fino a 9.30am. Le camere erano belle, spaziose e pulite avevamo un balcone con splendide viste sulla spiaggia, le camere erano piuttosto calde e non c'è aria calda necessaria in tempo caldo. La piscina all'aperto è riscaldata ma non è una piscina all'interno per quando il tempo non è buono.

Stateed couple of nights it was cheaper to park out on main road then what it was to pay hotel for parking, Room a little side with small TV on the wall, didn't pay extra for breakfast so don't know what it was like or have time to use the facilities, La nostra camera era pulita e la camera da bagno era pulita andrebbe sicuramente di nuovo all'hotel

Il salone dell'hotel è bellissimo e bellissimo, il ristorante è buono cibo, la colazione è ricco, il cameriere è molto amichevole, l'atteggiamento di servizio è buono, l'hotel è molto vicino alla spiaggia, l'ambiente è molto bello, l'acqua è pulita! Forte raccomandazione

Bought a virgin experience day afternoon tea for mother's Day. We got round to having it today. Booked two months ago. Confirmed the booking by phone last night. Drive 1.5hrs to get to the hotel. Arrived and were seated l, got given a pot of tea. 20mins later we were told they couldn't find our booking (my mother and I and another couple who came in at the same time as us, on their 50th anniversary...4 of us) but had seated four other people for afternoon tea instead of us 4. They told us to wait and they'd sort out our afternoon tea. 45 mins later were told the chef basically wasn't going to be bothered to make us our sandwiches etc so we'd have to choose off the menu instead and it would be two courses and some drinks included. Asked for the club sandwich advertised on either brown or white bread. They had no brown bread. Eventually got food nearly 1.25hrs after arriving. Waiter then had the audacity to expect me to pay for drinks despite saying they were included. We had already cashed in our voucher to pay for afternoon tea and although the food was ok it wasn't what we wanted or travelled all that way for. They tried to accommodate us being there but we were made to feel like a complete after thought and it dampened the whole experience. The tea pot looked nice and that was the extent of our afternoon tea. They said we could take cakes home with us and when we asked them to pack them so we could take them away we were given the line they couldn't pack them due to health and safety and I was given a bag to pack them ourselves which made me laugh. Was a bit of a disaster and disappointment all around considering we booked well in advance. We confirmed by phone the night before then couldn't find us a day later. Knowing the difference between **** and elbow springs to mind. I think they cocked up giving the four of our bookings to another party then didn't know how to handle the situation. Wont go back there !!!
