UUtente ospiteThis is my second stay at this hotel. I am a professional dancer and every year there is a major competition held in Bournemouth, and to be honest, Hilton is one of the most closest hotels to the place of competition, which was the main reason to stay there. But, as last year, as this year, the stay didn’t leave a good impression. Last year my Gucci T-shirt was stolen by the housekeepers (it was lying in my suitcase) and the hotel didn’t compensate it in any way. This year, while doing the check-out, the lady at the reception wanted to charge extra money from me. I had breakfasts included, but she told me the opposite was showing in her screen. When I asked her to show her screen, she refused, saying that “oh it’s a mistake, sorry”. Then she said that I have other things to pay and I couldn’t understand what, as we never ate at the hotel during the day, didn’t use mini bar (which wasn’t even filled up), didn’t use spa, basically nothing. She was trying to find out what shall I pay for about 10 minutes. When I told her I’m late to the airport, she said everything is fine and I can go.
These situations with payments and money completely ruined everything and my opinion about the hotel. I won’t come back for sure.
About the food: there is basically nothing to eat. Sausages, bacon, eggs, harshbrowns, beans and some vegetables which look green.
Service: cleaning may be way better. We had plenty of trash in our room such as bottles, cans, empty bags which have been with us for the whole week of our stay and were never thrown away. The first few days the towels were changed, while after that they weren’t even lifted up from the floor.
I was staying with my friend and we occasionally ordered food. I have asked at the reception for two forks four times, but I was totally ignored. On the 5th time, when I was screaming, they finally brought the forks. Same with glasses: I’ve asked for 4 glasses, but have never seen them))
The overall feeling of the stay is absolutely negative, as it’s basically just a place for sleep without any good services. For the money it costs it’s absolutely not worth it.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è pulito e tempestivo, c'è una collina da camminare.Abbiamo soggiornato a Hampton Hilton poche volte, purtroppo come la maggior parte delle cose ci sono tagli di schiena. In un certo senso, non sono piccoli, non sono uova fresche, non sono funghi, sono soliti servire piccoli muffin di cioccolato, scomparsi, invece di essere un buon colazione, la sua media ora è la migliore. Ma tutto è ok.

UUtente ospiteHotel stupendo, grande posizione. Tutto era fantastico. La piccola cosa è la stanza 109 ha una piccola finestra congelata senza vista. Quando si apre ad un muro sporco, non l'abbiamo lasciata aperta, perché il vermin potrebbe entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo anche menzionato che era un quarantasimo giorno, ma nessuna estensione non nemmeno una nota.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

UUtente ospiteIt was very nice the rooms were clean and the beach was very close.The staff was very kind and nice,I would definitely book again i am very pleased with this hotel my kids also loved this hotel more than me. I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others. However I would say if there is a family you book the rooms near each other in advance. Overall my whole family loved this hotel.

Suggeriamo di cambiare la matrice, perché sia noi che i nostri amici avevano terribile dolore alla schiena, ma questo è ovviamente solo una preferenza e non tutti vogliono una matrice dura come noi.
A parte questo, noi tutti lo amo in questo hotel.

AAmmarAhmadGiven a choice, after today's experience of Park Inn, it is out of my list for any future trips in the UK.thry are better outside UK and for 3 star Premier Inn will be my choice from now on.
The facility was quite delapidated and needs an upgrade. Bathroom shelf was broken and the water pressure in the cold tap in wash basin is obvious. Although clean. But because of the condition the room and bathroom did not feel clean.
Despite all this, had a good sleep. Overall, did not enjoy the stay and as I said it was ok but I expected more from a Radisson chain.

JJahangir JaneWe stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks.
Rooms & Amenities:
The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene.
Staff & Service:
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant.
Facilities & Atmosphere:
The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing!
Other Notes:
The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place.
Food:
The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall Value:
The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

UUtente ospiteVolevamo solo una base affidabile, accogliente, sicura e pulita per una notte a un prezzo fantastico e abbiamo avuto esattamente questo qui a Laguna. Non ci sono frittelle, ad esempio, nessun frigorifero in camera, o decorazione edgy e nessuna toletta bonus ...ma è esattamente quello che non abbiamo bisogno! È stata una camera di base ma senza spot con tutti gli elementi essenziali che avete bisogno per un buon soggiorno di notte; 2 letti freschi, un abito con doccia calda, asciugamani e flanelli per 2, una TV con remoto, La struttura è stata affidabile e sicura, con Wi-Fi, tee e una porta chiusa con 24 ore di sicurezza. Siamo stati a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla città, con un comodo negozio notturno tardi a pochi minuti a piedi. Grazie per aver fatto del nostro viaggio una Laguna piacevole; pianificamo di tornare in futuro.
