UUtente ospiteGreat location and service…so lovely to see this hotel continuously grow, and offer more as the years go by.
The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
My only gripe would be the food menus at both the restaurant and bar area. It’s rather limited and it would have been nice to see a more expanded range of light bite meals for lunch. Lack of sunbeds was also a little disappointing too.

NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

UUtente ospiteWe just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

UUtente ospiteGrande posizione, a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria Bournemouth. Ho soggiornato solo una notte per un incontro che avevo il giorno dopo. Tutti i membri del personale erano molto amichevoli, cortesi e gentili!
La struttura è molto vecchia, ma la camera è spaziosa rispetto ad altri tre hotel a stelle come Travelodge.
Ho scelto però di essere completamente onesta per il costo di 14 sterline che mi aspettavo di vedere più opzioni - il suo molto basilare.
Tuttavia, in tutto ciò ho avuto una buona esperienza e vi visiterò di nuovo!

When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge).
In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall).
After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI.
Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need.
Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room.
So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel.
At least weather was good.

UUtente ospiteStanza fantastica a Hotel Celebrity. Situato molto vicino alla vista scenica, offre camere grandi e spaziose. Ho soggiornato nel numero 246 e la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita con un bagno privato con un bagno. Il soggiorno era molto confortevole e il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e attento a qualsiasi richiesta che un cliente avrebbe potuto avere. Il colazione include bacon e altre opzioni vegetariane, ma c'era solo una spugna da usare per bacon, così come le opzioni vegetariane che possono portare alla contaminazione incrociata e per qualcuno come me che non mangia bacon è stato un dealer. Se si mantenesse un cuscino separato per evitare la contaminazione incrociata, sarebbe stato ancora più sorprendente. In generale, il soggiorno e la località sono bellissimi e il personale è anche molto amichevole. Si consiglia molto di visitare l'Hotel Celebrity a tutti coloro che desiderano viaggiare a Bournemouth per una vacanza o per un tempo libero.

UUtente ospiteHo letto le recensioni, quindi non mi aspettavo molto. Tutti i membri del personale sembrano lavorare molto duro. Purtroppo, l'hotel stesso è davvero grubby e ha bisogno di nuovi mattoni, ridecorazione e manutenzione. (Scusate, ragazzi, potrebbe non essere abbastanza ore al giorno). Non è abbastanza buono dire ”ci è solo una pompa” quando l'acqua non esce dal doccia e poi il suo marrone per diversi minuti! Credo che la piscina sia un nuovo supplemento, ma perché lasciare che le erbe crescano intorno? La stanza era deludente, i miei vestiti erano stati messi fuori dai buchi e i miei vestiti erano stati messi al fondo del cestino. Ho chiesto alcuni pendenti dalla ricezione, ma non vi erano pendenti? Si raccomandava di prenotare una tavola per cena, ho scelto per le 7:00 e la torta. 40 minuti dopo era ancora in caccia! chattare intorno alla piscina sembra che due persone possono rimanere per £80 per notte, ma mi hanno pagato £133 con colazione. La colazione era stile buffet e poco caldo. Ho visitato gli hotel nel gruppo e sono molto meglio. Non raccomando l'hotel o restare di nuovo!

Ssimoooon01Big room and accessible bathroom there is a very retro lovely charm here which is like of timeless but not in a bad way . The Internet was very good as were the facilities in the room . The only thing I would say was the bar soft drink was relatively expensive but it was just that you tasteless like it had been watered down too much
