Hotel sul mare a Bournemouth

We recently stayed here as a family of four and found the superior room much smaller than expected. It felt quite cramped for a family, and the bathroom was also very small. The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. The regular price is around £230 per night, which I don't think is good value. I booked it on a deal for £170, but even at that price, it still felt overpriced. Another disappointment was the air conditioning. Even when set to the lowest temperature (16°C), the room never became properly cold. On top of that, we were constantly disturbed by heavy footsteps from the room above, waking us up every couple of hours around 12am, 2am, 4am, and 6am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. No fridge at the same time which other hotels cheaper have. We also had an issue with the toilet, which wouldn’t flush throughout our stay. This was a major inconvenience and should have been fixed promptly. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained. Overall, while the service and pool were good, the small room, tiny bathroom, ineffective air conditioning, noise issues, and high price made the stay disappointing.

We enjoyed a packaged deal for a 1 night stay..it was excellent. Everywhere throughout the hotel was very clean, room comfortable, a good night's sleep. Breakfast very nice buffet, my only comment here is a poor selection of fruit options for that particular breakfast choice. We had tea and cake provided which was very nice. Our 3 course dinner in the restaurant was good. I used the outside pool, unheated but do-able in May...a lovely addition. Most staff efficient but not overly friendly. Could do with knowing that 3 hotels (all one group apparently), all next door to each other, have use of the pool but saying that, at our time of year stay there were plenty of sunbeds and pool space. Smallish, bit of a restrictive car park, has free spaces on a 'first come, first served' basis. Nothing regards eats/drinks around immediate location but short steepish walk down to get to gorgeous sandy beach area. Would stay again for sure.

L'hotel è stato molto bello, ma le camere erano un po' obsoleti e il bagno era sporco. Ci sono stati alcuni svantaggi che hanno rovinato il nostro breve soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel specificamente per le strutture spa principalmente la piscina da giardino, ma questo era fuori ordine prima di arrivare lì e non ne siamo stati informati altrimenti avremmo prenotato altrove e non era stato fissato per tutta la nostra permanenza. La piscina era decente, ma non la più pulita, come mi sentivo sporco sul pavimento della piscina. La scorsa notte siamo usciti dall'acqua e mia moglie è incinta, quindi sono andato al portiere della notte e ho chiesto una bottiglia d'acqua che forniscono complimenti al giorno, ma ha detto che non poteva darmi una e che poteva venderla dal bar, che io La stanza non aveva un frigo, quindi non potevamo comprare acqua e tenerla fredda. Il parcheggio è stato di 10 sterline al giorno, che credo dovrebbe essere incluso nel soggiorno. Il personale dell'hotel era molto più amichevole di questo, ma probabilmente la prossima volta mi sarei guardato altrove.

The hotel is undergoing refurbishment. We had a family room which was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. We used the pool which is quite dated and small for the size of hotel but a nice bonus. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. We will definitely will be back again. The hotel has a lot of families staying there, would be nice to do a early evening disco/ something for the children to make use of the empty bar area

Il nostro hotel era bellissimo, senza spot, e aveva un'atmosfera così tranquilla e rilassante – perfetta per una pausa romantica. Il personale era caldo e accogliente, e la posizione era ideale, solo una passeggiata a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. Da la bella stanza al delizioso colazione, tutto ha fatto sentire la nostra permanenza davvero speciale. Abbiamo decisamente amato tornare!

La posizione è ottima, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, oppure a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus per Boscombe o Bournemouth (che in dieci minuti passa solo ogni mezz'ora, sembra essere sempre in ritardo e smette di circolare verso le 18:30, quindi è meglio pianificare con attenzione, oppure optare per un comodo taxi - solo 6 sterline per Boscombe). L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, ma il personale della reception che ho incontrato era scontroso e poco disponibile, i letti erano pessimi (si sentivano tutte le molle, ho dovuto imbottirli con due coperte per riuscire a dormire, per fortuna faceva molto caldo quindi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) e purtroppo la nostra finestra era rotta, quindi non potevo isolarmi dal rumore delle persone che entravano e uscivano dall'hotel proprio sotto la finestra. Tuttavia, l'uomo che è stato mandato a riparare la finestra è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ha rispettato la mia richiesta di parlare a bassa voce e in silenzio per non disturbare mio figlio autistico che stava cercando di addormentarsi. E alla fine ha riparato la finestra. Per fortuna ci fermavamo solo una notte, quindi, nonostante il letto scomodo, ci tornerei volentieri per un altro breve soggiorno a basso costo.

Era una bella stanza e aveva un bagno. Prendeva il mio animale domestico. La prima notte la sua medicina mancava! La mia prima notte era buona. La seconda notte di soggiorno mi sono attaccato a letto mentre dormivo! Mi sento ancora malato!

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. The room was spotless, and the entire hotel was very well maintained, which made my stay feel even more comfortable. What really stood out was the staff — everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

La struttura è molto buona, facile bus al centro, ma anche la spiaggia è molto meno congestionata a soli 5 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto una vista 😅 Ma non credo che tu stia venendo a sederti in camera. Anche un personale molto carino e amichevole!!!
