Hotel sul mare a Bournemouth

2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful

We specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor. On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool. Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay. Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.

La posizione era eccellente, la camera d'albergo, lobby e piscina erano molto puliti e confortevoli, la camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con letti confortevoli, il bagno era buono . La piscina era molto buona e piacevole avere questo in hotel. La colazione è stata eccellente con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ci è piaciuto questo .

Overall it's a great location and the facilities are really good, particularly the indoor pool and the gym,. The room was in serious need of a refurb (there were holes in the walls) and cramped (family room for 4) but we slept well in the beds. Not having a shaver plug in the bathroom also didn't help. We pre-paid for breakfast and found it a bit lacking. Although there was quite a bit of variety (coffee, tea, cereals, toast, bread and pastries, english breakfast items like beans, scrambled eggs, black pudding, sausage, etc.) the quality could be quite a bit better with a bit more attention/care. For example, the scrambled eggs were quite dry and tasted almost like plastic, while the black pudding was really dry. I think this could be resolved either by having rotation of the food so it's not sitting in the heaters too long, e.g. breakfast starts at 6h30 and we always went around 8h30, meaning the food there was sitting for nearly 2 hours.

Inizialmente ero stato assegnato una camera di famiglia di firma al secondo, camera 213, ma quando sono entrato in camera i letti erano incollati e ci erano molte tovaglie sporche nel bagno, questo era alle 16:30 e tutte le cameriere erano andate a casa ! Ho immediatamente informato il personale dell'hotel e fu assegnato un piccolo doppio camera sul terzo piano, camera 308, che aveva una grande vista sul mare, ma era molto caldo e la pressione dell'acqua nel bagno e la doccia era vicino a nulla, come si gonfiava lentamente ! Non parlare delle porte a bassa voce, ho dovuto tenere il fan tutto il tempo, altrimenti potevo svanire! Sii attento quando prenota con questo hotel, ma ancora buon valore per i soldi !

La posizione è ottima, a soli dieci minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, oppure a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus per Boscombe o Bournemouth (che in dieci minuti passa solo ogni mezz'ora, sembra essere sempre in ritardo e smette di circolare verso le 18:30, quindi è meglio pianificare con attenzione, oppure optare per un comodo taxi - solo 6 sterline per Boscombe). L'hotel è pulito e ordinato, ma il personale della reception che ho incontrato era scontroso e poco disponibile, i letti erano pessimi (si sentivano tutte le molle, ho dovuto imbottirli con due coperte per riuscire a dormire, per fortuna faceva molto caldo quindi non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno) e purtroppo la nostra finestra era rotta, quindi non potevo isolarmi dal rumore delle persone che entravano e uscivano dall'hotel proprio sotto la finestra. Tuttavia, l'uomo che è stato mandato a riparare la finestra è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, e ha rispettato la mia richiesta di parlare a bassa voce e in silenzio per non disturbare mio figlio autistico che stava cercando di addormentarsi. E alla fine ha riparato la finestra. Per fortuna ci fermavamo solo una notte, quindi, nonostante il letto scomodo, ci tornerei volentieri per un altro breve soggiorno a basso costo.

We just wanted a reliable, welcoming, safe and CLEAN base for one night at a fantastic price and we got exactly that here at Laguna. It was no- frills, eg no fridge in room ,or edgy decor and no bonus toiletries ...but that is exactly what we didn't need! It was a basic but spotlessly clean room with all the essentials you need for a good night's stay; 2 freshly made beds, an unsuite with hot shower, towels and flannels for 2, a tv with remote, WiFi, tea making facilities and a lockable door with 24 hr security. The welcoming host was friendly and efficient and we were very confident we had chosen the perfect place for our budget. We were within walking distance of the beach and town, with a handy late night shop just a few minutes walk away. This time we didn't experience the rest of the facilities available, such as the swimming pool, games room or bar/ entertainment..but it was good to know they were an option. Thanks for making our trip an enjoyable one Laguna; we planning returning in the future.

The hotel is quite old it’s not new and the amenities are not good at all they are no soaps some of the room heater doesn’t work we had to switch three rooms cause they were many issues going on but the service was good but not the worth the price

Stanza fantastica a Hotel Celebrity. Situato molto vicino alla vista scenica, offre camere grandi e spaziose. Ho soggiornato nel numero 246 e la camera era molto spaziosa e pulita con un bagno privato con un bagno. Il soggiorno era molto confortevole e il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e attento a qualsiasi richiesta che un cliente avrebbe potuto avere. Il colazione include bacon e altre opzioni vegetariane, ma c'era solo una spugna da usare per bacon, così come le opzioni vegetariane che possono portare alla contaminazione incrociata e per qualcuno come me che non mangia bacon è stato un dealer. Se si mantenesse un cuscino separato per evitare la contaminazione incrociata, sarebbe stato ancora più sorprendente. In generale, il soggiorno e la località sono bellissimi e il personale è anche molto amichevole. Si consiglia molto di visitare l'Hotel Celebrity a tutti coloro che desiderano viaggiare a Bournemouth per una vacanza o per un tempo libero.

Ho letto le recensioni, quindi non mi aspettavo molto. Tutti i membri del personale sembrano lavorare molto duro. Purtroppo, l'hotel stesso è davvero grubby e ha bisogno di nuovi mattoni, ridecorazione e manutenzione. (Scusate, ragazzi, potrebbe non essere abbastanza ore al giorno). Non è abbastanza buono dire ”ci è solo una pompa” quando l'acqua non esce dal doccia e poi il suo marrone per diversi minuti! Credo che la piscina sia un nuovo supplemento, ma perché lasciare che le erbe crescano intorno? La stanza era deludente, i miei vestiti erano stati messi fuori dai buchi e i miei vestiti erano stati messi al fondo del cestino. Ho chiesto alcuni pendenti dalla ricezione, ma non vi erano pendenti? Si raccomandava di prenotare una tavola per cena, ho scelto per le 7:00 e la torta. 40 minuti dopo era ancora in caccia! chattare intorno alla piscina sembra che due persone possono rimanere per £80 per notte, ma mi hanno pagato £133 con colazione. La colazione era stile buffet e poco caldo. Ho visitato gli hotel nel gruppo e sono molto meglio. Non raccomando l'hotel o restare di nuovo!
