Hotel sul mare a Bournemouth

2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful

Hotel stupendo, grande posizione. Tutto era fantastico. La piccola cosa è la stanza 109 ha una piccola finestra congelata senza vista. Quando si apre ad un muro sporco, non l'abbiamo lasciata aperta, perché il vermin potrebbe entrare nella stanza. Abbiamo anche menzionato che era un quarantasimo giorno, ma nessuna estensione non nemmeno una nota.

Il primo giorno andare alla costa di Luogo, il giorno dopo andare a sette sorelle di Baiyuan, scegliere di passare la notte qui.Sento che la città non è grande, la costa, l'hotel è più economico di Londra.Ma l'ascensore non è conveniente, la stanza da dare è in cima al pavimento, e devi trascinare il bagaglio. Il parcheggio è anche molto inumano. Nella porta posteriore dell'hotel, non c'è nessun passaggio direttamente al lobby.

Hotel carino con grandi strutture. Grazie per il personale molto amichevole. Camera era comoda con letti puliti. La colazione è stata una buona scelta. Spa è un buon centro con una bella piscina.

La posizione era eccellente, la camera d'albergo, lobby e piscina erano molto puliti e confortevoli, la camera era spaziosa, luminosa, con letti confortevoli, il bagno era buono . La piscina era molto buona e piacevole avere questo in hotel. La colazione è stata eccellente con una vasta gamma di opzioni, ci è piaciuto questo .

Abbiamo avuto una buona vacanza all'Hotel Heathlands a Bournemouth e vorremmo consigliarla. La posizione è grande, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. Il personale era molto amichevole e professionale per tutta la nostra permanenza. Quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo chiesto se potessimo lasciare il nostro bagaglio, così potessimo continuare a esplorare Bournemouth, e si sono messi d'accordo con che era incredibilmente utile e apprezzato. Entry from the car park to level -2 with stairs or lift access to Reception at level 0; (Additional access direct to street via a few steps at level 0 too); Check in was very quick with a short form to sign / append car registration if using the hotel's car park; Unfortunately 1 lift was out of order for the duration of our stay but there were very few times we noted the other lift was already in use; From here we had to traverse the complete length of the hotel to our room at the other end with stairs up and down, to find our room with window looking out over the laundry delivery area but some views of the sky still possible; By the admission of the staff, the hotel is (over)due a refurbishment and the whole place looks tired and worn, although noted to be clean; However shower cubicle in the room was plenty big enough, and the light-up mirror over the sink was good. The mixer tap on the hand basin appears to be plumbed L/R opposite to the markings on the tap; Plenty of plug sockets in the room, some with USB sockets. A big plus was the breakfast which was plentiful and efficiently overseen and served; Choices included standard cooked, cereals, fruit, etc with juices and hot beverages; No dinner was served but the hotel is is close proximity to several other venues within a 10-15min walk into the town centre; Also very close by is the BIC and the Pier / Seafront is less than 10 min walk; The Pool / Gym / Sauna is not very large but adequate and while the Hot Tub was warm with very vigorous jets, the Sauna was quite cool at the time of visiting. All in all, a nice enough place for a couple of nights, quiet and relaxing, with attentive staff.

Volevamo solo una base affidabile, accogliente, sicura e pulita per una notte a un prezzo fantastico e abbiamo avuto esattamente questo qui a Laguna. Non ci sono frittelle, ad esempio, nessun frigorifero in camera, o decorazione edgy e nessuna toletta bonus ...ma è esattamente quello che non abbiamo bisogno! È stata una camera di base ma senza spot con tutti gli elementi essenziali che avete bisogno per un buon soggiorno di notte; 2 letti freschi, un abito con doccia calda, asciugamani e flanelli per 2, una TV con remoto, La struttura è stata affidabile e sicura, con Wi-Fi, tee e una porta chiusa con 24 ore di sicurezza. Siamo stati a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla città, con un comodo negozio notturno tardi a pochi minuti a piedi. Grazie per aver fatto del nostro viaggio una Laguna piacevole; pianificamo di tornare in futuro.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It was so close to the beach. The hotel did not serve breakfast due to construction I assume. However the sister hotel next door , the Carlton treated us as their own guests. The rooms were roomy and clean when we arrived. Towels and bedding clean and super white. Bed was comfy, view spectacular even if we did not have a front facing view. Side view still provided a good view of the sea. East cliff was in walking distance of city centre and beaches. Lots of eating establishments on beaches and city centre. A QR code at reception need to be scanned and service requested if you needed any room services. Due to our short stay, we did not request any services. Breakfast at Carlton very good. Sustained us while we spent whole morning into late afternoon at the stunning beaches. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Cost was reasonable. Hotel reception area is beautiful. Our hotel stay was fit for the purpose we intended for our short stay.
