"I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out. YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful. First impressions were great. As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing. I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable. Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup. There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby. Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin. The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing. The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay. I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU."

"In 19 years of life, never have i been to such an AMAZING hotel with such amazing staff and location. I’ve travelled a lot and stayed at many luxury hotels, and this is my favorite one to date. Not only was the room perfect, but the staff were helpful with absolutely everything. They arrange cars for you from and to the airport or other touristic attractions in the city, , they help with your suitcases, and always have foo, snacks and drinks for you whenever you please. Apart from that, and this is the reason i think the staff is truly exceptional, they helped me retrieve my lost suitcase from the airport after i had already arrives at the hotel, and i didn’t have to worry about anything. They also helped me reserve tickets to the snow mountain and confirm DIDI locations. They also ordered me medicine from the pharmacy because i didn’t know how to do it myself. And to conclude, they are genuinely the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, and so so so helpful. I recommend this hotel 1000000%."

Aspetti negativi: - La finestra non è oscurata, quindi ci siamo letteralmente abbronzati solo aprendo le tende. - Non particolarmente adatto ai bambini piccoli. - Sembra che ci siano camere per non fumatori, ma è consentito fumare e ci sono posacenere nei cestini del corridoio comune, persino fuori dalle camere. - La camera è incredibilmente piccola e piena di angoli appuntiti all'altezza di un bambino piccolo. - Lo spazio sul piano d'appoggio e per aprire i bagagli è limitato... Non mi ero mai sentito claustrofobico prima di soggiornare in questa piccola camera con un bambino piccolo. Se viaggi da solo o con lo zaino in spalla, questo posto è un'ottima scelta perché si trova vicino a molte attrazioni di Lijiang."

"the family that ran the homestay was extremely friendly, helpful, and proactive in their service. they helped us to bring our luggages up the stairs and accommodate to a lot of requests which we had, even helping us with a taobao collection when we ordered it to the wrong place. the room is extremely spacious and beautiful with a nice view of 玉龙雪山. it is right beside baisha ancient town and has a nice, peaceful, and quiet vibe. at this price, it’s extremely worth it."

Купели с минеральной водой это фишка этого отеля. Показывают как пользоваться и объясняют все детали. Угощают чаем, на каждый номер предоставляют денежную сумму, на которую вы можете поужинать, что мы и сделали. С нами всегда был на связи Mike, который хорошо говорит по английски, также он нам везде помогал, большое спасибо вам за отзывчивость и профессионализм! Mike вы Superman. Il Kuiran Hotel, ai piedi del Monte innevato del Drago di Giada, è stata un'esperienza di vacanza eccezionale: un 10/10 senza dubbio! 🏔️ Vista: Una posizione superba per ammirare l'alba sul Monte innevato del Drago di Giada. 🛏️ Camera: Cura meticolosa dei dettagli, così confortevole che non vorrete più andarvene! I servizi in camera hanno superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative! Impianto audio Marshall, proiettore Epson, rubinetteria intelligente Kohler, prodotti da bagno Acca Kappa, cuscino in memory foam a pressione zero e umidificatore: super confortevole anche ad alta quota. La camera era spaziosa; ho potuto sistemare facilmente la valigia senza sentirmi stretta. La camera familiare offriva persino pantofole, prodotti da bagno e una piccola tenda per bambini, rendendola perfetta per le famiglie con bambini. La colazione veniva servita in camera: noodles di riso appena fatti e caffè macinato fresco a volontà, la cui qualità non aveva nulla da invidiare a quella di una caffetteria! "La guesthouse è stata eccellente; ho soggiornato tre notti. 1. Posizione: situata nel centro di Baisha, comoda per esplorare Baisha, trovare ristoranti e chiamare un taxi. 2. Design della guesthouse: ambiente fantastico, bellissimo, e un tetto con vista (purtroppo, il tempo non era abbastanza buono per vedere le montagne innevate). 3. Camere: spaziose (ho dimenticato di scattare foto), pulite e ordinate, con una disposizione ben organizzata. Il balcone offre una vista sulle montagne innevate (uno scorcio del loro profilo) e l'aria condizionata era molto potente. 4. Servizio: eccellente. Tutti sono stati molto accoglienti e il personale è persino venuto a prendere e riaccompagnare gli ospiti nella piazza della città. La colazione era ottima, soprattutto i noodles di riso. La pulizia è stata rapida e accurata. Per esplorare Baisha, consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in centro; è molto più comodo."
