La prima stanza che mi fu data aveva un forte odore di fumo, quindi mi diedero un'altra stanza immediatamente.
La vista della città dal piano alto era grande! Potrei vedere l’intera città e le montagne che la circondano; ogni mattina la mia stanza poteva vedere il sole alzare e farsi un bagno di sole in inverno.
Il colazione aveva una buona varietà cinese. Anche alcuni pani occidentali e muffin erano offerti. L'unica parte strana per me era il frutto - il buffet del colazione aveva banane e arance tagliate in metà che non ho visto nessuno prendere.
In generale, il soggiorno era completamente di valore."

SSheryl Bayog-Yanos”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely.
The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention.
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

UUtente ospiteModern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

PPeace PhatthaAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole e felice a Qiuqu Donglai Inn. È stato molto più economico rispetto agli altri alloggi nella città di Neve, e supera le nostre aspettative. Prima del viaggio, era anche facile comunicare con il proprietario attraverso Wechat, perché ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le nostre preoccupazioni e ci ha anche fornito più consigli guida sulla nostra viaggio lì. Thank you to Xueji Hotel for the incredibly warm welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel 🥰
The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience.
The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸
Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage.
🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️

CC.L 思We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received.
Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience.
Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests.
A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference.
Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable.
This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. The hotel not too big but very innovative decoration and cosy, with small cafeteria and restaurant is under renovation when we stayed there in end Nov.
The lady boss and staff were very friendly and thoughtful.
Only thing that the hotel entrance and hotel name is too small and you may miss it.
