We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely. The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole e felice a Qiuqu Donglai Inn. È stato molto più economico rispetto agli altri alloggi nella città di Neve, e supera le nostre aspettative. I proprietari e il personale erano molto amichevoli e pazienti nel fornire tutta l'aiuto che avevamo bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno 😄 Prima del viaggio, era anche facile comunicare con il proprietario attraverso Wechat, perché ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le nostre preoccupazioni e ci ha anche fornito più consigli guida sulla nostra viaggio lì. Ci ha aiutato a risolvere i servizi di pick-up di auto e autobus da/da l'innino e da/da Snow Town, rendendo la nostra pianificazione molto più facile e conveniente, come potevamo pianificare i nostri giorni secondo i tempi di pick-up/drop-off. Our group of friends stayed at this homestay during our visit to Harbin and Snow Town, and we were very satisfied. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well heated, making our stay comfortable despite the freezing temperatures outside. We chose to eat at the homestay, and the meals were surprisingly good — warm, tasty, and well prepared. It was very convenient not having to go out in the cold after sightseeing. The hosts and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering assistance with transportation, local tips, and making sure our group was well taken care of. Overall, this homestay provided great value and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to groups of friends visiting Snow Town.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area. 

Snow town is a beautiful place and definitely everyone including kids enjoy the place and activities. The hotel owners were very kind and very customer friendly. They came with the Togovan to pick us up with the baggage. They were very good hosts who tried to offer free upgrades but we could not stay for 2 nights as planned hence they offered free dinner and lunch for us and a gift to my kid. They kept a lot of snow toys for kids and they got a restaurant as well where they cooked very tasty food including customized food. Thanks for making our stay the best !!

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

🏔️ Xueji Hotel (China’s Snow Town Scenic Area) ❄️ A small and cozy hotel that feels just like visiting family ❄️ Thank you to Xueji Hotel for the incredibly warm welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel 🥰 The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience. The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸 Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage. 🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️ Special thanks to: 🙏 The hotel manager for kindly providing bottled water in full packs, with such thoughtful care 🙏 And the hotel staff for helping us arrange and book a photo studio, making everything smooth and easy for us This is not just a “beautiful” place to stay, but a hotel filled with warmth, care, and wonderful memories. La posizione è eccellente e si trova a circa 100 metri da dove si ferma l'autobus. È situato all'interno della strada centrale dove sono tutte le azioni. La stanza era pulita ma fondamentale. La vista dalla finestra della nostra stanza era semplicemente splendida - piccoli funghi di neve. Il personale era molto gentile e utile. Il giovane all'ufficio frontale era eccezionalmente utile. Ha suggerito le attività che meritano di essere svolte e ha fatto tutte le necessarie disposizioni per noi - trasporto, biglietti, ecc.. Quindi, su sua proposta, abbiamo visitato la montagna di Datudingz e la valle di neve - i due devono visitare i luoghi di soggiorno nella città di neve. Ha anche aiutato a organizzare il nostro trasporto a Harbin, il nostro prossimo fermo. Per arrivare al meno buono, abbiamo pagato un prezzo di 5 stelle per un alloggio tipo di soggiorno a casa 2-star. Sebbene questo sia comprensibile, poiché gli hotel qui operano a un massimo di cinque mesi di dodici, solo in inverno, le strutture fornite potrebbero essere migliori e meglio mantenute. Gli accessori erano stati liberamente protetti a causa del loro indosso e della loro lacrima, ma non dovrebbero essere le scuse per lasciarli in riparazione. La vista dalla camera della capsula è davvero attraente, guardando le colline e le foreste coperte di neve, e mi ha colpito in particolare il pavimento riscaldato, che ha fornito un ottimo comfort. Il piano terra è ben organizzato e compatto, e il letto è eccezionalmente comodo. Il servizio era anche eccellente, il frutto fresco è stato servito la sera, e un buffet è stato fornito. Tuttavia, ci sono due aree che potrebbero essere migliorate. In primo luogo, l'hotel non ha risposto ai miei messaggi via Trip.com quando ho cercato di contattarli prima dell'arrivo riguardo al trasporto e alla posizione dell'hotel. In secondo luogo, dovrebbero essere disponibili vestiti utili in bagno per la comodità aggiuntiva.
