UUtente ospiteModern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

SSheryl Bayog-Yanos”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely.
The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention.
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

PPeace PhatthaAbbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto confortevole e felice a Qiuqu Donglai Inn. È stato molto più economico rispetto agli altri alloggi nella città di Neve, e supera le nostre aspettative. I proprietari e il personale erano molto amichevoli e pazienti nel fornire tutta l'aiuto che avevamo bisogno durante il nostro soggiorno 😄
Prima del viaggio, era anche facile comunicare con il proprietario attraverso Wechat, perché ha risposto con pazienza a tutte le nostre preoccupazioni e ci ha anche fornito più consigli guida sulla nostra viaggio lì. Ci ha aiutato a risolvere i servizi di pick-up di auto e autobus da/da l'innino e da/da Snow Town, rendendo la nostra pianificazione molto più facile e conveniente, come potevamo pianificare i nostri giorni secondo i tempi di pick-up/drop-off.
Inoltre, il bagno era molto accogliente con solo due piani di camere, ma era pulito e tempestivo, proprio come mostrato nelle foto. Possiamo ordinare cibo dal codice QR nella stanza e avere i nostri pasti preparati dalla cucina in basso. La comodità e la qualità dei cibi ci hanno certamente lasciato impressionati.
Per il nostro viaggio a Snow Town, il proprietario ci ha fornito suggerimenti sulle attività che potremmo cercare e ci ha anche aiutato a prenotare il pacchetto di attività a un tasso più economico. Il proprietario ha anche preparato alcune attività libere per noi (foto-tamponare con la giacca tradizionale + l'acqua splashing in ghiaccio) ma è stato piuttosto sfortunato perché non abbiamo trovato il tempo per provarlo. Dovresti certamente provare se resti qui e avresti il tempo di farlo!
Si consiglia molto questo alloggio per comfort, comodità e pace di mente quando si viaggia a Snow Town. Questo sarà certamente il nostro alloggio quando torneremo qui per la nostra prossima visita! 💯

MM684066****100分的東北之旅，必須給滿分！從預訂到退房全程體驗感拉滿。預訂房間之後老闆娘直接聯繫了我們，擔心沒有來到過東北，給我們提前免費的行程參考，擔心我們踩雷提前避坑！很耐心！酒店環境乾淨整潔，裝修有格調，房間採光好、床品舒適，洗漱用品齊全。老闆娘熱情專業，來之前還貼心提醒注意事項。早餐種類相比市區有些遜色，但來之前我們對比了雪鄉很多早餐，覺得雪季酒店的早餐真的就是第一名了！在餐廳點了晚餐，味道好，性價比超高。地理位置優越，出行就有大巴車比較方便。整體無可挑剔，強烈推薦帶寶寶來、孩子玩雪很開心！

La stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, ma da 5 di noi non fumatori.. Mi è stato difficile dormire la notte quando le sigarette fumano da un'altra stanza, mentre dormo vicino alla finestra chiusa. Indosso una maschera facciale per dormire. Colazione era di base. entrata dell'hotel al di sotto della foto..

CC.L 思We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received.
Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience.
Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests.
A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference.
Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable.
This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Thank you to the entire team for giving us such a beautiful, warm, and unforgettable experience ❤️

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.
