Hotel con spa a Mudanjiang

Delicious and typical Chinese breakfast. Because we couldn’t speak Chinese they took extra care of us and we also had a nice guy helping us (he could also speak English). So a big think you to the hotel!!!

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

All'inizio hanno organizzato tutte le nostre esigenze di viaggio, tra cui noleggio di auto e un meraviglioso guidatore che ha anche agito come guida. Wang Jingyu era il nostro contatto principale all'hotel, e le sue eccellenti competenze di comunicazione in inglese rendevano tutto ancora più facile, e si accontentarono delle mie preferenze alimentari, che hanno aggiunto un contatto personale alla nostra esperienza. La loro attenzione ai dettagli e ai servizi personalizzati ha reso il nostro soggiorno familiare uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto. Siamo riempiti di momenti bellissimi e ricordi apprezzati grazie alla cura, al sostegno e all'orientamento forniti dal team qui. Tutti voi avete mostrato grande pazienza e gentilezza verso la mia famiglia e me, rendendo il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Raccomando vivamente a chiunque pianifichi di viaggiare a Harbin per contattare l'Hotel Mushroom per tutti i vostri accordi di viaggio, non solo nella città di Snow, ma anche in Harbin, Yabuli, e in altre parti della regione. Possono aiutare con la prenotazione di biglietti di attrazione e qualsiasi altra disposizione necessaria. Grazie mille per tutto! 房間衞生超乾淨，沒施齊全，松下等離子唄風機超好用，鏡泊湖景色特別美，服務人員熱情周到，耐心介紹周邊景點，有問必答，房間對標連鎖大酒店，位置很好，就在鏡泊湖北門，門前有免費停車位，很方位，性價比超高，推薦入住。

I had a great stay at Peach Blossom Spring Hotel in Snow Town. Even though Snow Town is freezing in winter, the hotel rooms were wonderfully warm and comfortable thanks to heated floors and good insulation, it felt cozy inside no matter how cold it was outside. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they even offered thoughtful little touches like helping with luggage and making sure the room temperature was just right. It was also great being so close to the snow scenery and local attractions, yet having a warm, relaxing place to return to after a day out in the cold. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Snow Town!

The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

La posizione di questo hotel è a pochi passi dalla strada principale, in città di neve, con una posizione molto conveniente, personale estremamente amichevole e un buon colazione. La stanza è moderna e confortevole, l'acqua è calda e abbondante, sicuramente apprezzata durante i mesi amari freddi. Il prezzo è sul lato alto, ma è il prezzo da pagare durante la stagione di picco. In generale un luogo molto piacevole per soggiornare!

酒店位置不錯，服務很好，房間設施寶有點舊，但住着挺舒適。酒店一層可以室內停車，車位不多。酒店走廊擺放着桶裝水，可以自行接用。酒店主要對外，俄羅斯客人很多，電視衹能看俄語台。

來中國雪鄉玩，這家酒店真的超出預期！位置超棒，步行幾分鐘到雪韻大街，鬧中取靜，晚上看雪景、煙花都很方便。房間乾淨整潔，暖氣超足，24小時熱水、乾濕分離，在零下幾十度的雪鄉能住得這麼温暖舒服太難得。老闆和服務人員特別熱情，主動幫忙搬行李、推薦遊玩路線，還貼心準備熱薑茶、教我們玩潑水成冰，東北人的實在與熱情拉滿。整體體驗感滿分，性價比高，來雪鄉住這裏絕對不踩坑，強烈推薦！ 簡
