Questo hotel è davvero fantastico.È pulito, il personale è amichevole e utile e la posizione è assolutamente perfetta - vicino ai posti da mangiare, negozio e vicino alla strada pedonale. La stanza è bella, con mini bar, un piccolo divano, un tubo e il suo pulito e bellissimo. Il personale mi ha portato i pasti e mi ha portato deliziosi frutti. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
Though comparable with most of my experiences with hotels at about this price point, the service was excellent and amenities were pretty decked out not to mention the pretty reasonably priced room service foods.
During my stay, I got an upgrade to a suite from a king bed because they were out, so I was really happy they did that, room service was also good although the staff didn’t speak good English, I still ordered with no problem.
The room itself was spacious, decked out with amazing decor and amenities. The room was spacious (because of the upgrade) and pretty new with exceptions as the TV which is understandable.

Il servizio dell'hotel è meraviglioso. Molto attento e utile.
La camera è spaziosa, pulita e bello. L'unica delusione è che il bagno è spesso incapace di flush a causa del fatto che l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio mi è stato detto. Quindi devi continuare a chiamare il custode per aiuto.
Oltre a questo, l'hotel non sembra vecchio.

1.2024 Hotel nuovo aperto nel corso dell'anno, le strutture sono molto nuove, l'atmosfera di moda e la verità. Quando prenoto, mi preoccupo anche se l'hotel nuovo aperto avrà un sapore decorativo, ma non c'è veramente alcun sapore.
2. L'igiene è buona, le scorte sono complete, il controllo della voce intelligente dell'elfo in tutta la casa.

酒店有優點有缺點。優點是：前台小姐姐和保安大哥態度很好，入住體驗不愉快出現的問題，都能態度很好的去解決，最滿意的地方是早餐，早餐還算帶來一絲暖意。。缺點：住過很多酒店，南方北方都有，第一次遇到房間不提供免費紙抽，桌子上擺了一溜需要自費付錢的。除了2瓶礦泉水，什麼都需要自費。寒冬裏開着窗，窗户關不上，空調沒有反應，壞的空調。找來保安大哥弄了之後，換了一個房間。空調才好使。這個酒店奇葩的是衞生間，預估1平米或者0.5平米大小，沒有乾濕分離，淋雨噴頭對着洗手盆，一使用地上都是水，用的時候噴頭尾巴竄出水來，牆上貼着浴巾放地下罰款的告示。插卡接觸不好，突然之間會停電。180元一晚不值。走廊裏電梯出口標識不清，像迷宮。不愉快的住宿。

從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到幫忙規劃遊玩路線，工作人員的服務都無可挑剔。入住期間，有任何需求他們都能迅速響應，還會貼心地提醒早晚温差，提供暖寶寶，讓人心裏暖乎乎的。
房間佈置得温馨又乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，一躺下就能睡個好覺。暖氣超給力，在外面凍得瑟瑟發抖回到房間，瞬間就被温暖包圍。而且房間裏的窗户視野特別好，拉開窗簾就能看到外面美麗的雪景，簡直太愜意了。

L'hotel è al piano di shopping, 8 e 16 piani, così il piano è alto di notte. Anche se un po' vecchio, le strutture sono buone e pulite, e vive molto comodo!Il dintorni è molto caldo, molto vicino al gruppo di edifici del Medio Oriente, e la distanza di camminare!L'hotel è tutti russi, molto impressionante!

DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

Location is a bit of a walk from the main square, but the modern decor and amenities, cleanliness and service makes up for it. Loved the bathtub!
Plenty of food options and small stalls around too.
The staff are very warm and provided a helpful list of activities available and discount prices for each. They helped us arrange all our activities in their area once we confirmed our departure time. For one night activity, they even delivered our tickets to the restaurant we were eating dinner at. They also had a photoshoot package but pity we didn't have enough time to try it.
Pricing is comparable to other dongbei-style hotels during peak season. The service is top-notch, so definitely recommend 💯
