”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely. The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

So, from the day that I booked, this, I was issued a concierge who contacted me through the application called WeChat. We communicated quite a bit he checked on me daily all the way up to the day of our trip and he actually took the bus to meet us at the gate. This gentleman took care of us the whole time we were there in the service was excellent. If I had to complain about something, it would be the language barrier.  Prepare yourself to spend some extra money because all the rides and everything inside of Snowtown cost additional money but your concierge that’s provided by the hotel can help you choose what activities you want to do.  So this hotel is located inside China Snowtown. The best way to get there from Harbin is to take the train to Yabuli and then hire a driver to the snowtown. From there you will have to buy a ticket to snowtown and get on a very short bus ride to the main area.

Wang Jingyu era il nostro contatto principale all'hotel, e le sue eccellenti competenze di comunicazione in inglese rendevano tutto ancora più facile, e si accontentarono delle mie preferenze alimentari, che hanno aggiunto un contatto personale alla nostra esperienza. Il solo problema è che ha detto che era musulmano amico, ma il personale non sa nemmeno cosa significa mangiare halal, quindi mangiamo solo uova per colazione. E anche durante la doccia l’acqua si fece fredda e non si fece più calda. Inoltre, spero che il personale possa rispondere al cliente in precedenza, ad esempio, quando volevo prenotare un trasporto da Harbin a Snow. Il personale ha dovuto rispondere per molto tempo che ho dovuto passare a attendere che fosse accettato a Wechat, e che è stato sinceramente frustrato.

I had a great stay at Peach Blossom Spring Hotel in Snow Town. Even though Snow Town is freezing in winter, the hotel rooms were wonderfully warm and comfortable thanks to heated floors and good insulation, it felt cozy inside no matter how cold it was outside. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they even offered thoughtful little touches like helping with luggage and making sure the room temperature was just right. It was also great being so close to the snow scenery and local attractions, yet having a warm, relaxing place to return to after a day out in the cold. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Snow Town!

Era un posto davvero bello per stare in piedi.La stanza era bella.La decorazione è lussuosa.Il personale è molto utile.Il tempo era troppo freddo.Il personale mi dà un riscaldamento portatile per assicurarmi che io abbia un buon sonno. Il giorno dopo, durante il mio soggiorno, il personale ci mostrava il penguino in un hotel vicino. I bambini erano così felici. Era un grande momento per noi.

The room was overall superb, sadly I had to rate the cleanliness low due to the bad and smelly ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, even if I turn on the exhaust it’s really smelly (even before using). Overall loved it with the more secluded area and have my own view of the snowy forest. Staff was definitely friendly, breakfast was alright, beware of bringing overly heavy luggage as there’s no lift, however staff would actually help carry luggage up.

Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

I had a wonderful stay at XUEJI Snow Season Hotel (雪季酒店) in Snow Town. The service here truly stands out — warm, personal, and heart-felt. The lady boss is incredibly passionate and kind; she even showed us to our room personally, which made us feel very welcomed. The room was beautifully decorated with festive Christmas touches, immaculately clean, and genuinely comparable to what a luxury hotel can offer. What impressed me most is the people behind the hotel — their sincerity turns a stay into a memorable experience. The view from our room was simply breathtaking — a pure winter snow landscape right outside the window. A truly amazing and cozy place to enjoy the magic of Snow Town. Certamente il luogo di soggiorno! La posizione è eccellente.Quando arriva il bus,è a pochi passi dall'hotel.L'hotel è situato nel centro della città di neve, rendendolo molto conveniente per camminare e vedere.L'interno dell'hotel avrebbe dovuto essere appena ristrutturato e Rinovato, quindi si sente pulito, moderno e rilassante. La comunicazione con il personale è facile attraverso l'app WeChat, che è un'app ampiamente utilizzata in Cina. E aiuta anche a tradurre la lingua Questa volta sono rimasto qui per 2 notti, ma la prossima volta ho intenzione di tornare e rimanere almeno 7 notti per certo. Molto impressionato.
