Stayed here overnight but I wish we had had more time. Such a great location with ample parking. Staff very friendly and helpful. Such a beautiful place to visit. Amboise is a fabulous town to visit and there is a restaurant in the town which serves gluten free galettes which are amazing, sorry I can’t remember the name but definitely worth a visit. We sat outside the hotel in the courtyard watching the sunset and the hot air balloons passing by. Such a magical time.

This property is NOT 5 star - maybe 3.5 star. The bedroom suite was not clean with dirt on the carpet. Wash hand basin grimy and had to be cleaned ourselves before use, Room drinking water not replenished, tissue box empty, no spare loo roll, etc. Sloppy housekeeping. The decor throughout was tired and worn and cannot even be called shabby chic! Bedroom furniture tatty with drawers and cupboards not closing properly.Restaurant was very mediocre with limited choice. Bread rolls were uncooked inside and butter rock-hard and clearly straight from the fridge. Servers did not know the menu or wine list and to wear trainers in what is supposed to be a 5 star restaurant? Really! Staff should be sent on a training course at a real 5 star establishment to be taught how it should be done. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Bad luck if you are allocated a first floor room with others in the room above as the floors creak terribly. This hotel is very overpriced for what is offered. We suspect the owners think they have a good looking exterior (true) which is sufficient to attract guests. Well, we will not be returning and there are so many better properties in the Loire Valley area. Sorry to be so negative but this place was very disappointing and needs to be revitalised with better management )and some money being spent) before it can stand as a five star property.

The attention to detail is amazing. The web site doesn’t do it justice They have great e bikes and my wife and i enjoyed riding to Amboise for lunch and back We are here in December - it would be even more glorious in the Spring or Fall

Vorremmo davvero che potessimo stare qui per più tempo! Avevamo una notte in un appartamento molto ben attrezzato, spazioso T4. Un balcone avrebbe reso perfetto! Il parcheggio sotterraneo sicuro era un particolare attrazione quando si trovava in una città. Abbiamo camminato in città e ci siamo divertiti a esplorare la vecchia città, le banche del fiume e, in generale, a soffocare l'atmosfera. Ci sono un pasticceria a circa 10 minuti a piedi se non vuoi pagare 11 euro per persona per colazione. Il supermercato Auchan è anche a circa 10 minuti in direzione opposta sul ponte ferroviario pedonale. Sicuramente consigliere questo posto, sia per ferrovia che per auto.

Mia moglie e io abbiamo visitato i Tours per 3 notti, e abbiamo trovato la Best Western Central perfettamente situata per camminare per la città e per accedere alle tour della Valle del Loire. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e spaziosa, e aveva un letto molto confortevole. I partecipanti al servizio erano infallibili. L'ascensore era apprezzato e il colazione era buono. Parcheggio sicuro è disponibile, ma non è stato usato. Siamo passeggiatori aggressivi nei nostri anni '70, e abbiamo trovato che l'accesso all'hotel dalla stazione ferroviaria era facile, anche con i bagagli, e il centro visitatore vicino alla stazione era anche conveniente, per la ricerca e per incontrare i nostri guide turistiche. Catedrali, chiese, musei, ristoranti, sceniche sono tutti a soli 2-12 minuti a piedi. Nessuno che abbiamo visitato è stato a più di 15 minuti a piedi. E camminare in Tours è un piacere. La BW Central è un buon valore e un bel soggiorno; saremmo felici di Nota: siamo diventati disorientati dopo aver lasciato la stazione ferroviaria e chiesto le direzioni. Abbiamo ricevuto due (!) inviati al Best Western Plus L'Artist Hotel da locali che cercavano di essere utili, ma non sapevano del BW Central. Quando uscite dalla stazione si trova a nord. L'hotel è a pochi isolati a nord e ovest,

L’hotel è in un punto strategico per visitare i castelli della Loira! La struttura, immersa nel verde, è elegante e ben tenuta. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. La possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio gratuito è sicuramente un valore aggiunto. L'hotel ha anche una piscina, di cui abbiamo usufruito a fine giornata. Non abbiamo cenato al ristorante, che quindi non posso valutare. Tutto lo staff è stato attento, gentile, disponibile e professionale (tranne una delle persone addetta alla colazione).

Se non vuoi fare l’alpinismo per accedere alla tua camera, evita la camera lavande !!! È ben attrezzata ma la sala d’acqua è piccola e non molto funzionale . Manca una « pausa bagagli » . Altrimenti , la camera ha un sacco di fascino e la lettera è confortevole . Un altro bemol , ha un giacca a giacca diretta . Avremmo voluto avere , all’accoglienza , più informazioni sulle orari e dettagli per la cena .

Abbiamo soggiornato quattro notti in questo bel castello situato in posizione ideale per visitare i castelli della Loira. La camera assegnataci, la n. 10, era stupenda, disposta su due livelli al primo dei quali hanno dormito i nostri tre ragazzi ed al piano superiore, dentro la torre era collocata la nostra camera matrimoniale. Architravi, letti a baldacchino e bagno con vasca molto grande la rendono unica nel suo genere. Peccato per le ragnatele presenti in camera ed in generale nella struttura. Abbiamo chiesto che venissero rimosse due volte ma niente. Tardive ma apprezzate le scuse del proprietario al check out. Il personale è cortese e la colazione sufficiente. Non vi è buffet ed i prodotti serviti sebbene di qualità sono poco assortiti (quattro colazioni con gli stessi identici prodotti). Abbiamo cenato una sola volta nella struttura in quanto un unico menù da tre portate (antipasto, piatto principale e dessert) viene proposto giornalmente senza possibilità di variazioni/scelta al prezzo di 35,00 €. Ad Amboise abbiamo cenato meglio ed a prezzi nettamente inferiori. La piscina e la possibilità di utilizzare canoe messe a disposizione sono un plus ma senza nessuna assistenza. In conclusione il castello è bello ma meriterebbe maggior cura così come meriterebbero maggior attenzione i servizi tenuto conto anche del prezzo.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti. In primo luogo, è in un ambiente fantastico e dubito che molto sia cambiato da quando è stato costruito. Ha una grandezza sottostante, con camere di disegno e bar molto impressionanti. La camera da letto ha seguito un tema simile e, di conseguenza, non aveva aria condizionata, anche se un fan è stato fornito. Uno dei nostri delusioni era che il ristorante non era aperto né stasera, che ci era stato comunicato in anticipo, che richiedeva un viaggio fuori. Poiché il castello è isolato, questo è un disagio toccante, quindi controlla l'apertura del ristorante prima di arrivare.

I'm writing mostly to praise Xavier, who went above and beyond to make sure that our group was able to make the wedding that we were attending in the area. There was a taxi strike in the region on the day of the wedding - fun fact: there's only one taxi provider in that part of the Loire Valley. After several futile attempts to get a hold of the cab company, Xavier made arrangements so that our group could make it to Rochecorbon in time for the ceremony. Also, breakfast here is great. Don't miss it. The hotel AC struggled during an unusual heat wave (90 F, 32 C), but it was cool at night, so we made it work. (And other hotels in Tours had the same issue.)

Abbiamo soggiornato nell hotel praticamente una settimana, in due in una camera tripla, ampia, ben equipaggiata con cassaforte e frigo a disposizione, al sesto piano, silenziosa. Ottima la posizione per visitare sia il centro di Tours sia i castelli nei paesi nelle vicinanze ben collegati da treni e bus, l'adiacenza dell hotel alla stazione ci ha consentito di sfruttare al meglio il soggiorno per visitare molti castelli. Di fronte c'é anche un supermercato per acquistare il necessario x pranzi al sacco. Non abbiamo provato la colazione né abbiamo avuto bisogno del parcheggio. Il wi fi aperto non consentiva alcune connessioni e le chiamate whatsapp. Rispetto ad altri novotel sperimentati, abbiamo notato una certa trascuratezza: ascensore in manutenzione per più di un giorno, asciugamani sporchi dimenticati nella stanza, assenza di tazze per prepararsi caffè con bollitore a disposizione, vetri sporchi. Sono piccole cose che però fanno la differenza. Personale della reception disponibile.

Quando arrivi nella tua camera, vuoi sempre sentire che è adeguata per dormire bene la notte. Il lenzuolo molto sottile proprio sopra il materasso non protetto non mi ha dato questa impressione! La stanza sembrava datata. C'era uno strappo nella parte posteriore delle tende oscuranti. Eravamo di fronte alla ferrovia e l'insonorizzazione era adeguata. Il frigorifero era stato rimosso, ma la prolunga e lo spazio per esso erano ancora al loro posto e, menzionandolo il giorno successivo alla reception, la risposta è stata: ”Solo le camere Privilege ne sono dotate”. Sapevamo che era sbagliato dato che viaggiavamo in 4 e i nostri amici avevano un frigorifero. La loro camera era datata quanto la nostra.

Arrivata in treno da Parigi e andata all'hotel. La stanza era sul secondo piano (molto grande) al retro dell'hotel, così poco rumore dall'ambiente. Tutto era fatto bene senza essere troppo confuso. Il colazione era tradizionalmente francese con immenso croissant, baguette, giovenche, formaggio, yoghourt ecc... tutti consegnati in modo amichevole. Al momento della partenza, il proprietario ci ha prenotato un taxi locale che è arrivato alla porta (non eravamo sicuri se i taxi potessero camminare in strada stretta, ma l'accesso è buono) per farci un whisky a St Pierre de Corps... la stazione ferroviaria fuori città.

Il check-in è stato efficiente e facile. Il personale è assolutamente felice. La stanza era estremamente ”bijou”, certamente nessuna stanza per errore e sul secondo piano, senza ascensore. A parte la doccia, la stanza era molto pulita e il letto molto comodo. Per me personalmente la doccia era difficile da negoziare, Piuttosto un passo alto, entrando e uscindo, con piedi bagnati, non mi sentivo davvero sicuro. Il colazione era sufficiente. Ci siamo trasferiti per 2 notti e sono stato felice che la stanza fosse stata aggiornata non appena siamo partiti per il giorno. Il gatto residente era anche molto amichevole. L'unico posto reale era che il bar non si apriva la sera, ma abbiamo avuto una bottiglia di vino e ci siamo seduti sulla bella terrazza dopo la nostra giornata di esplorazione.

Idéalement situé proche de la gare et du centre ville, dans une rue calme proche des commerces, cet endroit regroupe une résidence étudiante et une partie résidence d'affaires ou de court séjour. Accueil souriant et convivial, bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet. Par contre, chambre sale, mal entretenue, manquait pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine et enfin, douche avec rideau plastique, peu propice aux règles d'hygiène actuelles.

La lettera è perfetta, invece, per ogni piccolo bagno con un bagno privo di pratiche; tutto era molto pulito, ma c'è un ma, un odore sgradevole di riflusso, danneggiato. La casa di giorno come notte perfetta e servibile manca un ascensore per il lato PMR che sarà ideale. Per quanto riguarda il buon colazione, ma manca la scelta di pane, Frutta e vigneti purtroppo sono può essere del giorno del giorno semplicemente riscaldato, danneggiato.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 notti. In primo luogo, è in un ambiente fantastico e dubito che molto sia cambiato da quando è stato costruito. Ha una grandezza sottostante, con camere di disegno e bar molto impressionanti. La camera da letto ha seguito un tema simile e, di conseguenza, non aveva aria condizionata, anche se un fan è stato fornito. Uno dei nostri delusioni era che il ristorante non era aperto né stasera, che ci era stato comunicato in anticipo, che richiedeva un viaggio fuori. Poiché il castello è isolato, questo è un disagio toccante, quindi controlla l'apertura del ristorante prima di arrivare.
