"Abbiamo avuto una bella permanenza in questo hotel e siamo stati molto impressionati sia dal servizio che dall'esperienza generale. Grazie speciali a Shengjing, il Direttore della Camera, per il servizio eccellente, tutto è stato ben organizzato, tempestivo e con grande cura, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto confortevole. La selezione di cibo è stata eccellente, la zona di cena è stata pulita e ben gestita, e il servizio è stato attento e professionale. Al divano frontale, Taozi, Damai e Huasheng hanno fornito un servizio eccezionale, che erano amichevoli, benvenuti e molto utili per tutta la nostra permanenza, sempre pronti a assistere con un sorriso e una grande efficienza. In generale, il personale dell'hotel è andato oltre e sopra per rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero l'ospitalità e consigliamo fortemente questo hotel agli altri. "Staff were very good and helped me arrange private vehicle to Songhua resort. Advertised as non-smoking but room still smelled of cigarettes. Ashtray in room. This was the most negative part of the stay. Shower has great water pressure but the drain was very slow so you had to be careful water did not overflow outside of the shower. We don’t stay long enough to confirm if the location was a good one but there were restaurants open during the day close by on the same street. If you’re a smoker, then you may like the hotel more than we did."

"Abbiamo un caldo benvenuto dal personale dell'hotel (soprattutto da Eve) , erano grandi osservatori e ci offrono bevande, maschere, maschere oculari... quando sollevamo una questione, sono in grado di condividere soluzioni quasi immediatamente! La colazione è stata molto variabile, che si estendeva dall'ovest al locale. La dimensione delle camere era grande e le strutture erano le migliori tra tutti gli hotel che abbiamo soggiornato in Cina. Torneremo certamente di nuovo!"

"Good hotel if you are visiting Jilin for a holiday, as it is well-located for getting to Beishan Park and the Songhua River, just a five minute walk either way. However, it’s about a 15 minute drive from the station / city centre. Just be aware that the address on Trip.com emails seems to confuse taxi drivers, so you can tell them that it’s next to the Jilin Mosque instead. Rooms are small, but clean and functional. Service is good and the staff are helpful. The breakfast is tasty, although the coffee machine can only make one kind of coffee. Overall, very reasonable for the price."

"We had an excellent stay at this ski-in, ski-out hotel—it truly exceeded all expectations! The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect retreat after a day on the slopes. The hotel offers a fantastic variety of food options, both within the property and nearby, making dining so convenient. This was our first ski trip in China, and the experience was surprisingly comparable to our ski holiday in Hokkaido—every detail was thoughtfully curated for an unforgettable stay. I can fully understand why this is an award-winning hotel, and I highly recommend it for a perfect ski vacation! Photos taken from the window of our room. Unfortunately I forgot to take photo of the room interior."
