Very bad registration the woman there so rough, and they gave us room in the badroom then we did not agree , we call the agency to change it

They don’t have pool, my room was standard and it was fully damp so I paid extra to upgrade at the hotel to have better room. At the bathrooms there is the things for shampoo and shower gel but they were broken, at the restaurant for breakfast you can’t find salt pan and pepper pan and wasn’t great service for breakfast and the cart you have to use to open your room door has to change every day because not working properly. Only good think was people working on reception desk during a day were kind and friendly.

The location is good , everything around the hotel, booked the room with breakfast is not the best choice because the breakfast there is very simple for that price, so you can have a nice breakfast around the hotel , to be honest the staff in this hotel is not that warmly welcoming at all except the housekeeper name emir is very good person

Tourist scam. They offer good prices but when you arrive at the hotel, the room is not what they advertise. Rooms in the basement, noise all night, blocked windows... Then they say you need to pay extra if you want another room. Trip.com did not provide any solution. Stay away from this place.

四個人定的連結套房比較安全 設施：很齊全，需要的物品都有 衞生：入住的時候很乾凈 環境：佈置很好 就是香水味道太濃了 不太適應 房間視野很好看到的風景很漂亮 服務：還不錯 早餐也還可以

لم ارتح ولم القى خدمة او مساعدة جيدة من موظف الاستفبال و شروط العقد ليست في صالح النزيل ابدا حيث اني حجزت ليلتين ولم انزل في الفندق بسبب تأخر في موعد الرحلة وعند وصولي حاولت ان اذكرهم عن السبب مع اني حاولت التواصل معهم عن طريق التطبيق ولكن للاسف لا جواب

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet aber das kann niemals eine 4 Sterne Hotel sein Die Steckdosen funktionierten nicht Die Spülung in der WC funktioniert nicht Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht Frühstück wie eine 2 Sterne Hotel Lange Warteschlange für ein Kaffee Zum Glück nur eine Nacht übernachtet Eine 2 Sterne Hotel niemals 4 Sterne

Arriviamo con il taxi nel posto in cui abbiamo prenotato, ci rechiamo alla reception e ci dicono che per noi (4 coppie di amici che avevamo prenotato nel mese di luglio) non c’era posto. Dunque ci mandano in un altro hotel chiedendoci un supplemento che grazie ad una mia amica turca riusciamo ad evitare. Ci rechiamo nella stanza ottavo piano,sottotetto, temperatura 35 gradi con condizionatore non funzionante. Chiediamo di sistemarlo. Usciamo. Torniamo dopo due ore. Nessuno sa nulla. Camera 35 gradi. Chiediamo cambio stanza. Ci danno una stanza con condizionatore a grate dell’anteguerra, sporco ovunque, federe e lenzuola macchiate di aloni gialli.. esperienza da dimenticare. Potete trovare sicuramente di meglio!
