Konumu güzel olan , odaları temiz olan bir Hotel . Personelin herzaman kapida iyi karşılaması iyi niyetli olmasi gitmiş yerine suratsiz tehditli yardim etmeyen bambaşka personele dolmuş. Birgün Hoteli uzattık 2 hafta önceden ve hergün defalarca hatirlattik fakat aşağıdaki personel bizi kovmaktan beter etti , ve rezervasyon /uzatma yapmadiniz dedi defalarca hem iftira atti hemde yalan söyledi benim inatlanmama karşı gelemeyincede artik mecbur uzatti birgün . Hersene geldiğim hotel ve senede 2-3 kere hep kaldığım Hotel den ilk kez hic memnun kalmadim eski personelleri mumla arar oldum . Minibarda hersey ücretsizdi simdi sise su bile parayla olmuş . Kahvalti yerindeki 6 ci kattaki personellerde kafamiza fincanlari gecirmedigi kaldiydi zorla yapıyolar islerini

Top hotel met hele behulpzame medewerkers. Het is een schone hotel en zit op een centrale locatie.

Geweldige hotel met een top locatie. Ontbijt was perfect uitzicht was perfect. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Kat hizmetleri zoraki temizlik yaptırdım. Temizliğe giren kadın yatağı bile düzeltmeden çıkıyordu bemim uyarımla düzeltti. Akşam oda servisi yok. İçecek siparişi için aşağı inmek zorunda kaldım. Personel çok başarılı değil. Lokasyon süper.

A 4 star hotel in a very good area in the center of Instabul.Service of the hotel in all the areas is terrible!!I do not really know how they get the 4 stars!!Staff in the breakfast are unskilled ans impolite.The staff in the room service is lazy.The staff in the reception can not speak English One of my worst experience ever.Do not book in that hotel.

Very bad experience despite the great location. The maintenance and cleanliness are far from acceptable. The staff is extremely noisy in the hallways, and the windows are not soundproof, so you hear all the noise from the busy street. The room’s parquet was sticky, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and the showerhead was leaking. The paint job was incomplete, and there were traces of rust. As for breakfast, while the view is great, there is no self-service, and the dishes are very basic and the same every day. No fruit or juice, just cheese and a hard-boiled egg each day!

This hotel was horrendus. Nothing worked, staff apart from one girl was rude, unclean room, rubbish customer service, constant drilling, safe not working, rm pass not working, bad drainage, no hot water, building work, bathroom unclean

One of the best hotel in the concept of sea view in whole istanbul , very clean, staff are amazing , amazing sea view restaurant for breakfast with high quality food , special thanks to Dilek from house keeping, Emir and Fatih from front office , they so helpful and characteristics. I booked for 3 nights, I stayed for 5 hours. My room was wet and water leaking everywhere. My luggage got wet and had to purchase new clothes. The hotel has ignored my emails and requests for payments towards my clothes! I was lied too about the AC which was not working and I was told the entire hotel AC was not functioning, but was clearly working in all the rooms. I confronted the reception staff who cannot do anything, the management of the hotel is poor. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back from the hotel as a refund. They could not process a refund and I am emailing every week and I am getting back nonsense ! Do not stay here, if you want to ruin your trip!

Здраствуйте ! Расскажу вам про отель ! Весь отель держится на персонале который все типо решает !окна пропускают шум и слышно дорогу.двери все сломаны и плохо открываются ! Полотенца все застираны ! Интэрнэт не работает ! Весь персонал с мусором вместе с вами ! Лифт надо ждать ! Всегда ! Шумоизоляции нету вообще ! Да забыл ) все что есть положительное это персонал и вид )!! Никогда не приеду ! Владельцы поменяйте плитку на крыльце !
